Happy Monday @V N Raju Raju ! If you click the "Automation Button" and then the "+" button, you should see an option to add a "Group" automation. Once you click that, select either "Attribute" or "Issue Field". At that point, you should be able to search for whatever date field you want to use and group your issues…
-
Are you referring to the "Team" field? If so, you can create a new team by going to the "Plans" tab and selecting the "view shared teams" option. You should see the option "create team" in the far right corner.
-
Interesting. Could you please screenshot the system message you get when you try to do the bulk change? I am thinking it might be a permissions or workflow problem.
-
Hi @Trenton Finley ! Do you know the username of all the reporters that you need to change? If so, you can do a query to get all the issues reported by these folks and then do a bulk change to set the reporter to someone else. Query would be: "reporter in (user1, user2)" Is this what you are looking for?

Unfortunately there is no way to do this out of the box with Confluence. I would recommend that you check out Stiltsoft's "Table Filter and Charts for Confluence" application: https://docs.stiltsoft.com/tfac/cloud/welcome-to-table-filter-and-charts-for-confluence-42239760.html You can do all sorts of table calculations…

I might be over-simplifying this, but if you want to see a Rich Filter Pie Chart with only Label A, B, and C, you can achieve this using a Smart Filter. I would recommend that you create a Smart Filter that has three jql queries: "label in (A)", "label in (B)", and "label in (C)". Then add the "Rich Filter Pie Chart…

I will definitely vote for that request! Thank you for posting what you found out.

I haven't been to many concerts in my life, but I did get the chance to see The Eagles live several years ago with my mother. Glenn Frey passed away about a year later so I am glad I got to see him play when I did.

I will take June 19th! :)

I dug into this a little further and you should be able to run this function out of the box without Scriptrunner: "issue in linkedIssues(PROJ-123", blocks)"
-
Do you have scriptrunner installed? If you do, you can use this function: issueFunction in linkedIssuesOf("issuekey = blah", "blocks") Admittedly I have been using scriptrunner for so long that I don't know any other way to search for linked issues! Lol
-
You should be on the right track with the "parentsOf" function. Since the Initiatives are parents of the Epics, try something like this: issueFunction in parentsOf("issuetype = Epic AND 'planned' = "YES")

Since Server licenses are not going to be supported by Atlassian for much longer, I am going assume that your instance is going to migrate to Data Center sometime in the near future. I would recommend that you check out "Refined for Confluence" (https://help.refined.com/space/CONFDC) and K15t's "Scroll Viewport"…
-
Thanks @Danut M _StonikByte_ I will definitely reach out! Performance is great when I use the widgets in the Jira but I have noticed loading problems if I have more than 3 graphs on one Confluence Page. I would love to trouble-shoot this with your team.

Technically the Sprint ID is available to anyone. For example, if you have a user that is doing an advanced JQL search like this: "Sprint = "Sprint 2022.1"", Jira will automatically change the query to: "Sprint = 32930", where 32930 is the Sprint ID. When I am collecting Sprint data via a JQL query, I always use the Sprint…

My earliest school memory is pretty funny looking back at it. I was in Kindergarten and it was my first day at school in the United States. I spoke maybe 5 words of English and I had no idea what was going on or why all these people were speaking funny. I remember that I needed to go to the bathroom, so I went into the…

Hi @Ian H ! I ran into a similar problem on one of my Confluence Spaces. I ended up using "Refined for Confluence" (https://www.refined.com/for-confluence) to guide users to the documentation and pages that they actually needed. It is pretty easy to use as long as you follow the tutorials on the Refined website and it has…

If by Sprint Number, you mean the Sprint Name, then yes! If you are referring to the Sprint ID, then no.

You can use "Great Gadgets for Jira" by StonikByte. It works well but if you have too many Gadgets on the same page, you can get loading issues.

What calendar are you trying to link to? Team Calendar, Outlook, Gmail?

My husband and I try to go down to Key Largo Florida twice a year to go scuba diving. I am happy to say that we are booked to go again at the end of May! :) Here is a picture of me during one of our last trips:
-
Hi @Raj Amit Unfortunately you can't combine separate Sprints out-of-the-box with Jira. However, you can do it with the "Custom Charts for Jira Reports and Jira Dashboard Filter" plugin by Old Street Solutions.…
-
Hey @Tiziana Garigali I can't answer your second question but in regards to your first question, you can use the "User List" macro to display a list of Confluence users that belong to a group. (https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-user-list-macro/) I would recommend that you create a Confluence…

Hi @Patrick Gorre ! I would recommend that you check out "Scroll Documents for Confluence" by K15t. I don't know if it can do exactly what you are looking for but it is a very robust document management plugin! https://www.k15t.com/products/scroll-for-confluence

My Jira instance has ActionableAgile installed and it has the following metrics in its "Key Flow Data" area: - Cycle Time Scatterplot - Aging Work in Progress - WIP Run Chart - Throughput Run Chart It also has Cumulative Flow Diagram and Flow Efficiency. I hope this helps!
-
If you go to "Configure Board" and then "Card Layout", you can see all the fields that you can add to your cards. In my Jira instance, I did not see a way to show the story/sub-task linkage.
-
If you are an Admin of the Confluence space, you go to: "Space Tools" -> "Settings" -> "Permissions" At the bottom of the Permissions page, you should see a place to edit permissions for anonymous users.
-
Another option is to make your Confluence space "read only" for anyone that is an anonymous user. That will allow anyone to look at your space without using a license. However, they will NOT be able to edit anything.
-
@Julie Yost - I am looking forward to the Orlando event in July! :) I have RSVP'ed.
-
If you go to "Board" -> "Configure" -> "Swimlanes", you can change the board to base Swimlanes on something besides Stories. Sub-Tasks won't show up in the other options.
