@Shelly Kitchen it's not needed to display the hierarchy A -> B -> C it's only needed if you wanted to do the following: * Show A -> C (without B) * Filter C based on A * etc.
-
@Michelle Grady yes when it's rolled out (next week)
-
@Jens Raspe It's coming soon, in the next few weeks. This is the feature in my test site:
-
@Arkadiusz Wroblewski no worries at all - also I'm glad to hear that 😅 There is so much demand for new features, it can be hard to catch up
-
Hi everyone, we'll be rolling out this view to everyone next week. More details here.
-
Hi @Vanessa Rose I think you're going to have to raise a support ticket (click on "contact us") - there might be something going on with your site that the support team can investigate
-
Hi @Scott Hillier , what @Arkadiusz Wroblewski shared is another feature, described here. For the timeline view, we're still working on it. Here's how it looks in my test site today: It should land in the next few weeks.

Hi @Andy Fieweger , yes for this to work the Roadmap field would need to be global. Thankfully you can move the values from the space field to a global field easily. From the FAQ: If you are already using a space Field in a space and you would like to use a Global Fields instead: you can use the “Copy Values” feature which…

Hi everyone, we gave access to all requests above. FYI we believe we're now 2 weeks away from general availability.
-
Ok, then I'm afraid don't understand the question. Would you mind sharing a Loom (or something along those lines) where you walk through your setup and what's not working? I'll reply with the same. tcrusson@atlassian.com Thank you!

Hi there! I'm not sure I caught all the details of your scenario, but here are the things that you can play with, as building blocks: * You create connection fields to represent "connect to ideas of this type across this list of spaces"* E.g. you can create an "Experiments" connection field that is set up to connect to…
-
Yes: open your "Filter" menu, and in the "Connections" section choose the "Match columns" option. Can you confirm if this works for you? Thanks PS: THANK YOU for the drawing, it made it perfectly clear at a glance what you were looking for
-
Hi Bryan, the way we've designed the system to work is: * You define your product hierarchy in JPD, e.g. Opportunity > Solution > Feature * You define your work hierarchy in Jira, e.g. Initiative > Epic > Task * You connect the last level of your idea hierarchy to the top level of your work hierarchy, e.g. Feature <>…

We've only had a couple of those requests in the past few months. First I'd like to rule out a bug. If it's configuration dependent, we'll share, if it's a bug we'll just fix it. Example of configuration that can lead to slow FE performance: chaining formulas together or using a lot of formulas with a lot of ideas.…

Hi everyone, we're nearing general availability for this feature. Everyone should have access now except for the 7 last comments, and for those we'll turn on access today. Expect an update soon with general availability, what changed based on your feedback etc.
-
Hi @Andreas Schuster , that's not normal - we'll investigate. In order to move fast on this can I please ask you to raise a support ticket as well? this will help us troubleshoot this on your site. From JPD: Feedback (top right) > choose "get help from the support team" and submit the feedback with a link to this post as…

Hi Till, this is indeed a limitation that we plan to address. I don't have a ticket to give you but it's on our medium-term roadmap.
-
And if they don't have a JPD license (if you haven't given them creator access in the User section in admin.atlassian.com for JPD - or if you've given them Contributor access), then they can be added as a contributor to any space.
-
Hi Darren, in the Free plan there isn't really different permissions for creators - if you have a license, you can do everything on every JPD space (everyone's basically a space admin)
-
that's my bad - I forgot to publish the update in Pendo so you get it in app!
-
Hi all, the bug should be fixed since May 12. Let us know if you still face issues.
-
Sorry, I should have replied: it should be fixed already since May 12 - isn't it working for you?
-
You can now create and read JPD insights directly from your AI client (Rovo Dev, Claude, or any MCP-compatible tool) using the JPD Insights API. I wrote up step-by-step instructions here: Create and read insights using your AI client (Rovo Dev, Claude, etc.) The API has actually been stable for a while. This article just…

Hi @Ernest Kuttubaev , I think that's because you're making changes in Space settings. In there you can grant users the ability to be creator in the space. But it only works if the users have been granted a license. Confusingly, we also call this "creator": The way to think about it: * You have a license = you're a creator…
-
Hi @Jon Linczak , thanks for the feedback. You can't explicitly configure this today. It used to be that we saved the last selection - but then people tripped up over this so now we ask for it every time
-
@Nathan Haug for this one could you please raise a support ticket? We'd need access to your site to investigate and see what's going on.
-
Hi Nathan, when you create an idea from there we create the idea then add an insight (insights tab). the properties you add go on the insight
-
@Martin Boss @Caleb my apologies for the late response on this - we've been able to reproduce, definitely a problem here for some sites: we're working on a fix.
-
Hi, are you the user with the red warning icon in that list? If so that is because you don't yet have a license to use JPD as a creator. Ask your admin for a license and that should work
-
Hi there, we're currently assessing potential solutions for this, so contributors can connect ideas from these forms
