Hi @Babita Bisen,Welcome to the Atlassian Community! If data residency and control over how and where your data is stored are important to you, Appsvio Test Management is currently the best choice. It is the only test management app on the Atlassian Marketplace that supports Atlassian Data Residency. In terms of features,…

Hi! If you’d like to display SLA information directly on the Jira Service Management customer portal, you might want to look at the Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management. It extends the portal with several useful enhancements, including the ability to show SLA timers right in the request view. This way, customers…

Great article, @Kate Pawlak _Appsvio_ ! I appreciate the detailed explanation of the unified workflow and how it integrates HubSpot with Service Desk. This approach can really streamline processes and improve efficiency. Thanks for sharing your insights!

Cool! This badge will establish a new gold standard for cloud applications in the marketplace. I'm proud Appsvio takes part in that journey.

That's a great article, @Kate Pawlak _Appsvio_ . Thank you for sharing your perspective!

Hi @Christopher Krause You can try apps from the Marketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=issue%20templates There are plenty of them available. I recommend to try apps with the highest scoring. If you are looking for extension that looks like Jira-native solution, take a closer look at the Forge apps.…

Do you plan to make the REST API public for this? We'd like to control this permissions by the app.
-
One Pager on the Confluence page looks perfect 😉 Thanks for sharing, Dima.

Hi @Mathew Lederman You will not find this feature in any app available on the Marketplace because it's technically not doable. Basically, Atlassian doesn't provide API for vendors to hide request types. The good news is, Atlassian soon will release this as part of the JSM product. I saw this recently in EAP and all looks…

Hi, I see you just booked a call with us :) Looking forward for the call with you.
-
Hi @Tim H_ It's not possible without third-party addon. As this is a DataCenter you could try with javascript but I do not recommend this approach. You can also try our own (I'm part of the vendor behind this app) Feature Bundle. It has much more configuration options to hide the requests types. Feel free to book a free…

Hi @Sebastian Krzewiński We are working on showing linked assets to customers on the portal. It will be part of this app. Do you have any other requirements except listing the assets? Pozdrowienia!

Based on the screenshot you provided I can tell you that this comes from this vendor: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/vendors/1216140/narva-software Narva support: https://bitwelt.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals

Hi, This is not Deviniti app as they are not working on the native create issue screen. This looks like this app or... or own Issue Templates Agent. Please check the vendor and contact corresponding support :)

I see another option, you could create custom fields to get values for the placeholders you will put later in Automation into the description. Depends on the variables, you might need to create many custom fields what is not good :) Atlassian has a plan to enable Forge apps to run on the portal to build template feature.…
-
Hi @Erik Reiter On Cloud there is no option to autocomplete the description on the portal. What you can do is to hide the description field from the request view and set the value based on the Automation rule or even set a default value in the request configuration. From the agent side, our own Issue Templates Agent seems…
-
Hi @Jordan Marcio If you prefer to have the templates feature working on the native 'Create Issue' then Issue Templates Agent might be a solution for you. It's a free app developed by my team at Appsvio. Cheers,

Hi @Eduard Diez There are two groups of apps to customize the portal: * Refined and Theme are about changing the look&feel of the portal, but none of them support Forms. * Feature Bundle and other apps that adds features like Edit Requests, Announcement Banners, or Fields View. They work well with existing Forms, but none…
-
Hi @Raymart Cruz In addition to what @Alex Koxaras -Relational- and @Charly _DEISER_ said, you can also try our Feature Bundle. It's a free app for up to 10 users. You could also use Automation to add a public comment with the current assignee in the comment body.

My two votes go to * Issue Templates Agent for Jira - because it provides a template feature on the native create screen, it's super easy to use, and it's free 🔥 💸 🚀 * Waiting List because it helps understand customers when their ticket will be resolved @Parke Hunter can you please add a link to the Marketplace for the…

Jira doesn't have a template feature but there are apps on The Marketplace that can help you. You can try this one: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1224664/easy-issue-subtask-templates-for-jira-epics-checklists?hosting=cloud&tab=overview It's free for up to 10 users.
-
Welcome to the Community, @Sunitha Kiranmaye Does the Story should be also a part of the template or do you need templates just for the subtasks?
-
@Hannes Obweger - JXL for Jira I didn't connect the dots, your app can fix the issue indeed.
-
@Kristján Geir Mathiesen Seems like this feature is available in the Premium edition 🤯 but if you have one, go to Customize on the Portal and then Edit home page layout. You can find more here and here. This is a place where you select request types from different service desks into one topic.
-
Hi @Camp Bursztynowy Las Atlassian is working on that. It's a common issue with Work Management projects. Please follow this issue for updates. Pozdrawiam :)
-
Hi One of my TOP features Atlassian just released. It's grouping request types from many service desks into one section. Atlassian named it 'Topics'. It's a must-have for every multi-project JSM implementation. @Kristján Geir Mathiesen You can do HTML "Introduction text" with this app using the banner feature. @Dave…
