Hi @vineeta rawat Can you elaborate a bit please? What do you mean with a dashboard filter exactly? A screenshot might help. The REST API of Jira will only return 1000 results maximum. Your issue might relate to this.

You could instal apache locally. Atlassian has example configurations here: Jira Data Center Load Balancer examples But you will need to take some time to install and understand how those apache configuration files work. Plenty of online tutorials.

Hi @serge calderara I'm not sure if I get the question entirely becausein your scenario you only talk about DC01. I assume you meant this: when you arre logged in on DC01 and you log in to DC02 your are being logged out from DC01 automatically. Is that right? This is most likely due to cookies. The same cookie is set for…

Thanks for this nice article! Do you remember when Jira cloud and server got different development/ feature tracks? Was that in 2014 when the names were changed?
-
ok well let's hope it will be selected as a future feature :-)
-
Hi Jonathan, I'm curious: what are you exactly expecting? Are you looking for built-in pipeline steps to use terraform? I also found this open feature request: Create offical Terraform provider
-
Google Chrome! Edge is used to be fine but they added too many annoying features that need an opt-out.
-
Hi @Frederic Chang Well in the meantime an active incident was published on the status page for Jira, Jira Service Management and Jira Work Management. Atlassian Status

Do you have anything under pipelines in Bitbucket? It is likely that another process was put in place. Could be with scripts that were run manually or another CI/CD tool. Best thing would be to ask your developer.

Hi @soex0101 and welcome to the Atlassian Community! Thanks for raising this. I escalated your question to Atlassian so they can review the repo.
-
No there is no extended backup from Atlassian regardless of your subscription. I would start by limiting the amount of users with delete permissions (admins).
-
Hi Saber What kind of backups are you looking for? Are you afraid Atlassian might lose your data? Or are you looking for a solution to rtecover repositories in case one of your users accidentially removes a repo or a part of a repo? Here is some information from Atlassian: Does Bitbucket Cloud backup my repositories? In…

Hi @Eric McColloch and welcome to the Atlassian community! Have you checked all those suggestions? Is the DB running, is the password OK, network, ... You might find more information in you confluence log file.
-
yes ok so your change is merged with master. But what happens after that merge? Is a deploy mechanism being trigger with a (Bitbucket) pipeline? And if so, does that pipeline show any errors? It is very unlikely that your code change on master will have an effect on your application just like that. There must be some kind…

Hi @Muhammad Ali Khan I don't think this can be done on Jira Cloud. For Jira Data Center there is an article that describes how to replace the default satisfaction survey emails by something custom via an automation How to customize the Customer Satisfaction email in Jira Service Management No such thing for Cloud. There…

For OAuth 2.0 I think you need to create an application link first on Jira data center (jira server is out of support indeed). Jira OAuth 2.0 provider API | Administering Jira applications Data Center 10.0 | Atlassian Documentation

How do you deploy your code?
-
Hi @Rilwan Ahmed and welcome to the Atlassian Community! Yes you can follow those steps. You basically need to perform it twice. Once for the intermediate version and then for your final target version. Of course there can be things to consider specifically for your environment. Therefore I strongly recommend performing…
-
Hi @Deepak Pawar You tagged this question as Cloud but your question metnions "on premise". I assume it is the wrong tag? What kind of integration are you looking for exactly? You'll probably need a plugin or an external solution so sync the tools. Or are you looking for creating your own API based integration?
-
Hi @Chris Vuchev and welcome to the Atlassian Community! Restricting request types based on project roles is not available indeed. I found this feature request but nothing about an estimated delivery. You can vote and watch the feature request but I would not expect this to be released anytime soon. On another note: this…

Hi @seo and welcome to the Atlassian Community! I'm not sure this is the right place to ask about your application not being deployed properly. We don't know anything about your environment and setup. Do you have more details? And is this something that worked before and is now broken?
-
thanks for the clear answer @Rogério Paiva - Xray Xporter !

I don't see a parameter to get more than 15 values in the documentation. I think JQL autocomplete will not show more than that in the UI. Other results will show up when typing something. This solution seems even less ideal than I thought.
-
yes you can request/ purchase a data center license and enter it in your current server instance. It will convert your Jira from server to datacenter. You will basically get some extra features when installing a DC license. And you get the possibility to create a clustered setup (with multiple Jira nodes) On Migrate from…

Hi @abdelkader_benmati Anyone using Jira server is impacted by the end of life. Jira server is end of support since February 2024. If you run Jira server you won't get any support from Atlassian anymore and more importantly: no security updates. You should replace your Jira server license with a Jira Data Center license.…

Hi @Jon Kocen Most Scriptrunner features in Jira allow you to either add the script as "inline" script or to provide the "path" to the script. I always recommend using the path because indeed you can keep it in Git/ Bitbucket that way. You should create a directory in your Jira home directory on the server called "scripts"…

Hi @Manuvimal Mohan Sub-task are not meant to be used under epics because it would skip a level in the hierarchy of: epic -> story/bug/... -> sub-task It is technically possible though but I would not recommend it because it is just not convenient to create those sub-tasks under an epic. It will probably work with the REST…

Hi @Manuela Whittaker and welcome to the Atlassian Community! Depending on your specific expectations for a demo you could: * Get in touch with an Atlassian partner company to request a demo: https://www.atlassian.com/partners You'll probably want a partner in your own country. On the long term you can establish a…

Hi @Gary Lau and welcome to the Atlassian Community! When you see context it is often about the custom field contexts. Via the Jira administration -> custom fields you can edit the "context" for each field. A context defines on which issue types and/ or project the configuration of the field applies. This allows you to…

Hi Antonio and welcome to the Atlassian Community! To be clear: storage is only about attachments. And on the free plan you can have up to 2GB which is obviously not a lot. The standard plan comes with 250GB. I don't think there is a way to find out which Jira issues are using most of your storage. But…
