Hi Philip, I don't think that issue will be specific to Bitbucket. Windows has its own max lenght for file names. With GIT there are ways to circumvent this. Do you know if the error occurs after executing a git command in the build? (clone, fetch, checkout, ...) If it's the case you can follow this article to…

Hi! Glad to hear you founnd a solution. If Jira is working fine and you don't have a lot of errors in your logs you should be fine :-)

Hi Daniel, we use a red dependency line to indicate an unhealthy dependency and a black dependency line to indicate a healthy dependency Thanks for pointing that out. Now that you mention it I do see a difference between the lines. I'm color blind so it does not stand out that much for me. I only notice it now because I…

A team has an issue source (scrum board for example). Still, we need to add set the team field on the individual stories before we can properly group by team. So we must define the issue source for the team + select the team in the team field for every item in that source. This feels like double work. Any suggestion on how…

Hello! You can not simply donwgrade/ revert to a previous version. Some Jira upgrades introduce database changes which are not always compatible with lower versions of the applications. That's why Jira keeps track of the build number and checks if it matches the database. Best thing would be to restore a database backup…

Hi! Yes if you do a "site import" (zip files export) it will replace all the data. There are other wayt to import data: CSV, Cloud Migration Assistant, ... depending on you use-case.

Hi! According to your update you were able to identify the root cause. You can answer your own question here and mark it as accepted if you want :-)

Hi Christian, Are you using the filter in an agile board or on the issue search page? On the search no closed sub-tasks should be displayed, regardless of their parent's status. Perhaps you need to reindex Jira or just the project you are searching in and see if that solves anything.

Hi! I have the same issue because I have multiple Atlassian accounts too. It's quite annoying especially on my smartphone. I cleared all the cookies for atlassian websites. Then I logged in again with my Atlassian Community account. I decided to use my other account in another Chrome profile to avoid the issue.

Hi @Ezgi This should work with an automation rule. Can you share the details of your rule so we can see where it goes wrong?

Hi! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! While Atlassian support might pick up your request here I think the best place to ask for this is https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
-
Hi Chad, No I wasn't. I don't think it is possible at all.
-
That's great! A long awaited feature I think.
-
Hi @Williams, Dereke (SP) I'm not sure whether you asked your question where you inteded to. This is the public Atlassian Community. If MHub is something you use on your own job this is probably not the place where we can help you with your access I'm afraid. Is there a helpdesk you can contact?

glad I could help!

Hi @Roger Jordan Pérez I do think this is an authenticatoin issue even though you mentioned your are using the same headers. Can you doubble check that? You need this format: <email>:<api_token>. You have to base64 encode this whole string. And then you use it in the header: "Authorization: Basic <base64 string> I…

Hi @Mohanraj Thangamuthu I missed this comment earlier, I'm sorry. So that means that if I want to perform an http request from Jira Cloud to Jira DC I need to have an incoming connection in Jira DC even if I configured the tunnel?

Apparently someone had the same question. Atlassian created a feature request for it. Currently it is not possible You can find the answer on https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-questions/Is-there-an-api-for-getting-the-squash-commits-from-bitbucket/qaq-p/2471768#M97405

Hi Paul! Welcome to the Atlassian Community. You tagged this as bitbucket-server meaning your Bitbcket instance is being managed by the company you work for. Are you always on the company's WiFi when you try to access Bitbucket? Is Bitbucket supposed to be accessible from the internet (home office, any other wifi, ...)? If…
-
Hi @Sourabh Kulkarni Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I don't think that can be done. The commit/ merge type you perform is something that happens at the moment the commit is performed. Those types are not Bitbucket specific. They happen at the git level. GIT does not track which type of commit you performed as far as I…

Hi @Elizaveta Belova Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Perhaps Bitbucket is not done indexing your content. If the issue persists you can contact Atlassian Support https://support.atlassian.com/contact I don't think this is something you'll be able to fix yourself. Internal Server Errors typically indicate something is…

Hi Paul, I assume you are importing the backup in another Confluence Cloud instance? The backup you created contains zip files. Unzip it and check whether the XML files are not larger than 200MB. That's the limit for restores. If they are larger you will have to move the spaces individually. This has been described…

Hi @xisef and welcome to the Atlassian Community! That's a very broad question :-) Is there anything specific we can help you with? Creating issues, searching, configuring a workflow, ... Here is a free course that will give you a nice overview of Jira to get…

Hi! Why do you want to do this? The captcha is there for a reason. If users often get a captcha when they login they are probaly using wrong credentials somewhere (in a script or some tool for example). How to identify the failed logins has been described…

Hi Vera, Something simple I can think of: * Trigger: manual trigger * Action: transition issue Destination status: {{doesnotexist}} You basically try to transition to a status that does not exist. Don't forget the curly braces (this is a variable that doesn't exist either).
-
Hi @Ayfer Gözel If you change the SLA configuration to use the new status name Jira will recalculate the SLA for all issues. Have you tried that?
-
If my answer resolved your question please mark it as accepted :-)

Hi @Scottie Tang welcome to the Atlassian community! The cloud migration assistant will indeed migrate a lot of users. Depending on your settings it will migrate all users or only users that are linked to the projects in scope of the migration. How Jira users and groups are migrated. When performing a Cloud migration I…

Hi! On Prepare your data for importing into Assets you will read: If you are importing objects from a CSV file into Assets, you must identify the objects by the attribute that is assigned as a Label, not their Name or Key. So make sure the column that contains the unique identifier for each object is the label of your…

You can choose the maximum file size but not the resolution. More on https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-file-attachments/ May I ask why the larger resolution is causing an issue for you?
