Hi @D van zyl I'm sorry it took me so long to reply. I had issues with my PowerBI installation making it impossible to open a report. Here is how I created an overview of Jira work items with their worklogs (changelogs in your case): * Get the work items I need using the REST API based on a JQL --> 1 row per work item *…

@PARAMESWARAN_ VRINDA best to check it on your end. When you open a file in notepad++ you will see its encoding on the bottom right of the screen.
-
On Data Center it is not possible. There is a feature request for it: [JRASERVER-74088] Allow REST API responses to also return a non-translated response - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.
-
I did not know about clicking the date. Thanks!
-
Not possible indeed! I know Custom Charts for Jira can do this.
-
One major difference is that the import will not split the Word into several (sub) pages per heading anymore.
-
Hi @Ivan LN I will test with giving instructions to the agent so it does not prompt the summary of the actions to come I think this is your only option at the moment. Let me know how you testing goes because this is an interesting case! In automations there is no way to wait for the final answer unlike what can be done…

Hi @Matteo Gubellini _SoftComply_ It's good to know you're not the only interested in this question. Just know that community members often filter for unanswered questions. And this "+1" answer will make it look like it has been answered. Using the like button should be enough ;-)

Hi Mark, No I'm afraid that can' be done. I've seen Jira admins creating fields with a name like ------------------- but I don't really like that idea. Tabs are the way to go like @Nikola Perisic suggested.
-
Can I ask on which screen you're doing this exactly? I was testing it from the global search screen. What feels strange ist, on Jira onPrem it worked with charm on the same browser.. Well you can not compare those anymore. The code base of on prem and cloud are different.
-
Hi @Heinz, Erik /Extern I never experienced this issue before. Like @Ollie Guan suggests try to rule out any browser plugins first. About your other question: After performing a JQL search, is there a way to automatically focus on the issue list so I can immediately start navigating with J/K? Here is something I just…

Hello @arielei Doing UI customizations is indeed not possible on Jira Cloud unless you install an app that does what you are looking for or if you develop your own app. i want to trigger the "Create" screen without having to use the input fields option. What do you mean by this exactly? What's the input fields option?
-
Thanks! I will check it out

I'm pretty sure it’s not the DB copy Indeed, otherwise the recovery user should work. You can always check if the cwd_users table contains anything to be 100% sure of course. + check your log files. There might be something related in there.
-
Well that's new for me. Where do you actually enable them in the Jira projects?
-
Glad I could help!
-
Doing it in Confluence sounds like a good idea. You can include the URL to the page in the agent's instructions.
-
So i guess prompt in automation rule should look like that: Given the following Jira issue, what is the most appropriate affected service? Summary: {{issue.summary}} Description: {{issue.description}} Yes indeed! I think you could also just use {{issue.key}} instead since you told the agent to look at the summary and…

So you created a "Customer Support Selector" agent in your Jira instance telling it what it is capable of, how it should reply etc. This agent now exists: you can use it in Rovo chat and in automation rules. There is no need to redefine the agent in the automation rule. All you need to do is select the agent (which you…
-
Hi @Ugnius Aušra I think you created the agent correctly. But you are reentering the agent's definition in the prompt on the automation rule which is not how this is supposed to work. The prompt in the automation rule is meant to be used just like the Rovo chat window: you select an agent, add a chat message, and get a…

This session provided a great overview of building a Rovo agent. Very detailed and well explained. Almost felt like doing it yourself. Thanks @Jensen Fleming and @Sherif Mansour

Hmm now that you mention it: that might be how I solved it. Get the issues in a table and get the worklogs (changelogs in your case). Then aggregate it. I can not check it for you this week since I'm at the Team Europe event and on another PC. I can post an update early next week. Sorry!
-
Hi David, It's still working for me, I just tried. Just make sure you are not on any app (plugin) page because they usually don't work there. When viewing a workitem or on the home page it should definitely work.
-
Hi Jeffrey and welcome to the Atlassian Community! Have you checked the permissions for "Projects" for those users? You'll see a screenshot on this page: Atlassian Projects and Goals access management is now available!
-
Hi David For me it was about this endpoint: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v2/api-group-issue-search/#api-rest-api-2-search-get Being replaced with this one: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v2/api-group-issue-search/#api-rest-api-2-search-jql-get The main difference is how…

Seeing all those GitHub enthousiasts: I really like the default Jira - Bitbucket integration. It's not an app I know, sorry!
-
Hi @Schuyler Erle I don't think you are the only one with this opninion. But the opinions are certainly mixed. For me some (new and old) exising features could definitely use finetuning with extended capabilities to make them more complete. What is there already is not always enough and I notice this especially when…
-
Hi @Rohit Are you getting any errors on the published report? Is your Bitbucket instance accessible from the internet or only on your local/ company network?
-
Hi @Alla Santosh Pavan Kumar and welcome to the Atlassian Community! "Request header is too large" clearly indicates that a http header received by Jira is too large. How this happens is not clear from your log. Are you running your own script or calling an endpoint manually? Please explain what you are trying to do and…

Hi @D van zyl and welcome to the Atlassian Community! I'm not sure I'm getting you 100% right. But here is how I did something similar to get all work items from a jira project and their work logs. I don't remember the details exactly but the steps were: * Get the work items via the endpoint to search by JQL --> put this…
