Hi @Kalyani Dronavalli For custom fields created in the Jira configuration page, you can use this endpoint. Keep in mind it doesn't work for custom fields created in Team-managed projects. Cheers,

As far as I know, you can't edit the customer's email addresses. You can follow updates on this ticket. JSM endpoints also don't provide such a method. There is only create option. Jira Service Management also doesn't provide fields like telephone numbers or contact details. You might try to use apps like Customer Details.…

Hi @Hung Giang What exact data would you like to update?

Hi @Alena Fricova Have you tried Topics which is the out-of-the-box feature? You can group request types from different service desks into one topic. If your service desks are closed to anyone then this might be a perfect solution for you. With a 'pure' portal you have more options to extend with other apps like Feature…

Please keep in mind this is a commercial app and I'm from the vendor team. To enable edit, go to JSM project settings and find the Edit Request page. The…

Hey all Jira Cloud admins, This question thread was created in 2015 and it's still valid in 2022... There is no edit solution for customers out-of-the-box, however, there is a workaround called the Feature Bundle app. Please keep in mind this is a commercial app and I'm from the vendor team. To enable edit, go to JSM…

Hi @Hannah Weintraub There are plenty of great apps on the Marketplace. I'd recommend to test two or three and choose one the best fit your requirements. Scheduled Templates is designed by my team but feel free to test any other ready-to-use solution available on the Marketplace.

Hi @Clair Ferguson You can try our app, Issue Merger PRO. It has a lot of features dedicated to Jira Service Management projects.
