Custom fields, as long as they are on your screens, should show up in your templating.app.

If all you need to do is "update" information, why don't you just create a new custom field of type paragraph and bulk edit that? Does it have to be in the description?? Also, could you add the information as a comment? I think you might be able to bulk update comments?

@Rob Peters Have you tried using the variables feature in the templating.app and make modify the description before the work is created? In the Templating app, when you use variables, it will prompt the user to provide text/info before the work is created. Otherwise, as long as you have a good JQL, you should be able to do…

@Christine Callender You should reach out to your Jira/Atlassian administrator. They most likely just purchased/enabled Atlassian Guard which configures SSO. Your account (email) is most likely in a group that is being synced with Guard. As a result, the authentication policy is affecting you and forcing you to SSO.…

The exams are being updated to include new wording/branding and of course Rovo. I would say, you shouldn't have to wait for the test to be updated. These are simple enough that the concepts will stay same. You'll just have less Rovo questions in the current version.

What are you sprint dates? I'm assuming that you have a very compressed sprint? Maybe a few days? I've seen this behavior when I do like a 3-5 day sprint. Try expanding your sprint dates to a full 2 weeks or maybe 7+ days? That should fix it.
