Is that other admin part of the same domain as you? In other words: was his domain claimed by your Atlassian Access instance?
-
Hi @Nemes Daniel Could you elaborate on the exact setup? Are you using authentication policies in Atlassian access to define which users need to use SSO?
-
Hi @Mahesh I'm not sure whether this line blocks this Can't propagate "bamboo_*" environment variables. But you can enable your remote host to accept the variables by editing /etc/ssh/sshd_config. This is the procedure. Have you tried to manually ssh into the remote but from the Bamboo agent machine? And with the user…

Hi @obaida ali gogazeh Have you tried https://my.atlassian.com/ ?

Your answer saved me @Martin Bayer _MoroSystems_ s_r_o__ I had a hard time finding out a Double is needed :-)

Hi Sara, You will be billed for the amount of license you use. No need to formally request this. You can just grant more users the JSM access and you will be charged for it From https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/pricing About licenses and billing by user type For monthly subscriptions, we’ll charge…

Hi @Chrissy Savva Did Confluence crash or the PC you were working on? Confluence normally saves your edits instantly while working on a page. When you come back to edit that page later everything should be there even if you did not save the changes yet. Of course you need to have an active network connection for this to…

Hi Tajana, I think you need to use an access token instead of your password. But I would recommend to use an SSH key instead. See https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/using-access-tokens/ --> Using Repository Access Tokens with the Git command line interface

For anyone looking for the Data Center solution: { "fields": { "customfield_10304": "{{issue.Team.id}}" } } Where customfield_10304 is the ID of the Team field. {{issue.Team.id}} is basically a number. In my example I was creating a new issue with the Team value from the trigger issue.

that's good to know! @Marcin Gardias is this a feature we can find in JAC? I tried searching but I don't see it https://jira.atlassian.com/issues/?jql=project%20%3D%20%22Bamboo%20Data%20Center%22%20%20and%20fixVersion%20%3D%2010.0.0%20 No problem if it is not in there :-)

Hi @Naveen Devops This stack trace does not contain a lot of useful information except for: Error creating bean with name 'agentRegistrationBean': Invocation of init method failed; nested exception is org.springframework.remoting.RemoteTimeoutException: Receive timeout after 300000 ms for RemoteInvocation: method name…

It would be nice if there was a way to identify dashboards using any of those gadgets in order to warn the dashboard owner. Is there a way on Cloud? On DC we can query the database but I'm not sure if this announcement applies for DC?

You can calculate the size of 3 things: * Jira install directory * Jira home directory * Database. This really depends on you DB type. For postgreSQL you could use: SELECT pg_size_pretty( pg_database_size('<jiradbname>') ); Can I ask what you need this for?

Hi @Sivasankaran Subramanian I'd look into the "tunnel failed" error. It seems like SourceTree can not access adtgit01.adt.com:8443. It's not a permission issue at the repository level. Any chance you are on a VPN or need to use a proxy? If you're not sure about the proxy: check if your browser is using a proxy (most…

Hi Adam and welcome to the Atlassian community! I assume this is about Jira Service Management? Users without Jira Service Management license can typically only create internal comments. You need to be an agent in the project and have a JSM license. Can you check this?
-
Oh I'm so sorry. I have no idea why I thought it was about Jira. Probably because I answered a Jira question just before :-) Anyway: there is no way to filter for Bitbucket projects starting with a certain letter via the API. There is an endpoint to list all projects:…

Hi! I'm not sure what you mean with "Project hierarchy is different than the portfolio." And "managing the portfolio"? Do you need a view with all projects (epics?) in the portfolio with their status, start date, end date, ... You can do this in a Advanced roadmap plan by filtering for the higher levels only. I'm sorry if…
-
You should be able to create a single plan in advanced roadmaps and combine multiple Jira projects in the plan. In the plan you can limit the view to only show the higher level (initiatives) when you only need a portfolio overview without the detailed tasks.

Hi Richard? Did it work for you? Please mark the answer as accepted to close this question if it has been resolved :-)

Hi @[deleted] Jira Align is a separate product that connects to Jira. Its little brother is called "Advaced Roadmaps" and is available by default in Jira Premium. You should see a menu item called Plans in your Jira navigation bar. First you will have to define the hiearchy of your Jira instance. On top of the default…

I don't think you can. You could of course push your whole repo to a new temporary one. Check the results and fix them in your original repo. I also tried this plugin recenlty. It can scan your whole history (not just new commits) and all branches. It comes with a price of course. Security for Bitbucket

Hi Richard With the project picker endpoint you can searh for projects starting with a certain letter. Documentation Example: https://jira.atlassian.com/rest/api/2/projects/picker?query=b I hope this helps!
-
Hi Dianne and welcome to the Atlassian community! I was able to reproduce what you describe. When renaming properly Bitbucket will detect this as a rename in a PR. But when you compare 2 commits it shows the file as a new file in the diff. I found the feature request for Bitbucket Cloud but not for Data…

Copy space permisisons is probably to most interesting one for me because there are no "permissions" schemes like in Jira where you just apply a scheme when creating a project.

ok glad I could help!

Hi @SH Unfortunatley, our org has jira and bitbucket self hosted, so they are probably old versions. Atlassian is still releasing new versions of Jira and Bitbucket Data Center (not server). So normally your admins should be able to upgrade regularly. I'm using Jira and Bitbucket on prem at several companies and the link…

Hi @Sonal Bhatt and welcome to the Atlassian community! Do you mean you created page on an on premise instance last week. And after that the space was migrated to Confluence Cloud and you can not find those pages anymore? If this is the case I think you should talk the the person who performed the migration. Notmally your…

Hi Paulina and welcome to the Atlassian community! After the lookup issues action you should use a FOR EACH: add a branch action and choose Advanced Branching. As a smart value you can use {{lookupIssues}} and as variable name issue Now you can add actions in the branch and use {{issue.summary}} to refer to the summary of…

Hi @Tricia Sykes With Staging what do you mean exactly? Is this another branch called staging or is it an environment in a deploy plan? If it's a branch: can you see who the author of the merge is? Perhaps it is being done by a build plan? (cascading merge does not exist on Bitbucket Cloud so it can not be a repo setting)…
