Hi Josh, Yes I like this idea too! It should not be too diffcult to achieve indeed. Maybe the default release notes will get more attention in the future 🙂 What I do like about the default page Jira is creating in Confluence when releasing is the fact that the release notes are a table of individual work items and not a…

Cool! Looking forward to learn everything about it :-)

Thanks @Sujeet Pathak - Amoeboids We'll not go for a plugin to solve this. The project is too small for this. Thanks anyway!
-
OK! Makes the feature less useful than I hoped 😭 Back to normal templating I guess.
-
Well in our case browser plugins are being installed company-wide by IT. There can also be browser policies affecting functionalities. I have seen this more than once. But @Mohamed Benzianeanswer will be more helpful for you. Apparenlty there is a known bug.
-
So you performed a backup and after that a project disappeared form your Jira instance? Well I hope this is a coincidence. I read you created a support ticket with Atlassian. In your case this will be the best way to get help.
-
You should get a download link once the backup process completes. Are you trying to restore a project you lost? Because the backup will perform a backup of your current Jira data. It will not give you a backup from the past.
-
Hi @Vinay Kushvaha Any chance this was a temporary issue? I worked a lot with Confluence today and face no similar issues. It is certainly not easy to troubleshoot. Browser plugins can also have a negative impact on Confluence or other Atlassian products. We have a plugin that has been installed company-wide and we had to…

Hi @Fernando Lagoeiro You performed a backup of your Jira Cloud instance and the project is not present when you restored this backup? Is that the issue? Can you tell us which steps you executed exactly?
-
Late to the party but this is what I noticed today: In Google Chrome and Edge you can copy a part of a whiteboard by selecting the elements and using crtl + c. On another whiteboard you can do crtl + v to paste the copied elements. On Firefox this does not seem to work.

Hi @Tom Parkinson Are you able to search for them with JQL by using "project = XXX" or does this return nothing? EDIT: sorry I missed the "When i search in JQL i CANT find them." part I made Atlassian Support aware of your question. You'll have an answer within 2 business days.
-
Glad it was resolved!
-
Did he save the "clé de récupération" somewhere? This should allow him to perform a reset. Or have a look at this page Manage two-step verification for your Atlassian account | Atlassian Support
-
Hi Bruno, This will be a difficult problem to troubleshoot for the Community. Please tell us more. Are you using Atlassian Guard? Does the authentication contain MFA settings? Or perhaps an external IDP is being used like Entra ID which requires MFA? If this user's account is not part of your managed accounts settings of…

Hi @Carlos Alberto Olvera Bringas I noticed several questions about the same topic yesterday. It can not be a coincidence. I think you might be facing these bugs: * [JRACLOUD-99329] Creating an item under a parent shows duplicated on the board List View * [JRACLOUD-99336] Regression of JRACLOUD-89866 Subtasks appearing…

Hi @Wei Huang The Marketplace page says "30 Day Data Center trial · One trial per customer." Any chance you already had a trial and never installed/ used it? I think you can reach out to the vendor via a support ticket to ask for a new trial license. Contact details are on the support page.

Hi @Vimukta Talwar That's actually an interesting question! I work for many organizations and I've seen multiple ways to handle this difference. Should there be a separate work item? No, not always. Can there be? Yes certainly. A common approach is to use Incidents for anything that is being discovered in production (by…

Hi @Cédric Well I think the error confirms the limitation. I can not find this on the plan comparison page though. I'm getting the same error as you on the free plan when making a request to https://api.bitbucket.org/2.0/repositories/<ws>/<repo>/downloads Princing infomation is available at Bitbucket Pricing: Find the…

Welcome to this group @Bradley And have fun taking part in the Community challenges :-)

I'm not a fan of this either. But it seems to be a trend. The usage of AI is being encouraged for everything and nothing in companies. I should almost feel ashamed not to use AI to review my own emails. Do we need AI results when performing a Google search? To answer questions on the Community? To create Confluence pages?…
-
Hi Chris! I think it's something you learn gradually. Personally, I already knew java which helped for Groovy and shell scripting which was needed to manage server and DC versions of Altassian products. So I'm not the best example. Some projects forced me into using scripting even more. Mainly data migration projects where…

Great! JQL functions to identify linked items are the most valuable for me. What Jira can do by default is very limited. So I really like your linkedByQuery function. I will give it a try!
-
Welcome to this product group @William Gunkel! And good luck with the new project! You'll find some finance template spaces to get started or just for inspiration. There are also multiple Marketplace apps focussed on financial aspects. If you have any doubts or questions the Community is here to provide guidance :-)

This overview is great. Thanks for sharing! I do agree with @Jeffery Candiloro about the AI part. At least with the icon and "Uses AI. Verify results" it's transparent. I hope it stays.
-
Which is a lot in my opinion 😄
-
Yes indeed! This solves it for met sometimes. And if it's a site you already created you might need to extra patience. If really doesn't wok you can contact Atlassian Support indeed.

For me corduroy pants and even shirts. And these kinds of shorts for kids. Not sure how to call them in English but I would literally translate as "sponge shorts" 😄
-
What does a diff of those files show? And does the modification of the files change? Git is normally not used for spreadsheets and other binary files. It is made to detect text based changes.
-
Hi @dima Are you struggling with a specific part of the setup? Please check out the documentation shared by Fazila. In my experience it should be quite easy: * Make sure Jira and Bitbucket (or other git solution) are linked * Make sure the users have the "View Development Tools" permission in the space's permission scheme…

I had a look at Atlassian's public issue tracker (JAC) and found these: * [CONFCLOUD-62282] Expand/Collapse macro - option for "expand/collapse all" within page - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products. Closed as "won't fix" in 2021 * [CONFCLOUD-83691] Expand/Collapse all option for the Expand Macro -…
