Not that I know of. You can do it system wide by turning off collaborative editing in the admin console.
-
What I mean is you can install a second instance of Confluence (on a different server), then within your Atlassian account, you can get dev license for that server. That way you can test updates, new plugins, etc., without impacting your live server.
-
I would "prototype" in a dev version of Confluence. You can have any number of dev servers based on your commercial license. I often do something similar, prototyping what something would look like in dev instance of Confluence -- makes it easy for people to review.

If you are using the new editor, there is this note: Creating links to non-heading sections of your page isn't possible in the new editor. If you need to link to a part of the page that isn’t worthy of a major heading, try using a smaller heading like an H5 or H6. Details are here: insert-links-and-anchors

That is very interesting. I would suggest looking at the API docs to see what is changed, but unfortunately, the docs are very sparse. Filing a case is probably your best option. There may already be a bug filed, or you get the joy of filing one. ;-)

I was unaware of these labels, but they make sense as an easy way to mark these pages. To fix your issue, you are going to have to filter your output (test each label to see if it contains "favourite" before listing on a page.
-
Yeah, it doesn't do that. But you can use the report to pull lists of tasks from multiple pages. The problem is you are on the cloud, so you are limited in your options: builtin function or third-party plugin.
-
And I see there is this method that might help - getBodyAsStringWithoutMarkup()
-
Yes, and you output should vary. And use the inspect function to see how the output is being structured.
-
Do you have rendered or unrendered checked for the output of the macro?
-
Have you looked at the task-report-macro ? If will allow you to generate a filtered list of tasks.
-
What order is it presenting the pages? Alphabetically or creating date? Is the page tree manually sorted?
-
This is a case where you would need to update the space CSS. It would impact all instances of the ToC macro. Here is the doc page: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/styling-confluence-with-css-166528400.html
-
Is that a religious position? ;-) That was why I was suggesting a more broad use case plug in -- more bang for the buck.

I have used this plugin to sync in one direction to an external server instance: comala-remote-publishing. Maybe they are working on a solution that will publish to the Cloud?
-
Many have wanted that, but there is rarely any communication between instances. This would require a custom solution, reading the content via the API from another instance. Doable probably even in a user macro, but will take some work.
-
Another solution lets you reuse any block of content: multiexcerpt I have used this macro for years to enable easy reuse of blocks of content. In your case, you could host the table inside the source macro, then just pull it to wherever you need. I often have a single page in a space hold a bunch of blocks of reusable…

I have seen something like this when users were trying to copy and paste mentions, the links were getting replaced with a default link to the page. Have you searched to see if a bug has been filed? If not, please file a bug Also, I would recommend getting the source editor plugin (in the marketplace). It is very useful in…

When you insert an image, there is a title tab in the macro dialog where you can enter a title (and alt text). The resulting storage code is: <ac:image ac:alt="Test Title" ac:height="83" ac:thumbnail="true" ac:title="Test Title"> <ri:attachment ri:image.jpg"> <ri:page ri:content-title="XXXXX"/> </ri:attachment> </ac:image>

Under space tools in the server edition, HTML export is a builtin function ( Space Tools -> Content Tools -> Export). Maybe there is a similar function in the Cloud version?
-
Well to paraphrase a former, disgraced SecDef, you have to fight the battle with the army you have amd not the army you want. I agree there are many usability features that would be very nice to have, and would be great for Atlassian to address them, but you have two choices: * Wait until Atlassian decides to fix them, and…
-
Well it actually it doesn't format to text but wraps it in HTML code tags. So then you can change your CSS to style the code tag however you want.

If you were on the server, you could see all the attachments under the space tools (if you have space admin permissions). I don't think Cloud has that?
-
is it just the one page? If it is just this page, and all the photos are inserted into the page, and have to be rendered, it could slow it down. This issue is not related to the cloud, but could be what you are seeing:…

If you are up to writing code, you could take the user macro I documented in this article: A Child Page by Label User Macro And adapt it to pull metadata set on the child page (maybe using this plugin Metadata for Confluence )
-
I am not aware of anyway to do this, other than writing your own JavaScript.
-
Yes, when you get to the end of the line, use SHIFT+ENTER, and your quoted text, then ENTER, followed your next item. For example * Item one * Item twoInserted content * Item three
-
I assume you are talking about ordered/numbered lists? When you want to have content on a new line, but not increment the number, use a soft return (shift+Enter).
-
Yeah, I assumed so. As far as I know, none exist. ;-)
