Hi @Mary Ansari , thanks for your question. My opinion is to have one board per workflow, otherwise it gets confusing with trying to move issues between the columns if some issue types have a status in their workflow that others don't. Best wishes

Hi @David Nuce , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. If you would be open to an app, I'm pretty sure you can do this with Gliffy https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/254/gliffy-diagrams-for-confluence or Draw.io https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1210933/draw-io-diagrams-whiteboards You…

Hi @Marco Cuentas , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. I don't see an image of the workflow. Please can you have another go at uploading it, if it's important. In terms of the automation, Atlassian provides an automation library to help get you…

Hi @Nathanaël Rossel , not that I know of. If you want to search for a value in specific field, your best bet is to use a JQL search. Best wishes

I worked every summer at summer camps during university all over the USA. My favourite memories are mainly around pranks we counsellors pulled on each other, like one time I hid someone's bicycle and came back to my tent for the evening to find my bunk had been replaced by a kayak, that sort of thing! Lol

Hi @Rajan Dangol , thanks for your question. Basically, you have a workflow status that doesn't have anywhere to go and isn't a final status. Please can you share a screen of the workflow? Maybe then we can help you understand where the issue is. Best wishes
-
Hi @Nathanaël Rossel , thanks for the screens Typically in Jira to search for things, you need to write the search with the Jira Query Language, or JQL - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/use-advanced-search-with-jira-query-language-jql/ While you're still learning, you can use the 'view all…

Hi @Alexandra Atanasiu , thanks for your feedback. I agree that using a listener instead of a post function will use the same method in terms of listening for the issue creation event. If you want to ask if the elements app can consider more than one activity in the same event, I think you'll need to contact the vendor of…

Hi @Nicholas Sealey , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. If you are asking if it's possible to do a cloud to cloud migration, then the answer is yes. Hi @최보훈_품질경영실_KBN , thanks for your question. Would you be open to using a Jira business project? If so, you could use the Timeline https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/what-is-the-timeline-view-and-how-do-i-use-it/ , which is included. Will that work for you? Best wishes
-
Hi @Jedsada R_ , that's the permission scheme, which is different, but you should check here that the agents have view permission and that it's not only given to the Assignee. Cheers

Hi @Luis Carlos Villamil Rojas , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. Please can I ask, what is your reason for wanting to export the information from Jira? Hi @Nathanaël Rossel , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. Please can you share a screen of the issue you're having?
