Hi @Artiom Aleksandrovici Rovo could be a great solution for finding pages using certain criteria, e.g. duplicates, outdated information and conflicting instructions. You can try creating an agent that would regularly notify you or page creators about these pages. But you will still need to do manual checks and updates. My…

Hi @Jesus Nieto My team has created a Space Manager feature in Mosaic for Confluence to tackle the problem you are asking about. Using it, you can first of all review all pages and their properties from one place, and if needed, make bulk updates. Happy to run a demo for you if it sounds helpful.

Hi @MARCOS SGORLA If you use Numbered Headings by Mosaic (created by my team), you actually can export any of your Confluence pages into PDF :)
-
Hi @Tankem Williams Have you migrated your Confluence to AGC, too? My team created a version of the Mosaic app for AGC. It includes key formatting features such as Tabs, Numbered Headings, LaTeX, Cards, Banner, Tooltip/Footnote, and full-page templates for tech and non-tech teams.

Great post! Also, to the list of options here, I'd also add a few more apps: - LaTeX macro - Mosaic for Confluence - has a list of different formatting features, including Latex, Tabs, Numbered Headings, HTML, etc (created by my team)

Hi @Ashvin Patel Confluence has its own built-in Table of Contents macro that reflects the headings on your page. But to get numbered headings, you need to use a third-party app from the Atlassian Marketplace. Here are some of them: - Numbered Headings app - Mosaic for Confluence: besides the numbered heading, includes a…

Hi @Elena_Elevatic and @Khrystyna_Dzhus_SaaSJet_ glad you like it! 😊
-
Hi @Kar Ming Wan What app do you use for LaTeX? I've checked that the LaTeX macro by Mosaic works with the Include macro
-
Hi @thomas_toth You need a macro with better inlining. Here are a few other apps for LaTeX that have inline and block formats you can try: - LaTeX Math Macro for Confluence - Mosaic for Confluence - besides LaTeX, it has other formatting macros, e.g., HTML, automatic Numbered Heading, Tabs, Tooltips, etc.

Hi @Prakhar Godbole There are different kinds of apps for tabs in the marketplace; they can be single macro apps like Ste mentioned, or part of a content formatting macro suite, one of which Igor recommended. To the list of those that are mentioned, you can consider additional ones my team created: Tabs for Confluence or…

Hi @Chris Are you on Cloud? What app do you use for HTML?

Hi @Brandi Guess Yes, it remains centre-aligned.
-
Hi @Peter_DevSamurai highly appreciate your help in finding a solution for this request. @Matthew Burfeind, I represent the Mosaic team here:) Short answer to your question - yes, the table of contents link to Tabs in a Mosaic Tabs macro. I tested and found an additional solution. Yes, you can't use Tab's name as H2 or…

Hi @Sabrina Compton, If you need a more flexible expand, which you can add not only in the middle of text, but also inside tables and tabs, Mosaic might be an alternative solution. Additionally, if you need to make your documentation more branded, you can add custom colours and icons to expand macro headers.
-
You can try the Number heading by Mosaic. Because of tech limitations, they will disappear in the exported document, which might be good for you.
-
Hi @Eshna Bhattacharya Do you mean something like this? Mosaic tabs have links that you can link to visual elements on your home page, such as the ones shown in the screenshot (e.g., cards, buttons, etc.). Will be happy to assist if you have any other questions (my team developed this app)
-
Hi @Damon Tucker Since each Confluence user accesses templates from their own site instance, I can’t share direct links to any templates. However, you can find them by using the search bar in the Templates menu and typing the names of the templates mentioned here.
-
Hi @Anwesha Pan Thank you very much for mentioning Mosaic! 😊 @Jason Here is its Atlassian marketplace page where you can find more info about all benefits
-
Hi @Lieven Lannoo If you’re looking for an alternative to the Refined site-building app, Scroll Sites might be a good solution. If you need a replacement for the Refined toolkit used for formatting Confluence content, Mosaic could be a suitable option. My team developed this app to provide users with all the key formatting…

Hi @Renata Shuklaper You still can do that, but in Confluence Cloud, you have to type "/," not "+," like it was on Data Center You can use the built-in Confidence expand, or if you need more advanced functionality for better branding and customisation, you might try Mosaic for Confluence
-
@Thomas Mallié Yes, it doesn't work if you use Confluence's built-in expand, but it is possible if you use Mosaic for Confluence
-
Happy to know that! :)
-
Hi @Florian Finkelmann You can consider other options for automated numbered headings: - Numbered Headings for Confluence: If you need the numbered heading feature only - Mosaic for Confluence: It can work better for you if you are interested in getting other advanced formatting features like tabs, tooltips, buttons,…

Hi @Julia Watson-Clarke, If your team uses Mosaic app for Confluence, you can find a more visually advanced template of release notes in your Confluence template base, edit and save a blueprint. If you have any questions, please let me know (Mosaic was created by my team)
-
Hi @Robert Grafton It's true that @Tomislav Tobijas said Atlassian restricts regular commenting of content inside thirty-part macros, but there are some workarounds. My team has created a numbered heading that works as a feature, not as a regular macro, so you can comment on it as regular Confluence content. You can try it…
-
@Federico Viviani What apps do you use? If you use one by Mosaic or LaTex Macro for Confluence - please let me know, our team will try to help you with migration.
-
Hi @Anwesha Pan It is very inspiring to see how you use Mosaic macros for the documentation. Thank you for sharing your best practices. Also, anyone who works as a tech writer might be interested in advanced Mosaic templates for Condluence: - for documentation -for knowledge base or other type of navigation pages -for FAQs…
-
As an alternative, you can also consider Mosaic navigation features created by my team: - using cards: - cards and buttons
