Hi @Tammy Duong If you're looking to use Confluence’s built-in features, @Kristian Klima's suggestion might be the most straightforward solution for you. However, if you're open to exploring third-party solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, there are some great options available. @Tomislav Tobijas has mentioned a few,…

Hi @Charles Sanderson In addition to the built-in options @Humashankar VJ mentioned, you can consider using the Confluence table as a background for your title header: * Add a table with one cell and drag it to your desired width. 2. Change the cell's color and add an image. Then, you can add your content or title. For a…

Jira Cloud supports basic HTML, including the <a> tag and the target="_blank" attribute. How to do it: * Edit your field description: Go to the field configuration and edit the description. * Use HTML: Within the description, insert your hyperlink like this: <a href="https://www.example.com" target="_blank">Visit Example…

Hi @Tony Chung Because Confluence Cloud UX and UI have different looks and logic, HTML macros and CSS are not needed here as much as for the DC version. They can't do most of the things you used to have and, like you mentioned, can work only as a frame, unfortunately. I can suggest you solution that helps to update the…

Hi @chris I understand your frustration.. I remember how tricky it was when I had to move documentation from the old to the new editor.. Here are some workarounds you can try: * In the new editor, create a snazzy template with your branding, then copy the content from your old pages into it. * Take a look to apps from…

Hi @John Howell You can try to make Confluence more appealing by using its built-in tables' background. Like I did on the screenshot under: just add image or icon on top and change text font and you have free cards :) If you are not happy with this solution, you can use Confluence Premium to get their cards. If you need a…

It sounds like a recent Confluence update or a Jira integration issue might be causing this. I'd recommend checking the Confluence release notes, verifying your Jira connection, and reviewing your PDF export settings. If that doesn't help, reaching out to Atlassian support might be a good next step.

My case is when we use Confluence as a website for end-user documentation or demo space, it is pretty helpful to see the things that Google Analytics gives: Source/Medium, Channels, Events of visitors. I know that one team has connected their documentation space to GA, but I don't know what tool they used for that.
-
Great article @Elena_Elevatic Love the joke about surveys :) My team developed Mosaic, which provides advanced macros and templates to help boost Confluence content engagement. I have a question about the app Viewtracker, you have mentioned - does it work with GA4?
-
Hi @gangishetty manideep The "Unknown macro: {multi-excerpt}" error usually means the MultiExcerpt app isn't installed or enabled in your Confluence instance. Here are a few things to check: * Is the MultiExcerpt app installed? It's a third-party app, so it won’t work unless added from the Atlassian Marketplace. *…

Hi @Richard Bugg Confluence allows us to do that using a table of contents Jack has mentioned. But if you are looking for ways how to make that not just a list of page titles with links but something more looking more professional visually, e.g. similar to a navigation section, you can try cards. In this article you can…

@Patricia Modispacher _k15t_ Is it possible to apply the same headers and footnotes to all the pages in the space at one time, like Lager asked? (not by saving as a template, which is not the same)
-
It belongs to the same type of app as Content Formatting Macros for Confluence. You can create headers and footers with them, but you'll have to copy them manually to each page in space.
-
@Kristian Klima Is Aura a theme app?
-
Agree with @Josh Costella Here is example of how this hub page can look like In this example were used features from Content Formatting Macros for Confluence are used (developed by my team) Or you can try to create something similar using built-in Confluence features for company hubs.
