Hi @Jerome F_ Yes you are right I missed that step although I had to perform it a lot of times in the past already.

Hi @Alby Siby This could be anything. Your Jira is struggling to respond in time to your web browser. You should check the application logs for any errors that could cause this. It could also be network related.

Hi @Shashank I think you need to add a space after the second * So: *Opportunity#:* 14600

I do not have sourcetree installed myself but if you want to change the currenlty saved credential in Sourcetree to the new personal token you'll have to edit your authentication details for gitlab. I think it's under the "accounts" menu.

Hi @Karl Buena and welcome to the Atlassian Communtiy. I think you should be able to integrate Crowd with a custom application. Involving Jira just to have an IDP should not be necessary. What are you looking for exactly? Do you need to sync users to your custom application? This should be possible with Crowd's REST API.…

Hello @Subhashree Bagchi According to that error message you should use a personal access token instead of a password. You will find more info on GitLab' documentation: Personal access tokens | GitLab

Hi @Krishnaveni Rajendran You can not access the Confluence Cloud database. This is a typical limitation of almost any SaaS solution. You could use the Confluence API to fetch data ad transfer it to a SQL database with any custom solution of your own like a script.

Hi Ram, Thanks for your answer. Yes I used HAPI in the past. But can I updated the updated date of an issue with HAPI? I don't think so but if I'm overlooking it please let me know. As mentioned in my question it is the updated field I need to adapt. In my example I only used summary to simplify the case to make sure I did…

Hi @J001 Just checking: did this endpoint work to stop the build?

Anwsering my own question: it is possible by ising issue.setTimeSpent(myLong) MutableIssue (Atlassian Jira - Server 9.12.15 API)
-
Hi Marc, Thanks for your answer. In the meantime I found a solution: I missed this yesterday but there seems to be a method to set the time spent without worklog: issue.setTimeSpent(myLong) MutableIssue (Atlassian Jira - Server 9.12.15 API)

Thanks @Gayatri Ramesh Please let us know if there is another feature request to watch for the ssh signing.

You're welcome!

* Copy the workflow * Change the name of the copy to the name you want to use * Assign the workflow to your workflow scheme(s) to replace the original workflow * Perform status mapping (straightforward because the statuses are the same in source and target) * Remove original workflow Feature request JRASERVER-19813

Hi Erik and welcome to the Atlassian Community! The documentation you found is for Bitbucket Data Center where it is indeed possible to sign commits with SSH keys. This has been added in recent releases, in the past only GPG was supported. For Bitbucket Cloud which you seem to be using there is an ongoing feature request:…

Hi and welcome to the Atlassian Community! Can you try this one? The description is confusing but I do think this is the one. Delete api latest queue

Hello! No a project always has 1 issue type screen scheme. The issue type screen scheme consists of 1 or more screen schemes. Those screen schemes are tied to issue types. And the screen schemes can have several screens for the different actions: view/ edit/ create

You're welcome!

Hi Maksym and welcome to the Atlassian Community! Domain verification is a prerequisite to manage users. The documentation is on Verify a domain to manage accounts You need to add a record in your DNS or add a file on your website to prove the domain is yours.

An upgrade that causes pages to vanish is quite strange. The pages are kept in the database. Do you have database access to check if they are really gone? Or did you change any database settings in the upgrade process?

Hi Matthew, The IP allowlist applies to the wole site. There is a feature request to make an exception for the customer portals but it has not been implemented so far: ACCESS-1532

Hi! I don't think that's possible at all. However: Atlassian Cloud supports custom domains nowadays. Perhaps you can look into that? Not for the free plan I'm afraid. * https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-6999 * https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/add-a-custom-domain/

You could use diff, a tool to compare 2 text files line by line. But those files are usually huge so it will be very difficult. In my opnion those files are too complex to be compared. example: diff file1.xml file2.xml If it returns nothing it means the files are identical. But if the backups are from different times I…

Hi! How are you performing the authentication? For Jira Cloud's REST API authenticaiton you need a token indeed. But you also need to provide the username. It uses basic authentication: Example header: "Authorization: Basic ZnJlZDpmcmVk" From https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/basic-auth-for-rest-apis/…
-
Yes that's it! I was not sure if it was available as a default validator.
-
Well the sshd_config should be adapted on your target machine, not on the Bamboo machine agent machine. I asumme your target is Linux? Any chance your app-install script is able to log more verbose output to pinpoint the issue?
-
Do you have any other plugins like JSU or JMWE? You'll need to add a validator on the sub-task create tranistion. The validator needs to check the status of the parent item. But I don't this exisst by default. You can check your available validators when creating a workflow. Click the create transition and go to validators.
-
Hi @Logan Kitchen No I'm afraid that's not possible. You can only use the available options. The settings in your screenshot are also only valid on a per user basis. So it's basically a personal setting.
-
that's great. Thanks for writing the article!

How exactly are you configuring the usage of multiple authentication methods? I'm not even sure that's possible.
