Hi @Sheeba Gethsi Scwartz , thanks for your question. A good place to check, if you don't already have this site bookmarked is, https://jira-service-management.status.atlassian.com/ . I don't see any outages reported on Friday. Was this resolved or is the issues still persisting? Cheers

Hi @ΣΟΦΙΑ ΦΟΡΑΔΟΥΛΑ , thanks for your question. Have you started to write this query at all? Typically we would try to help you with something you are doing, rather than to write the JQL for you. So, this is within a specific project? Only for the issue type of defect? I think the JQL would be something like this - project…

Hi @Virgil , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. You could create an automation for this You could use a different trigger than the issue transition but this works. Please have a look and share your feedback. Best wishes

Hi @meet.darji , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. If the Jira user is already using the email address from AD as their Atlassian ID to log in, I don't think you should have any issues with duplication or otherwise but if you get stuck or have any questions, please just ask again here and…

Hi @Ram Chodagam , I'm so sorry, I just saw your comment. You shouldn't need enterprise but you might need a subscription to Atlassian guard https://www.atlassian.com/software/guard/capabilities Best wishes

Hi @İclal Aslan , thanks for your reply. If you have doubts about your script, I would just open a ticket to the vendor. If you have a paid license, they should be able to help. Best wishes

Hi @Pieter Botha , thanks for your feedback. Would it be a possibility to enable guests to the Confluence space? I'm this way, the users don't need a JSM license to view the content - https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/invite-guests-for-external-collaboration/ Please have a look and share your feedback.…

Hi @Dallen Taylor , thanks for your question. I have a silly question, do you have the filter subscriptions set up to send even if no issues are found that meet the criteria? It sounds like, from what you have written, that when you retrieve the results with the JQL, your are getting some issues. Have you opened a support…

Hi @javier de la paz , thanks your question. Please can you share the automation you made and we can try to help you improve that? It sounds like you need a branch. I just created something here - https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/automation-template-library/rules#/rule/1357391/__RULE_UPDATED Please take a look and…

Hi @T R Vinod Kumar , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. I have understood you have a project with 8 boards and you want to able to see them all at once? Hi @[deleted] , thanks for your post. For the part about the custom fields with "migrated" appended to the end, I have done a number of migrations for customers and you can contact https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ who have a script they can run to remove this for you. I think in terms of the pain of analysing an…

Hi @Jira Boy , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. I wanted to ask more about the agents you're bringing into Jira. How are they currently configured in ServiceNow? In JSM, I think it's useful wherever possible to use different projects for different functional areas. So, you could have…
-
Hi @Scott Simpson , thanks for your question. I think the simplest thing to do would be an External System Import. Please find the documentation for this here - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/ Best wishes
-
Hi @Amit.Kumar3 , thanks for your feedback. I'm just using a Filter Results gadget with a filter for the issues in scope with the columns configured to show the Due Date and the actual transition date. I don't know if that will be enough for what you're trying to show.
-
Hi @Bud Bach , thanks for your question. I think this is likely something Atlassian will need to help you with. Have you opened a support ticket for this? Best wishes

Hi @Steve van Niman , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. As @Fabian Lim says, the standard functionality doesn't support this but you can also have a configuration in the issue view to show not only the name of the object but other details, like a status or other attributes. Cheers
