Hi @ssam with automation and status you should be good to go. (In my case I created a ticket and the users that shall review are automaticly assigned but you can inform them via Mail/Message or let them have a view on all pages in that status. and then you do something like that is only a rough idea but maybe it helps.

Hi @Violeta Teofilova no, they will keep on working as before. The only thing you have to keep in mind is your own data- security policies. So is it okay that there is data that is processed or maybe stored within the us. But the Apps will work like they did before. Regards Marcus

Hi @Rabia Rehman yes you can. I used the links @Brant Schroeder provided and could add new issue types. Got myself a free Plan. Jumped into setting and Issues and clicked on "create new issue" on the upper right corner. But you don't see that "Issue type on the left side menu?

You can also use the "ISSUE REPORTER" in the assign the issue to. That would maybe fit more.

Here you go Carl, you insert a trigger, manual or scheduled. Use an IF Block with something like "statusCategory NOT IN (Done) AND assignee IS EMPTY" and then assign the issue. But keep the limitations for automations in mind.

We didn't have pet's but grandparents with a farm wich means a mean guard dog :( but nice fluffy sheeps :D
