@Krista Williamson Thank you for the feedback and for the kind words! 😊

Hi @Thomas Donley You can check if your global configuration for email requests is “Anyone can create new accounts based on customer access and project level customer permissions” This way Jira will create a portal-only customer and assign the sender as the Reporter.

What an amazing compilation! Thank you @Jimmy Seddon for putting this together, and I truly appreciate you mentioning my article!

As an end user, I loved the purpose of the app. Having access to well-written and up-to-date documentation makes a big difference in our daily work.

The Mission Control and the Content Manager are great, very handy!

@Monique vdB @Amanda Barber Thank you so much for your help! I just published my first article :)

Hi @David I’m not aware of input fields for AQLs. If you could share a screenshot of this field and its configuration. The Assets custom fields are able to do what you described, show a dropdown with predefined values. If you could also share an example of how your assets are configured and the values you want to retrieve,…

Hi @Ricardo Emmanuel Rojas López I think you mean a floating Table of Content or a Navigation Panel so the headers are always visible. Confluence does not have this natively. There are two requests open for Atlassian develop a feature like this: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-72545…

@Monique vdB Thank you for the response! I'm afraid I've already joined the Contributors group sometime ago, but I still seem to be unable to publish articles independently. "Ask a question +" is the only possibility I'm able currently I appreciate any further insight you can provide! Thanks for your help!

Got it! Thank you @Thiago P _Atlassian Support_

Hello! Are there any plans to integrate the JSM Calendar with the Confluence Calendar? This would be amazing!

Hi @Kristian Klima I can not select which excerpt I want to show in a database field. I found in the documentation that the Page link field only displays the first excerpt of a page https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/database-fields/ Is there another way to choose which excerpt we want to display? Best…

Hi @Monique vdB @Saralie S. Regarding the Article Author badge, the requirement states "Write an article (not in a group) and Level 4 (Sapling) or above" I am above Level 4, but I am unable to write an article unless it's in a group. Is there something else I need to do to be able to create articles independently? Thank…

Hi @Mike D_ There is an open request for Atlassian to create a Navigation Panel: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-78687 There is also a request with more votes for enabling a floating TOC: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-72545 I want this feature so badly!!

I agree with you @Erik Mathijs The roadmaps for databases only shows the released features but nothing regarding the future ones. It's frustrating
-
Hi @Svetoslav Sotirov I'm just an end user interested in discussing and sharing ideas about this feature with the community...

Hi @Simon Thornberry Atlassian just released a few database templates. It's available in the database setup:

Hello @Jared G The path to access the configuration is indeed a little bit different. Now Portal configurations is under Channels & Self service. Go to: Project settings -> Channels & Serf service -> Portal In the Portal Groups you can drag and drop the request types to sort then.

Hi @Ivan Garcia _Appfire_ Good to know! Thank you for answering me.
-
Hi @Ivan Garcia _Appfire_ I'm having trouble with the "Affected services" field. It is not retrieving the values. For issues that have more than one service filled, we can only see the commas.

Hi @Sara Marques Option 1: Instead of relying on Jira's calculated time, you can log the actual hours spent without worrying about start dates or dates spanning multiple weeks. -> In the "Time Spent" field, input the total hours you worked (e.g., 38h) and select any Start Date. Jira may still calculate from start to finish…

Hi @Anna Khitsan There is no native JQL functionality that allows for direct comparisons between fields of parent and child issues. However, you can achieve this natively by implementing a workaround that leverages custom fields and automation. Create a Custom Field (e.g., Parent Due Date) to store the parent's Due Date in…

Hi @Jérémy DAVID Atlassian has a new method to handle this: From your service project, go to the Customers page, and select Resend invite next to the customer’s email address. This removes their email from the suppression list and resends the invite.…
-
Hi @Marisa Brugnolaro It must first be removed from all the issues. Once the label is removed from all issues, it will no longer be seen when browsing it. The deleted label might still show up on the browser immediately after deleting it from all issues. If that's the case, it might be caused by index/cache replication…

Hi @Bob As @Kristian Klima shared, it's possible to use the expand macro within the table cell. However, you can not add a ToC macro inside this expand. You are able to add a ToC within a expand macro only when the expand macro is on the page:

Hi @John Jos You can send custom emails to users (Settings - System - send email), where you can choose the project, groups or roles. An option would be sent an email to notify users before of the holidays. But it is totally a manual process.
-
Omg :) that's sweet! thanks for this!
-
Hi @Cassandra Hughes In addition to @Harrison Ponce configurations suggestions, if you have premium or enterprise license, you can create multiple help centers. The Help Center is a central hub that groups all portals in your JSM instance, while the portal is the customer-facing website. So you can create and customize…

Hi @Marco Cuentas This configuration is not done by automation but in the workflow. In the status that you included the Approval step, you need to set the transitions for when the issue is approved or declined. Choose the transitions that goes from: Awaiting Approval -> Closed: when ticket is declined Awaiting Approval ->…
