Hi Elisabeth! Glad I could help. If this solves your question please mark the answer as accepted. It might help other community members in the future.

There is a setting you can enable in each build to clean the directory after the build. It's called something like: "clean working directory after build" I do not have access to a Bamboo instance myselfy immediately but that's how I did it for years. An alternatvive is to schedule a cronjob at times where you're sure…

Where did you put the JSU post function? On the create step of the Story workflow right? Is the fix version field on the edit screen for Stories?

Hi! Welcome to the Atlassian Community. If you don't want to affect any issues in the DEV project you could simply put a condition in the automation rule flow. In the related issue branch add a condition on project = service desk project. I think this should do the trick.

Hi Marco, By default it can only be done for PDFs I think. Here is the code I'm using at my own company. This will show an image on the bottom left of each PDF page. The image itself has been stored on a Confluence page that's why the URL is relative. I also changed the page size because it was not A4 by default if I…

There is another endpoint to add a user to a group: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-groups/#api-rest-api-3-group-user-post Note: you need the Atlassian ID of the user in order to add it to a group. So when you create the user you might want to save the ID somewhere.
-
I'm not sure what you meant by that. So are you using Atlassian Cloud? The question was marked with jira-server that's why I sent you the server REST API which is different. If you can show us the actual request you're making I might be able to help.
-
Hi @Bhagavan Goud Can you give us the payload of your post request? Make sure you follow the API documentation to create your request: * https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/creating-projects-via-rest-api-in-jira-963651978.html * https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/REST/9.3.1/#project-createProject You can…

Hmm good question. Can you check if you see them under orphaned pages? https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf614/orphaned-pages-965545633.html Or if you can: all pages are in the CONTENT table in the database. Try searching for the page title of an archived page, then you will be sure if they have been migrated. If you have…

Hi @Jakob KN I usually add a response header in my reverse proxy configuration: x-robots-tag: noindex, nofollow It's certainly easier than adding a <noindex> html tag. There is no setting in Jira that will prevent search engines from indexing your Jira. Note: once you add that reponse header it can take several days before…

You could consider user provisioning via Atlassian Access: https://support.atlassian.com/provisioning-users/docs/understand-user-provisioning/ It will not automate user creation when a ticket is created but it will sync users from your IDP (if you have one) to Atlassian Cloud. Even with user groups if you want to. You need…

ok, I'm glad it was resolved!

Hi Jason, An http 400 response meanse "bad request". It means that the request is malformed or contains something that the target can not process. In other words: the error is usually on the client side.

The Issue object has a getSecurityLevelId() method https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/9.3.0/index.html?com/atlassian/jira/issue/Issue.html You can't get the scheme directly from the issue. You will have to get the scheme from the project via the…

Hi Jason, What do you mean with "automation calling"? I don't understand how you are making those http requests. if they are being made by another program I assume that program is not properly creating the requests. 405 response means: method not allowed. For example: doing a GET when it should be a POST. Bad chunk size:…

Hi! Ok thanks for those numbers. 3 things: * Academic institutions are eligible for 50% discounts and (in some cases) even for a free Atlassian Access subscription but it it not up to may to say if your university qualifies. More information on: Purchasing & Licensing FAQ --> "Do academic institutions receive special…

Hi Thomas, The search results seem to be different indeed although it is not mentioned on the Cloud documentation (your article is about Confluence on prem). I'm unable to find any feature request about case insensitive search. You can always create one on https://jira.atlassian.com/
-
Indeed, you seem to be missing some files. Let me know if you are able to solve it :-)
-
Hi Jason, I don't think I really understand what you're dealing with exactly. I missed the part where you said "other platform". Do you see the "bad chunk size" in the UI of that other platform? Can you post a screenshot? I also found this related bug report. Perhaps it is related to your issue.…

Ok that's good to know! But it won't work for the permission schemes.
-
Hi @UMONS No I'm afraid not. You might stumble upon this plugin but it uses Atlassian Access too https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1222230/azure-active-directory?hosting=cloud&tab=overview Do you have +15000 users with actual product access? Jira, Confluence, Trello, ... Users with access to the Jira Service…
-
By "move to another domain", you mean if you change the email address of the user? Or the actual username? Confluence server supports renaming usernames. It will remain the same user in the database so login information should be kept.
-
Yes, the javadoc is quite complete. You will need the PermissionSchemeService and loop over all schemes with the getPermissionSchemes() method. For each permission scheme you can do getPermission() and then get the PermissionGrant objects which has as getHolder() method containing the user, group or role I haven't tested…

Hi @Helen The elasticsearch port is defined in <Bitbucket home directory>/shared/search/elasticsearch.yml. Can you check which port is defined in that file? You can also follow this procedure.

Hi @Dishant Sharma I'm afrtaid this is not available. Users can be member of a security scheme via a user group, project role or by being added as individual users. There is no API endpoint that will show you where a user has been added based on those 3 possibilities or even based on individual users only. You will have to…

Hi @Thomas Flair Could you post a screenshot of this behavior please? When I search in Confluence the casing doesn't matter

Hi @Supun Randika Cookies typically store login information. If a user disables ALL cookies in the brower a lot of website will not work and I doublt every website will show such a message. But I understand your suggestion. In these times users are sometimes "afraid" of cookies because of tracking cookies which have a bad…

I'm glad @Theodora Boudale was able to resolve your issue :-)

Hi Oxana, There are multiple ways to do this but here is how I would do it: For each question create a separate page. You can create a page template in order to have a consistent layout accross all pages. The title of the page will be the actual question. Make sure you use a cartain label on each of those pages.…

Hi @AYUSHI PADHA Welcome to the Atlassian community! What do you get in your browser? Any chance your company blocks traffic to Bitbucket? Here is a list of IP addresses that should be witelisted.
