Yes this should work with Rovo! If you need the summary to be in a separate text field you could invoke Rovo via an automation rule and let the automation rule add the AI-generated summary to the field. But I don't think you should store it a separate field since each user can ask Rovo to have a summary. With an automation…

Definitely Team Maze! Properly structuring content in a way that makes sense is challenging. Also: avoiding duplicate content with slight variations.
-
@Indy W does not seem related to incoming emails no. Of course if you have an automation acting on a work item that was created by an email it might bot work because of the incident.
-
Another workaround based on what @Trudy P Claspill pointed out: Archiving issues is expected to exclude them from the results of a JQL query in the UI, so I would expect using the API to retrieve issues using a JQL would also exclude the archived issues. So instead of maintaining a separate dataset you could use the JQL…

Yes thanks. It's a bit annoying that you need to check multiple pages for existing endpoints. But ok, I can live with it :-)
-
Hi Marc! That's great, thanks for the pointer! I totally missed this because I was only looking at the v2 API documentation. I will loop over all pages in each space by using /spaces/{id}/pages and then I can use the endpoint you suggested.

Ok if no tickets show up when you do not filter there will be no tickets when you do filter. Perhaps you're looking at the wrong space (project)? Try using the global Jira search by using the search bar at the top of the screen. Maybe you can find what you are looking for that way and then troubleshoot why it does not…

I really like using those reference to other filters. It's great when you have a lot of similar filters and you don't want to update all of them when there is a change. In my experience it is rarely used and underestimated. The downside is the lack of transparency: you cannot really see what you are filtering for.

I cannot attend but I'll definitely watch the recording!

Something unrelated to the Atlassian ecosystem: I think many teams do not invest enough effort in reviewing and testing PRs. There is often not enough time for it. Other than that: I do like the PR capabilities Bitbucket offers when reviewing :-)
-
Hi @Abilash Do you see tickets in the provisioned state when you do not filter for anyrhing?
-
Hi @Lisa Knapp One of our users reported the same issue today in Jira. This error is displayed while it worked a last week without any config changes in Jira and other timeline views are working. "To use the timeline, this project needs to have a date field included in its field configuration scheme." The broken timeline…

Hi @steff This is something I wanted to do in the past as well. If there is only one possible option it would be nice to select is as a default. But I think it's simply not possible. The user has to make a selection. With scriptrunner on Cloud I doubt that this is possible. On DC maybe with behaviors but I noticed you…

Hi @Roni Gonzalez I assume you are referring to Bitbucket cleanup of free unused workspaces: what ... - Atlassian Community ? I also got an email reminder about this topic today. The article says * If your workspace contains repositories but hasn’t been logged in over 6 months, or content hasn’t been accessed or updated in…

Hi @Nachiyar.M Could you elaborate please? In what situation is Rovo Chat providing that answer? And what is your prompt/ question for Rovo?
-
Hi @Dr Valeri Colon _Connect Centric_ Thanks for elaborating on this subject. It confirmed what I suspected: Rovo is not suited (yet?) on its own for this. It would be great if the technicalities of Jira like custom field IDs, work type IDs, etc. would be added by default in Rovo's knowledge. Currenlty my solution works…

Hi @tediroca To my knowlegde shared mailboxes can not be used but I'm unable to find any official documentation about it. The community has several questions about it. Some with an attempt to use a workaround. You can use the search to find similar questions. Here is an answer of somone who was able to make it…

Hi Johan, And do you still have edit permissions on the page where the diagrams were saved? If you don't I think that's the issue. If you do it's best to reach out to draw.io support as @Nikola Perisic suggested.
-
Hi @sambasiva Do you have have access to that Confluence instance at all? I think you should reach out to your Confluence admins to get the access. And if this is just a link you found on the internet it was probably restricted from the public on purpose.

Or you can sync them from an IDP :-) Provision and sync users from an identity provider | Atlassian Support

Hi Bill, I am well aware of the what a change in work type can mean. Thanks for pointing it out though! In my project each work type has the same workflow, screens, etc. so I'm able to easily edit the work type. Good idea to fetch the IDs via a REST call. I was hoping to get a Rovo solution but I guess Rovo is not reliable…

Hi Paulina I don't know who Eva is but this Community is about Atlassian. If you have questions about Salesforce you should be seeking help via their channels. Sorry!
-
Hi @Paulina Zakrzewska Normally Jira will only add emails to the same ticket when the issue key is present in the subject of the email. Could you elaborate on your Jira setup please? * Jira Cloud or Data Center * JSM project or not * How is your mail handler configured * Are you using any plugins for the mailhandler (like…

Extremely useful, I just used this. Thank you!

Hi Kumar, Are you aware of Atlassian's announcement about the Data Center End of Life? In 2029 it will no longer be possible to use Bamboo or Bitbucket Data Center. --> Data Center End of Life | Atlassian I would advise against setting up a new Bamboo instance. Altassian's answer to CI/CD is Bitbucket Cloud pipelines. If…

Hi @Karan Jadaun I see someone forced pushed to that branch. This can definitely be the root cause. When someone pushes without properly dealing with changes on the remote first, they would get a merge conflict. Using a force push will override this safety check. When force pushing you can alter history meaning commits can…

Hi @Sagar Malgannavar The URL you are using in your git config is not meant to be used in a browser directly. Can't you just navigate to https://bitbucket.org/ and select the repo in your project?
-
Hi @dzaidi You will have to check/ enable a few settings. * Emails to customer Can be configured via customer notifications in the space settings just like @arielei mentioned. On that page you can enable the notifications you need. * Customer can add comment to a ticket by emailing. This should be OK by default but you can…

Hi @Deo I read your question last week and could not provide an decent answer. And in the meantime nobody had an answer for you. The situation you are facing is unfortunate and delicate (I think). Best thing would be to solve this internally on your end. Talk to your CTO and co-workers to explain why the blocked access is…

Hi Jean-Philippe! Bitbucket Cloud data is always in the US. Atlassian is working on supporting other data residency locations like Jira and Confluence. It has been postponed to 2026.
