Hi @Praveen Alva and welcome to the Atlassian Community! Is it safe to assume you question is about the Xray plugin? How do you keep track of which test cases are in out of scope? Is this with a status on the test case. Or is there some kind of built-in xray feature for this? A few screenshots might be useful :-)

Well the decision to bring it back was only made for 10.3. Atlassian explicitly says there is no binary installer for 10.4, 10.5 and any versions after those. I think we have to accept this fact. If you want to automate your upgrade process there are tools like Ansible, Puppet, Docker, ... that can do the job. Of course…

There is a longer discussion on the feature request: JRASERVER-78049 I know you also commented there but I'm sharing this for anyone reading this post. I could not find any info about the specific reasons of Atlassian to discontinue the installers. Personally I can think of many reasons not to use the installers but for…

the catalina log file will contains less information. Please also check the atlassian-confluence.log file in the Confluence home directory.

Hi @מיטל כגן and welcome to the Atlassian Community! I don't really understand this part: "the first 25 users that will be able to log in, and the 26 th user will get notification error that he can't log in." If you currently have 50 users and want to reduce it to 25 you need to revoke the license of 25 users. This can be…

"Confluence had failed to start, but we're back up and running again". What happens when you press the link below to go to the homepage? From you screenshot I do not see any error. Just the message that there used to be an error which has been resolved now.

Hi @Ivan Monma and welcome to the Atlassian Community! As you pointed out: the changelog does not include the previous version of the comment. As far as I know Jira only stores the current comment and not any of the previous versions. That being said. Not even Scriptrunner or a Forge plugin will allow you to retrieve the…

Hi @Vitaly Oborsky and welcome to the Atlassian Community! I appreciate the effort you put into writing this detailed letter. Without giving my personal opinion yet: I think this should have been an article and not a question. But let me check if it can be converted.

Make sure the user running Jira has the proper file permissions in the install and home folder. Since you manually copied a file and it works now this might be your issue. I often ran on file permission issues when running Jira on Windows in the past.

Ok then my suggestion does not apply. @Alex Medved _ConfiForms_ 's answer is more on point since he seems to be working for the plugin vendor.

* What error do you get in the browser? * And what is the Jira version * Is this Jira Software or Jira Service Management (or both?) * This is a fresh setup? No upgrade?
-
Hi @Vinod Kuthyala and welcome to the Atlassian Community! I adapted the tags of your questions to jira-datacenter since this does not look like a Jira Cloud issue. The first thing I always try with plugin startup issue is a cache clear on the server. You can delete these directories on each node and restart Jira. *…

Hi @sai sreekar and welcome to the Atlassian Community! Do you have other IFTT macros where the javascript is executed? According to the plugin's documentation running javascript could be disabled in the general settings of the app. Administrators could restrict this in ConfiForms general settings Can you check this?

If you have 2 extra nodes: * Node 1: Bamboo * Node 2: 3x remote agent * Node 3: 2x remote agent Ideally you do not use local agents because they run in Bamboo's server process. If the agent crashes your Bamboo application crashes. I even believe local agents are deprecated. See Local agents deprecated in 2021; no longer…

Hi @asadiq Is there any way to recover that data from comments/ Description of the user story? If the description was saved before you can look at the history tab at the bottom of the screen and copy the text from there Can anyone suggest any solution to this issue please! Are you the only one experiencing this or do your…
-
Hi @Brightson Macha and welcome to the Atlassian Community! Regardless of running Bamboo in Docker you should use Bamboo remote agents on machines different than the one hosting the Bamboo application. This way you avoid any impact from builds on the application and you can keep it stable. Running 11 builds in parallel +…

Hi Guido, Did you start noticing this recently? For me it works in Google Chrome. Sometimes browser plugins can have an effect on functionalities. Try disabling any plugins or use a private browser session.

I'm also looking for a way to disable this. Some of our teams are more serious and not into this kind of gimmicks. Having confetti when you put a work item in a rejected status is weird, I hope everyone agrees. This seems to be a feature request where disabling it is included [JRACLOUD-91215] Celebrate accomplishments…

Hi @Daniela Awiszus Can you elaborate a little bit please? Which notifications do they want to get exactly? Is it about a specific notification when something happens on a work item? Or do they want to receive ALL notifications to that email address? Depending on the exact use-case there are probably different ways to…

You're welcome! Good luck with the setup. It's definitely an exciting project.

I wonder if this is still true. I just created 5 fields to keep track of some financial numbers and I noticed they are created with the Number Searcher by default. Since it makes sense to search for values being lower or bigger than something I gave it a try and it woks. I can search for OPEX > 1000 for example without…

Hi Connor, I have no experience with ECS but I used to manage a clustered instance of Jira and Confluence on AKS. I hope this can help you or put you on the right trck One mistake I made back then is the usage of customer docker images and not the helm charts provided by Atlassian. They might not support you for any…

Hi Karma I think you ended up posting this in the wrong place. Anything we can help with?

Hi @Muslimin Ontong Is it blocked in any network? Or just on your company network? And did it work recently for you?

Hi @Shrikant Khawale and welcome to the Atlassian community, There is no concept of "resolution schemes" like you have for priorities, workflows, etc... which would allow you to have a different set per project. What you can do is use the jira.field.resolution.include and jira.field.resolution.exclude workflow properties.…
