A far better solution is PDFs with digital signatures. This not really a problem Confluence can solve.

Your email address is the primary part of your login. You can change your name but not your email. So the only way to handle it is to have them disable your old account and create a new one for you with the new email address.
-
I check the structure and it is rendered with the page, meaning it is not dynamic and/or controllable via CSS. So no, you can't. You would have to create your own solution, probably manually generated.

Contact your admin for your instance. Admin privileges are needed to install any plugin.
-
You are in luck. There used to be a redirect page macro as part of the standard package. Atlassian dropped it for some reason. But someone has a free replacement in the Marketplace: page-redirect-for-confluence There is another version that is free on server, but paid on Cloud redirection-for-confluence

Are you talking about list numbering for something else? A bit more information would help.
-
Two possibilities: * You are not authorized to view the page * Page was deleted, but not removed from the trash bin Talk to your admin.
-
It doesn't. Most companies struggle to get anything documented. And much of it is never reviewed by a writer, unfortunately.
-
The only way I can think of handling this is by updating the CSS for the edit view to highlight these terms. However. I don't think that is easy to do with the Cloud instance.

I would recommend the page plugin multiexcerpt . It will allow you to create a number of named excerpts on a single page that can be used in multiple locations. One trick I use is the have a page of common content on page at root level in the space (usually I call it _includes). Or you can have one of your pages server as…

I had another thought. You could paste all your headings on to a page, then insert the ToC macro at the top. It does this heading conversion. Then you can just copy/paste from the ToC display.
-
Are you saying reformat heading text to bullets? If that is the case, highlight all of your headers, then select the clear format option in the editor ribbon, and reformat as bullets. Then tab to adjust the level. There is no simple way to autoconvert from headings to bullets. My first answer was how to have the headings…

It will apply for all users accessing that page.

Well the best you can probably do is upload only PDF documents. You can set the security on PDF docs to not allow printing, editing and/or copying. You can also set a password just to open the doc. So users could still download, but very restricted what they could do with it. Or you need to move your content to be actual…

I am not a big fan of the cloud solution: * You are forced to upgrade per atlassian's schedule, features can disappear, workflows break. * The solution space is smaller, for example, I often write user macros to handle special functions or fill in holes in Atlassian's solution. Not available on the cloud. I run a version…

Usually I found out from a notice sent by Atlaassian, They issue becomes that unless you are on an Enterprise release, you may have to do a major upgrade to get the fix.
-
Yes, but you cannot accomplish this via the built-in editor. You have two choices: * Update the space CSS to give you the styling you want (but this will impact all pages in that space. * Write a user macro (with included CSS to hold your content (the content would go inside the macro instance.
-
Hmm, I guess you have some studying to do! ;-) Here is the link to the Confluence doc on CSS styling. styling-confluence-with-css The page has resource to where you can learn about how to get started with CSS. They do have their own basic-styling-tutorial you can review. I would suggest looking at it first so you have some…

Yes, switch to the server version? (bad joke) There are two main reasons I advise clients to not use the Cloud version of Confluence: * No control over what version you are running (workflows can break without notice) * Lack of user macros. I have not tried this route, but: * Develop your user macro on a local server…

Yes, by updating the space CSS code. Use your browser's inspect function to find the selectors you need to update. Fortunately, this macro also uses IDs, so you can write really specific rules.
-
Well you can't really handle attachments that way. You just attach them individually. But you can use the attachments macro to display a list that is filtered. You could use a label on the attachments to be able to group them together. Then have separate instances of the attachment macro, each filtering on labels, giving…

Yeah, if you want to be able to customize an instance, server edition is the way to go. Far more control over your own destiny. Then your only option is to purchase more user accounts.
-
You could place your instance behind a web proxy that requires log in. Then set up your instance to have anon user view rights. It won't be based on email per se (unless that is the user name), but you could at least restrict access, but not have to set up user accounts.
-
If no numbers are appearing, then you may have a conflict with the space CSS overwriting your CSS. Take a look using the browser inspect function to see if your class is actually being applied and then see what rules are overwriting yours. Also, you may want to change your structure to add the class to your p tag, rather…

Do you have a link to the details on the Insert Page macro? If you mean the Include Page macro, it will not work cross Confluence sites. In fact, I am not aware of any macro that works cross sites.
-
Your installation will blow up like the Death Star! ;-) Actually nothing happens, just once your installation reaches EOL: * No new bug fixes will be released * No new updates will be available for third-party plugins * No technical support for your version. But it will continue functioning as it is currently. Here is the…

Not sure if you are on the server or cloud version. On the server version, you can create a user macro to do what you want it to do. You also need admin privileges to install a user macro (or have admin willing to do it for you).
-
Not sure what you mean by layer, but I think I answered a similar question here: Confluence-Column-Formatting
-
I assume you are using the fancy-bullets macro? What is is giving you is how to format the path to where the image is. For example, if you have a bullet image (bullet.png) attached the the page "Bullet Images" in the space with the key BT, the format will be BT:Bullet Images^bullet.png
-
Did you first try to wide the column of the parent table holding the smaller table first? Generally, you can just let the browser set the widths, rather than manually setting widths.
