Ok! I'm glad you found out. I suspected a date formatting issue. In Jira's JQL several formats are supported but for Glue it's different.

Hi Bruno, Ok interesting. I'm absolutely not familiar with AWS Glue but here is what I found on Jira Cloud connection options - AWS Glue FILTER_PREDICATE(String) - Default: empty. Used for Read. It should be in the Spark SQL format. It looks like this expects "Spark SQL" and not JQL. If you can include the "updated" field…

Hi Vaslie? I'm assuming you are not using the OAuth2 flow here? On Using API tokens | Bitbucket Cloud | Atlassian Support you can find an example on how to authenticate for API calls using a token. You should use the combination of username and token instead of using a token only. * Encode <email>:<token> combination as…

Hi @Nicolas Cruz It mighT be a mockup and not an actual screenshot (not sure). Below you can read "Labels do not accept spaces, and are lower case only"
-
Hi Dirk! I can confirm this is not about aligning Jira licenses with Bitbucket. The subscriptions remain separate.

Hi @SilkeS I did not encounter the notification issue in the last couple of days. But it is something I've been struggling with for weeks/ months already. Perhaps it has been fixed now. If it happens again I will provide a screenshot! :-)
-
Hi Bruno, Where are you filtering? On which page? A screenshot would be helpful. For me the following JQLs work perfectly fine: * updated > "2025/11/12 13:18" * updated > "2025-11-12"

Hi @Dirk Jan Boer Who's forcing you to link Bitbucket and Jira? Perhaps this is what you are referring to? Unified user management is generally available for new Bitbucket Cloud workspaces! - Work Life by Atlassian This is about centralizing user management in the same places as Jira and Confluence users were already…

That's great. Glad I could help!

Yes that's true! In my experience the Atlassian Community topics are often ranked high in search results. Sometimes even above Atlassian knowledge base articles.

Hi @XXY and welcome to the Atlassian Community! I think you should be able to add the comment during the transition even with an automation rule. In the "Transition work item" action there is a more options button. When you click that you will see a text box with an example on how to add a comment during the transition.…

Great! I really try to avoid having plain text secrets in the automation rules. Anyone with permissions to see (or export!) rules will gain access to the values. When you integrate with key vault let me know! This is something I also planned to do in the future.

You will like this announcement. Jira DC 11.3 will be the next LTS version. Should be released in December. Announcing Data Center Jira and Jira Service Management 11.3 as the next Long Term Support releases

For me notifications are often not loading. They are more often not working than working. "Unable to fetch new notifications". Is this related?
-
That's great! We've been looking forward to this.

You are welcome! I'm glad I could help.

An alternative is: import com.atlassian.jira.component.ComponentAccessor import com.atlassian.jira.util.BaseUrl ComponentAccessor.getComponent(BaseUrl).baseUri.toString()

Hello! This an unpleasant situation indeed. Either option will take a significant amount of to execute and validate so my personal choice would be to invest the time in upgrading (and not downgrading). About the apps: try them out on the v11 version, they might work. Or get in touch with the vendors and ask them about the…

Yes that' what I also found out when comparing our setups. I remember I had to do a lot of troubleshooting back then when I created this rule. I'm glad I could help! Please mark the answer as accepted to close off this topic :-)
-
Oh I never knew this was a premium/ enterprise feature only. Good to know!

Hi Steven, Have you tried using the token logged by the automation rule in postman? Does it work? My setup is the same except for the initial call to get the token. In the payload (custom data) I did not URL encode the data. I'm just using this:…
-
And is what you are getting in the variable the expected value? I'm doing the same, also to trigger a PowerAutomate flow and I did not have to deal with any newlines in the response. I'm not storing the token in a variable first. I use the smart value directly as Authorization header. Perhaps this can cause a difference.
-
good, I'm glad you found a workaround!
-
Well labels are part of what can be included in the create issue API endpoint. So if the label field is on your create screen I would expect it to work. Of course we don't know exactly how Rovo is handling the issue creation. So it might be a limitation yes.
-
Hi Steven, Are you sure about the "webhookResponse" smart value? I know it exists for Jira Data Center but on Jira Cloud I always use "webResponse". Here is what I have for the Authorization header. Bearer {{webResponse.body.access_token}} + make sure you check this option on the call where you are requesting the token…

Hi Mariana and welcome to the Atlassian Community! You can certainly have dedicated work types for non conformities and risk assessments. I worked at a company where non conformities were managed in Jira in the past. Everything depends on what your requirements are to manage them. You can also use Confluence in combination…

Have you tried a different prompt? Your steps are describing how a human would create the item but I don't think you need to tell your agent to open the screen to create an item and to create it at the end. Telling it to create an item with certain values should be sufficient. I would prompt with something like: When…
-
Hi @Jorgos Ioannidis Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I don't see why this would be a limitation of Rovo. Let's start with the basics: is the label field on the create screen of your work item? In other words: can you add a label while creating a work item in one go?
-
Hi Ari, What do you see instead? Did created the Confluence site on the same day? In my experience it can take some time until it is fully functional. I had Jira instances where I needed an hour before I could log in. If the site already existed: is your license still valid? Did you rule out any network issues? If you…

Hi Nikki I never heard of such a feature but it is an interesting idea. I can not find a Martketplace app that does this. By default users can compare versions of a page by going to the version history. What has changed will be highlighted. You could also add a Change History macro on the pages for users to see there was a…
