Hi guys, there is not a solution for this yet =( A suggestion is opened for Atlassian though https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-9950
-
Yes, currently all the workflow statuses are being shown on the customer portal. There is a issue opened for that https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-9950
-
There is two types of invitations messages: 1) Atlassian Accont Invitation (System-Level Email) This email is sent when you invite someone to your Atlassian site via User Management under the Admin settings. It invites the user to create an Atlassian account and access your Atlassian products. This email cannot be…

I’m not sure if this always works, but I’ve tried it a few times, and it did. I cut my answer and pasted the text without formatting. Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + V Mac: Press Command + Shift + V

Oi, Lucas.

Can you share an image of the help center you are mentioning? Because it's seems to me that there is a confusion between help center and portals. Each JSM project has one customer portal. The portal is where customers can see the "options", that is, the request types. The Help Center is a central hub that groups all…
-
@Gus Feliciano If you have JSM premium you can create more than one help center: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-and-manage-help-centers/ After created, go to Customize -> manage topics and portals Then you can hide the portals you want to

Yes, you need to configure a custom email address, to do that you can follow the steps in this document: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/send-notification-emails-from-your-own-domain-in-next-gen/ But before doing that on the JSM side, you will need to add a custom email to your…
-
In the project settings -> notifications -> customer notifications: Customer invited Click on the edit button and you'll be able to customize.
-
@Ramon Gamma I don't know if you already check this documentation: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/user-provisioning-and-saml-single-sign-on-for-jira-service-management-customers-1333826180.html but it seems to address this specific configuration. "The JSM Customer role can be granted during SCIM user provisioning…

You're welcome. You can find the Issue updated in the project settings -> Notifications -> Internal notifications
-
No, adding an internal note will not notify the customer, even if there are changes to a custom field afterward. If the custom field is updated after the ticket is resolved, this action might trigger an Issue Updated event, which can notify agents (but not customers)
-
@Rajan Dangol by default editing fields won’t trigger a customer notification unless they are explicitly configured to do so in the Customer Notifications settings. So I'd check if: 1) there is not a custom notification in the currently Customer Notifications 2) there is no automation rule configured to send notification…
-
Hi @Rajan Dangol Generic Event can be triggered in situations that there isn’t a specific event type configured for that action. It's like a placeholder. It can be used to trigger notifications or actions if you configure it to do so, but it doesn’t have any built-in meaning or notifications attached. Probably,…
-
Hello @Steve Fitzgerald You'll need to add the Issue fied condition inside the Branch and select the request types you want
-
You're welcome! Exactly, Atlassian account is tied to the user's email and can be used across various Atlassian products and services, even if it’s not created or managed by your organization.
-
Hi! Is it the same email address? If yes, this is a duplicate account. This happens when a user is first added as a portal-only customer and later an Atlassian account is created for that same email address. To handle this, go to your site's portal customers page, filter for the affected user, on the three dots, select…
-
Now you can use bulk actions to handle portal only accounts: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management-articles/Bulk-Actions-for-JSM-Portal-only-accounts/ba-p/2861198

I would choose Jira Admin for Cloud. Thanks!

This is such a nice feature! I’m curious about how it handles historical data. For instance, we prepare a weekly status report, so while it’s fantastic to have a real-time view, it would be helpful if the information on the page could remain as-is for that specific reporting period. Is there a way to “freeze” the backlog…

Hi @Adolfo Casari The field contains the correct objects from the issue reporter but it is showed as select list options in the field, so I can select or not. I want that automation select all the objects for me, then the objects can be easily visualized in the issue view

Hi @Jani Gronlund Maybe this article can help you: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management-articles/Using-Cascading-Fields-with-Forms-and-Assets/ba-p/2318049

This was great, thank you!

Thank you so much!
-
Thank you so much @Rilwan Ahmed
-
This is what's happen when I click on the padlock
-
Hi @Alex Koxaras -Relational- Yes, I click on the pad locks but just opens the Page information. And I can't find any button to deal with the restrictions.
-
Hi @Rilwan Ahmed It's a Standard plan. How can I grant access here?

This is awesome!
