What I do, assuming you don't want to buy a plugin that does this already, I create custom fields of the type date. And then, I create post functions in my workflow after each transition. I then date/time stamp that custom field in my post function so that I know exactly when an issue entered a specific status. You need to…

@Zekeriya Spoth If you go into the ticket with the form response, you can click on Open Customer Edit. From there, you can then edit the form. The NEW value will now be selectable and then you can save your changes and then reclose the form for edit. Kinda wonky, but it works! You can watch the replay on my YT channel.…

It isn't possible to rename default fields like Summary.

@Jason Sadler Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!! While it is possible to increase the size of general attachments, the Widget is limited to just the 5 MB. I searched all the JSM settings and couldn't find anything to increase that limit. I would personally make JSM request type/portal option with attachments as a field.…

@Mike Brossart Welcome to the Atlassian Community!! The good news, an incident (request) can have as many SLA's as you want. As long as you name your SLA's unique names, they shouldn't confuse your user as they'll tell you what they are and how much time each SLA has remaining.
-
Hello @Mar There are no SLA smart values, 3 of us checked in 3 different locations and couldn't find anything. But, what is available is a trigger that you can do in your automation rules that work off your SLA's. Your options are to do something when an SLA (you pick) has been breached, will soon be breached, or has been…

To echo what @Shawn Doyle - ReleaseTEAM wrote, If/when you select the Show Owner checkbox in the page properties report, this will only show you the page owner, but you can't sort on it. The Sort by field, only works on columns that are in your page properties table. Look at this example: See how I have created a column…

@Don Hames You'll want to create a brand new field configuration. In this new field configuration, you'll want to find the Affects version field and click on required. From there, you'll want to create a new field configuration scheme. Then you want to click on Associate an issue type with a field configuration at the top…

I would also suggest having dedicated sessions, maybe 30 minutes, where you demonstrate some capability and then leave time for Q/A.

I've done a few hours before. . and folks tend to be a little shy. You may want to have some pre-determined questions. Maybe folks can email them in before, or submit them somewhere else. This is just to get the conversation. Once you are in a good flow, folks start opening up. But those first few 5-10 minutes can be quiet…

@Nicole Downes did you scroll all the way down in your "IF" clause? It could be that the users that aren't deleted are all the way at the bottom.
-
First, can you transition any other issue? Maybe of a different type? Also, can you transition from a different status into In Progress? Next: 1) IF you are doing this on a JSM project, do make sure you have a valid JSM license (I'm assuming you do since you can access the project). But, also make sure you are in the…

Yeah, you not being a space admin is most likely going to be your restoration problem. Since you can't see the space permissions, you may have to click on the gear (top right corner) -> Security on the left side -> Space permissions. Make sure you are in a group that has the final permission enabled. The last permission in…

I think that's going to be it. "My Templates" are local to the space, so if you are trying to go to a different space, the template doesn't exist there. You may need to work with your Confluence administrator to help you make the template global. . . or recreate the template in the other space as well.
-
@Lisa Hanson Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!! A couple things: Are you setting the appropriate destination space in the configurations of your template macro? I tested by sending the resulting page to a different space and it does indeed land at the root level of the destination space. Next, if you put macro in the…

Team-managed software projects have the "same" process access. It's just called access instead of internal access. Also, you have 3 options instead of the 2 in a service management project. The project admin for that software project should be able to toggle the access for that project to private as well and explicitly add…

that 6 at the end is just the number from my portal . . yours would be different. But the ?created=true should be the same.
-
I don't think that this is going to be possible. You may need to do some sort of chrome extension/script that listens for the URL to change to my.atlassian.netservicedesk/customer/portal/6/MS-4?created=true Then, redirect the site back to my.atlassian.netservicedesk/customer/portal/6. But definitely no automation rule or…

@Stephen.Philip Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I believe Numbered Headings is a plugin that you may have in Confluence. I would reach out to the vendor specifically and see if they can offer any insight. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1230321/numbered-headings-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

@Sundar Padmanabhan Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!!! I tried configuring the gadgets to see if I could reorder, but no luck. I would recommend that if reordering the columns (or rows) is a strong requirement that your team has, you look at a plugin like Custom Charts for Jira. That should let you do what you want.…

If the custom field is available, why can't the user just put in the URL straight into the field? Additionally, you could create a screen that pops up when you transition an issue that then displays the URL custom field? And if needed, you can make that field be required before you can transition. Just a thought because…

@Mateo Eidson Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Not the fastest way, but I may be able to save you a few clicks. In your backlog view, if you click on the story, the story will open up to the right. Immediately, at the top left corner of that story, you should see a link to the epic. Should be down to at least 2 clicks.

@David Mocnay A new question for you, are you the Space Admin?
-
As an aside, if you really can't get this to work, you may want to consider a 3rd party tool like this: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1233056/revyz-data-manager-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
-
@David Mocnay I just reproduced this using my FREE Confluence and the instructions work. Any way you can provide screenshots of what you see when try to go through the steps?

@Anitha Vinayagam It is super rare to get an out of memory problem in the cloud. That's why all signs point to Data Center. I would recommend you open a technical support ticket with Atlassian on this one. Is it just happening on that one page with the table? Or are other pages impacted? Are others seeing the same error…
