Hi Phil and welcome to the Atlassian Community! In addition to Pavel's answer: Atlassian announced 4 new licensing models during Atlas Camp 2025 last month. In the future app vendors will be able to offer decoupled JSM/JSW licenses meaning you will be able to purchase an app only for your JSM users. It will also be…

Hi Matt, welcome to the Atlassian Community! The placeholder macro is available but only when creating/ editing a template. So when you choose "use this template" you are creating a page based on a template and you won't be able to add new placeholders. Creating/editing a template can be done from the global or space…

Hi Eddie, welcome to the Atlassian Community! Looks like you ended up on this page: https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/link-preferences. Is that correct? I don't have that top banner overlapping the actual menu. What browser and device are you using? It doesn't seem to be part of the webpage.

Hi @Metheavy Tan I ran into issues with multiple antiviruses in the past. I don't remember anything about MDE. Personally I think the recommendation from Atlassian that you found on that page is too broad. They recommend to exclude the following 3 items which is basically everything related to your Confluence instance. *…

Hello Andy! Any chance your Jira project in the cloud site has a required field upon creation that is not included in your CSV export? Is there more to that error or does it stop at autoid..... Usually it also shows the summary. Perpahs you can identiy the issue that fails to import and inspect that line in your CSV?

Hi @Mykenna Cepek I agree, if you have a lot of auatomation rules validating/ replacing the IDs is challenging. I hope your script turns out well!

For anyone encountering this issue: it is most likely related to a client issue or your networking blocking requests to the Marketplace. I'm running this today on a Jira v9.12.15 instance. The issue only occurs in Chrome, not in Firefox. After some troubleshooting I found out that the "company managed" chrome app "privacy…

Hi @lakshyajeet_swami A sandbox is not like a Jira trial. The sandbox has the same expiry date as your main Jira site. So it will simply not expire or disappear as long as your Jira Premium license is valid. The same story is valid for any apps you have a subscription for.. See Manage apps for sandboxes All about sandboxes…

Hi @Ram Prasath Any chance you created this by mistake on the Jira Cloud Community? Jira Cloud is always on https. If you need to switch a Jira Data Center instance to https this depends on your setup: * If you have a reverse proxy in front of Jira you can configure it at the reverse proxy level * If you don't you'll have…

Some feedback about the colors: I think the new yellow and green are too similar. I have some color vision deficiency and those colors are just too similar. A bigger contract between them would help. whocanuse.com confirms my concern and when reading the comments here I do not seem to be the only one. I hope this can be…

Thanks @Barbara Szczesniak

Any people with some type of color vision deficiency? For me the new green and yellow are barely distinguishable which is why I agree with @Alexandra Luca . I hope the color choice can be revisited :-)

Hi @Dan W So a product release in your context is a release with a significant amount of changes or changes that are important enough to make the organization aware of it? Anything that changes in your product, small or big, is a release. So I agree that you should have a trace of this somehow. Usually there are different…
-
Thanks for replying Jack. That's actually a good idea. I just sent them feedback via the in product feedback form. There's nothing in Atlassian Cloud changes blog or I missed it in an older one.
-
good to know this is the way!
-
Ok thanks for the follow-up. Well this should not happen anyway. So I would recommend to get in touch with the vendor of the Refined app to raise this issue. They might direct you towards Atlassian if they can't help. Because at this point you are manually enabling the apps whenever you start Confluence?

Yes I meant outside Jira itself. You probably found out about the /secure/QuickCreateIssue!default.jspa URL by looking at your browser's address bar or the developer tools. While those will often work when you use them programmatically in scripts or tools like postman they were not designed for it. And it does not surprise…
-
@Chris Empty JSON no but have you tried leaving the value for the teams field empty? In other words: double quotes with nothing between them.
-
Hi Vesa Do you mean this issue was caused by a specific app?
-
Hi @Asmath Basha Enhanced Search is part of scriptrunner for Jira Cloud and can be accessed via the apps menu. There is more information on this page.
-
Ok that's postman. You should not be using /secure/QuickCreateIssue!default.jspa?decorator=none&pid=10033&issuetype=10035 for that. This is not meant to be used outside of the user interface. Just as a test: can you use this with the custom domain? {custom-domain}/rest/api/3/issue/{issueIdOrKey}. HTTP method is GET
-
Hi @Bassem alameddine Are you using that URL to created issues programmatically in some script or via a terminal? Or do you execute this in your browser? I'm asking because there are actual REST API endpoints for this The Jira Cloud platform REST API I don't think the URL you are using is made to handle basic…

Ok, glad you found a solution!

Hi Irina, You can try the jobs & careers group. Depending on you country of residence there can also be a website where (public) tenders are published. I would also recommend to attend (Atlassian) events where you can network to make contacts with potential clients.
-
You're welcome. Glad I could help! More about the different automation components can be found here Components in Jira automation | Cloud automation Cloud | Atlassian Support
-
Hi @Raina Anand This should not be too difficult. As a trigger you can use issue transitioned and pick cancelled in the TO field As an action: edit issue and chose the Story Points field. Set it to 0
-
I don't think that 100 limit applies here. You are only counting items containing "wix.wixanswers.com" --> 95 But did you already check how many items are in commentsList? You can use: commentsList.size()
-
Hi @Asmath Basha By that you mean all the items having any issue link in a certain project? By default Jira does not have many JQL functions to query for linked issues. You can do: * linkedissue = ABC-123 To find items linked to ABC-123 * issue in linkedIssues(ABC-123,"is duplicated by") to find items linked to ABC-123…

Hi Karl, There is the crowd SSO2 link posted by @MASEEDU JESWANTH in the other answer. I do not have a sample myself, sorry! Once you start developing: know that there is a dedicated developer community as well.

Hi @Krishnaveni Rajendran Glad I could help. If this solved you issue please mark the question as accepted. It will help other users as well.
