@Jonatan Pilak, That is correct - ArgoCD just uses a generic API integration. I don't know if there are plans for 'separate integration for incident investigation' in case of github/argocd but at this point, nothing has been announced.
-
Hi @Jonatan Pilak The Github integration does not include incident investigation. GitLab has a seperate integration for incident investigation. The Github integration includes the following functionality: * When a pull request is created in your repository in GitHub, it creates an alert in Opsgenie. * When an issue is…

Hi @Lukas Horan, To create a new Statuspage you don't need to use an app; just go to: https://www.atlassian.com/try/cloud/signup?bundle=statuspage in any mobile browser and you can create a new Statuspage from there.
-
Hi @Randy Everett , We have some JS snippets that can help with that. Inserting this code into the Custom HTML Footer will move the components above the incidents: <script> $('.components-section').insertBefore('.unresolved- incidents'); </script> You can remove incidents completely with this one: <script>…

Hi @Pranita Thatichetla , The reason Slack isn't on that list is that to set up the slack integration you must go through the Oauth screens directly from Opsgenie to grant access - something that can't be done via API.
-
Hi @Lauren Benson , It sounds like we need to take a look at the account. Can you open a chat from within Opsgenie so we can request access?
-
Hi @choi , If you are referring to email subscribers, you can add them in all caps but the system will register the email address in lowercase (I was able to upload all caps email addresses both individually and in an import sheet). As for character limits, I was able to add a 230-character email address, so you should not…
-
Hi @Tim , The status embed script will show the xxxxx.statuspage.io domain by default, but you can change it to the custom domain - status.yourdomain.com - and it will still work.
-
Hi @Pranita Thatichetla I don't think there is Terraform support for slack integrations. Our documentation specifies that Terraform only creates and manages resources for API and email-based integrations. This is from Opsgenie's Terraform document: Capabilities Opsgenie Terraform provider creates and manages the following…

Hi @Lauren Benson Policies would not cause an issue since the integration actions are processed before any policies are processed. You can see all incoming payload in the debug logs. So if a payload was sent from Jira, it would be in the logs. The logs would specify in the payload was ignored because it didn't match an…

Hi Laura, If you are using the new integration, you can still use actions to close the alerts. You can expand the 'Incoming automation rules' section and edit the 'close' action:
-
Hi Binh, Unfortunately, there is no setting to change the uptime display to only 30 days. However, that may be something that is possible with custom HTML CSS and JS - though specifics on custom coding solutions are not something our team is able to provide support for.
-
Hi Randy, If you check the 'activity log' tab on the alert, it will show which routing rules, escalations, notification rules, etc. were used to send notifications out. You may need to scroll down to the beginning of the history to see that information. If you are not able to determine why it was sent to you based on the…

Hi Dan, If you want to remove the page status banner completely, you can insert the following into the Custom footer HTML: <script> $('.page-status').remove() </script>
-
Hi @Arsany Azmy, That one is not included in the Java SDK but we do have an API to update the description of an alert here: https://docs.opsgenie.com/docs/alert-api-continued#update-alert-description
-
We do, in fact, have a feature request in our system for this - I'm guessing it will be released at some point before Google removes UA as an option but I don't have an exact date.
-
I would expect so, but let me check with our development team to be sure. I will update this thread again once I have a response from them.
-
Hello @Guillaume B , This functionality had not been implemented yet, but customers can now follow feature requests using our new public-facing system: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-346 You can add yourself as a 'watcher' to get updates and upvote and comment to help requests get traction.
-
Hi Adrian - I'm afraid, currently there is not.
-
Hi Gavin, Customizing the icons would require taking advantage Statuspage's option to add custom HTML / CSS / Javascript which is available on the Business plan. While we don't provide support for code customizations - to point you in the right direction, you would probably want to use JQuery or Javascipt to replace the…
-
Hi Caitlin, Can you please try going to Subscribers >> Options (dropdown on the right-hand side) >> Settings - and make sure at least one of the delivery types is checked? If that is not the issue, please open a support ticket here so we can take a look at your account.

Hi Karthikeyan, There are sample payloads for each request if you scroll down just a bit more. For example, the create alert API here uses this sample payload:

Hi Pratik, We have instructions on how to integrate Datadog metrics into Statuspage here: https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/add-a-datadog-metric
-
Hi Jouni, Currently, the Google Analytics integration with Statuspage is only configured to work with Universal Analytics (UA-XXXXXXXXX-X), but not GA4, which supports Data streams. You may be able to integrate GA4 using the Custom HTML header option.
-
Hi Shreshth, While there is no way to change the number of uptime days displayed directly from the Statuspage management panel, this is likely something that could be achieved using custom HTML / CSS / JS. Here is some documentation on the subject:…

Hi Olav, Opsgenie API keys should work permanently unless you rotate the keys manually. Where are you getting the API keys from?
-
Hi Joshua, If you start both rotations on each schedule on the same day and time and they use the same rotation type (daily, weekly), you would have no overlap as long as you started each rotation with a different user. The other option is to use time intervals to restrict the times for each rotation. Here, you would need…

Hi Andy, Unfortunately, there is no way to specify your own timestamp when creating an alert. The alert creation time is specific to when the alert was created in Opsgenie and can't be changed.
-
Hi Ece, Unfortunately, once the incident is closed you cannot remove the associated components. You can, however, get the incident ID of a closed incident from the incident's URL in the app:
-
Hi Andrew, Thanks for bringing this to our attention - I didn't find a 202 in our documentation either. I will submit a request to have the documentation updated so that we mention the 202 code means the data is being processed but has not completed.
