Hey @Eric Lax You can't do that without an additional plugin. I would recommend that you look into ScriptRunner (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/6820/scriptrunner-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=datacenter) If you get ScriptRunner, you can do the following command: "issueFunction in hasLinks([link name], [number of…

If you go to Board -> Configure -> Card Layout, you should be able to add those Fields to the Cards. I hope this helps! I only learned how to do this two days ago when I took Atlassian's Jira Essentials class... and I have been using Jira for years!

Hey @Diana Gorv Sprints "belong" to the single Board they are created on. It is normally an accident when a Sprint pops up on multiple Boards (which can happen if multiple Boards are looking at some of the same issues and one of those issues gets assigned to a Sprint. That Sprint will then pop up on all the Boards that the…

My favorite sandwich as a child (and as an adult) is nutella on toast!!!

I just noticed that you indicated that you have "site admin" permissions in Jira. I would recommend that you check out this guide: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/

Hey @fabian_yanofsky Unfortunately, you cannot do a bulk update of issues from a CSV file UNLESS you are a Jira Administrator (the actual instance administrator, not a project administrator). If you give your file to one of your admins, they should be able to help you out. :)

Hey Lore! I would recommend that you check out the MultiExcerpt macro by Appfire (https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SUP/pages/147360251/MultiExcerpt+Server+and+Data+Center+-+User+Guide). It is available for Cloud and Data Center. I use it myself and it allows you to include excerpts from Confluence pages that are…

Hi Marvo! I would recommend that you check out Stiltsoft's "Table Filter and Charts for Confluence" macro (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/27447/table-filter-and-charts-for-confluence?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview). I use it myself and any table you create on a confluence page will automatically become filterable.…

+1 to your suggestion! I love that idea!

Are the Stories actually child issues of the Epics or are they linked in a different way?

So, there are default widgets on the Jira Dashboard that can show some basic metrics but you will need some plugins to get metrics like this (I am speaking from my experience using Jira Data Center and not being able to use any of the Atlassian Cloud products). I would recommend that you look into: * Custom Charts for Jira…

I learned about the Atlassian Team Playbook during the Team'23 event last week, and I am really excited to dive into it! I am a Scrum Master as well and knowing that you have found value into it gives me the motivation to look through the materials after a long work day. :) Side Question: how much do you think being…

I think the "other than admins, should you give everyone on a team the same editing permissions in Jira Software?" topic will get very spicy, lol. I would love to listen in on that one! I know what side of the debate I would be on....... :)

Welcome to the community @ADEEL AHMED ! I just joined today as well!

My useless skill: I know the Spanish phrases from this YouTube video by heart: One Semester of Spanish Love Song "Me gusta la biblioteca" = "I love the library." I do not in fact love the library; haven't been to one in 10+ years. "Me casa es roja" = "My house is red." My house is most definitely not red and I do not know…

A+ meme usage!

There might be a cleaner way to write this, but if you have Adaptavist ScriptRunner installed, you can do something like this: ProdDate = blah OR issueFunction in subtasksOf("ProdDate = blah") That will return Stories that match the PROD Release Date field and the subtasks of those Stories. This is assuming that ProdDate…

In my early 2000s time capsule, there would only be one thing.... Neopets. It was a huge phenomenon and I was absolutely obsessed with it as a 10-13 year-old. I am pretty sure I have a Neopets magazine hiding in my closet somewhere! Fun fact: I learned some basic HTML skills on Neopets so I could customize my "shop" on the…

Where did you live before you moved back to Iceland? Iceland is on my "Must Visit" bucket list. :)

Thank you for sharing! Do you know when the official day/time is going to be set for all the sessions? I would like to create an agenda for myself. :) (I will probably triple-book myself but that is a good problem to have, lol)

Are there any plans to make Atlassian Analytics available for Enterprise Data Center users?

Thank you for the tip! I will give that a try.

Thanks, I went ahead and put in ticket. I will update this post with the support team's answer! :)

I am late to this party but I have to share my favorite Atlassian swag... I won the "Halp" dinosaur at Team'22. If I remember correctly, I was told that it was handmade by a woman in the Ukraine. :)

Oh my... that holiday shirt is amazing!

I think my entire sock collection is going to be replaced by Atlassian Confluence socks! I am jealous of your Cloudie socks! :)

*sad tiny violin noises* Okay, thank you for getting back to me! I am on Data Center for the foreseeable future.

Wonderful!! Are these features available in Data Center and Cloud?

Last year's Team event is my favorite simply because it is the first one I have ever attended! However, I have a VERY strong feeling that Atlassian is going to up the ante this year. #excited

Do you get an error when you do: Acceptance Criteria is EMPTY Or are you getting results that you are not expecting?
