Hey @PATRICIA MURPHY , in that case, please check in the project settings if there is any possibility to hide the apps if they aren't in use in the project.
-
Hi @Schwarzlose, Drew , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. There is a setting for this which a product administrator should be able to adjust for you here Please check with an admin in your team / company if someone has modified this limit. Cheers
-
Hi @Adéla Hubená , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post. Is Reflect a testing app / plugin? I don't see anything with that name in the marketplace. Please can you confirm what your setup is so we can help? Cheers

Hi @Mikel Whipple , thanks for your post. Do you mean that the data isn't fresh / refreshed or that the dashboard is slow to load? Or both? Have you checked the cache duration to set it to a lower value? https://support.atlassian.com/analytics/docs/dashboard-settings/ What have your tried so far? Best wishes

I forgot to mention as well, if you have some doubt about the performance of the Jira Service Management product, you can check https://jira-service-management.status.atlassian.com/ , which also has a section for Assist. If there is some kind of outage or problem, it should be noted here.
-
Hi @Drew Poulson , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. I had a look in the documentation for Assist and I didn't find much in the way of troubleshooting - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/set-up-chat-in-microsoft-teams/ There is an audit log in…

Hi @Nathalia Bresciani , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. Have you already checked out the product documentation? https://docs.getxray.app/plugins/servlet/mobile?contentId=31622747#content/view/31622747 If so, and you're still not managing to do what you need to do, I would recommend you…

Hi @Ocean Eiler , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. I don't think I've understood what you're asking. You would like to use different colours in the JQL for different projects to distinguish between them? If so, I don't think that will be possible. What is the reason for wanting to do this?…
-
Hi @Tracy Turley , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post. Please can you share a screen of what you're talking about? I'm not sure which drop-down you mean. Best wishes

Hi @PATRICIA MURPHY , thanks for your question. Automation isn't possible to hide, as far as I know. For the checklist and Zendesk, it might be possible to hide these if you aren't using them in the project. Is that the case? Or you want to hide them just from certain issues or issue types. Best wishes
-
Hi @Albert Ferney Rojas A_ , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. You should be able to do something like this with a scheduled rule With the JQL of due >= "0" AND due <= 3d Scheduled to run every day, you can then have the action for all of the issues that meet this criteria to transition them…

Hi @Yongbin Liu , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your feedback. I'll escalate this post to the Atlassian Support so they can make sure this information reaches the right people. Best wishes

Hi @Callum Davey , sorry for the delay in replying and thanks for your comprehensive feedback. I've tagged the Atlassian Support into this post so hopefully they can get this information to the product team and get you some answers Best wishes

Hi @Meena Bhujang , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post. Microsoft also has this kind of community so I searched this question also there. https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Data-Pipeline/Connection-to-Jira-Cloud-with-Fabric-and-Data-Pipelines/m-p/3920131 Please check out this article and see…

Hi @isolano , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. This is something you'll need to ask for Atlassian's help with, I'm afraid. Please open a ticket to them here https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ Best wishes

More than 'opt-in', it is being pushed onto end-users who won't have any idea what it is or why things have changed dramatically for them.

Hi @Purav Mehta , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. Unfortunately, when something is deleted from Jira, it's gone. Please see the documentation here for possible solutions for how to manage this situation…
-
Hi @chuu , thanks for your question. You should be able to create an automation like this - To remove a label on the issue transition. I usually recommend people use the automation library to see worked…

The name of the condition has changed from 'Advanced Compare Condition' to '{{smart values}} condition' by the way.
-
Hi @Loic , I came across your post looking to do the same thing and just found this knowledge base article - https://support.atlassian.com/jira/kb/send-notification-to-previous-assignee-when-assignee-changes-on-a-jira-issue/ I hope you found a workaround but in case you haven't, I just wanted to share this. Cheers

Hi @Al dea , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post. You have had the new Jira experience applied to your instance. You can read more about it here https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/get-to-know-the-new-jira-experience/ Sorry for the confusion and best wishes
-
Hi @Callum Davey , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post. Please can you provide a screen of what you are seeing? I would then tag the Atlassian support into this to get someone on the product to look at your suggestion to see if anything can be done about the webpage formatting / how the table is…
-
Hi @Pierre Violleau , thanks for the screen. It looks like you have the trigger, then a branch? Is that correct? I would have the trigger, then a condition, like you have. I think you could combine the two conditions you have here in a JQL one and then have the action. I hope this helps you. If not, @Bill Sheboy is a…
-
Hi @Antonia , thanks for the screen. Ok, I thought this was a company-managed project, sorry. You're not going to be able to do this with a team-managed workflow. I think you will have to settle for this solution that you showed me here, to limit the visibility of this transition to administrators or to a user group, such…

Hi @Abby Anetsberger , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. You should be able to do this with Refined - https://help.refined.com/space/CLOUDDOCS/5152309288/Authors+on+Confluence+pages+and+blog+posts I appreciate there is a cost to using an app for this, and not the standard functionality. You…
-
Hi @Pierre Violleau , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post. You should be able to put a condition to listen only for the value of the Component you want to create the issue for, like this Is this what you meant? If it's not or you need more help, please write back and, if you can, share an anonymised…
-
Hi @Antonia , thanks for your feedback. You should be able to set a condition on the workflow transition to hide the possibility to do it from the users so that only automations / Jira can do it - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-advanced-issue-workflows/ . Is that what you mean? Does…
-
Hi @Stacey Bennell , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post. This sounds like a job for a Mail Handler - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-issues-and-comments-from-email/ . Have you explored this option at all? Best wishes
-
Hi @Antonia , thanks for your post. The error message says that the automation didn't manage to transition the issue. Please can you check in the workflow to make sure there is a transition from the status, 'Waiting for Customer/Information' to whatever status you want to put it in, so 'Closed' / 'Done' / 'Resolved'? Thanks
