@Scott McDonaldI think I may have signed up to the EAP at the high-velocity event in November. If you have a CSAM, they maybe able to assist.

Hey @Diogo Bortolin In Customer notifications, what security setting is applied to the Approval email? Interestingly, the latest cloud updates 26/02-04/04 note this change: Bug Fix: We fixed a bug in the customer notifications page for company-managed project settings. Now, changes to the Security settings for…

EAP is coming! Drops around April :)

Hey @Jagadeesha M I'd highly recommend you start with the Atlassian University resources: https://university.atlassian.com/student/path/968311-jira-service-management-fundamentals https://university.atlassian.com/student/page/1090993-slas-for-jira-service-management-webinar?sid=51747418-6044-4de9-ba21-0455bdd9161a&sid_i=0…

Hoping to achieve butterfly status 🦋
-
So, after annoying the smartie pants over in support, it turns out this is entirely feasible! You'll need to use floats or integers on the attributes :)…

Thanks, Ash. This has been sent.

@Benjamin Patoncan we join the EAP?

Keen to learn more about the Change Management side of things. How do we ensure that every change is treated as a change? What becomes the record of truth for production? The Compass component or the Opsgenie service?
-
hey @Taylor Is the pricing for every licensed Jira Software user? If so, does it come with a sliding scale like other Atlassian cloud offerings?
-
@tyler.atchley We get a warning indicator on the calendar view, a warning indicator on the expanded calendar item, and a warning on the card(s). The RFC is in the 'planning' status.
-
Hey @tyler.atchley This works out of the box for me. How are you identifying the service? Are you using the affected service field/opsgenie service?
-
@Gabriel Raubenheimer, any plans to open the change calendar to licensed Jira Software users? It would be great to offer this level of visibility to our delivery teams.
-
For me, it's got to be jamming with Assets. Just a little bit excited at the prospect of tying SOP to Standard change!
-
I'm still trying to train my team out of the meeting for the meeting's sake. I've held async workshops (which I find to be more interactive); I've also started using Atlas for status updates. This fantastic product lets me add attachments to my work so people can see what I've been working on; it allows readers to interact…
-
It won't. You can only create that parent link from within the advanced roadmap view.
-
Hey Jespir, Once you have the issue types and the hierarchy set, you can add this parent/child relationship via advanced roadmaps. Try this docco: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-custom-hierarchy-levels-in-advanced-roadmaps/

Replacing an apology, do you know how hard this is for someone originally from the UK? We're sorry for EVERYTHING. Sorry! :)

Pretty darn good! The dining table is clear, unlike my cluttered desk, and there is just something about being surrounded by plants that makes me happy.
-
I did try to take a conference call in the garden, alas, my connectivity is just not strong enough to support it, so I had to settle for the dining table. Not a bad compromise; it's the greenest room in the house with climbers, crawlers, pot plants and lots of natural daylight.

Thanks for clarifying, @Christine P. Dela Rosa ! @Saralie S.looks like she's on the trail for you, @Benjamin :)
-
Hey @Benjamin Yes! I thought the same thing. Today, I attempted the new practice adventurer: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Teamwork-Lab-discussions/New-Practice-November-1-Instead-of-taking-a-meeting-from-your/td-p/2178228#U2178283 and I don't think it updated. No badge or points, perhaps @Christine P. Dela Rosa needs…

Hey, I'm Chrissy. I've been using Jira for years now, but this is only my second time implementing JSM and my goodness, so much has changed over the last three years! I can't wait to see what the future roadmap has in store.
-
I often walk around the house wearing my headphones; it's a great way to achieve my stand and move goals for the day, that is, until the Bluetooth disconnects because I'm out of range - whoops! :)
-
Thanks, Taylor. I'm keen for a catch-up; let me see if one of our architects is eager to jump into this too. It's new exciting territory for the team. We have set up Asset with a business services schema containing our business services in the end-user context. We then have Object Types to represent the systems,…

My fluro pink shell suit - stunning!

Thanks, Ben
-
We've recently implemented Jira Software, and we have two divisions in the agile space; the PMO wants standardisation for consistency, easy onboarding, movement between teams, reporting etc., and the IM want to be able to customise everything from flows to fields to scrum vs kanban. I'm keen to understand how other…

Hey Benjamin, I'm looking more in the context of adding users to groups to provide access to non-Atlassian apps, e.g. * an Employee Onboarding flow that grants access to a SOE * a request for a license to M365

Looking forward to starting this journey.
