Hi @Marc -Devoteam- , @Bill Sheboy , Thanks for your input. I noticed you need to create a variable first, and then use that variable as a smart value in the if-statement when creating the sub-task.

Hi @xavier.gan-GTK-PD , When setting up a new Cloud instance or installing a new AddOn, you always get a free trial period. You can purchase a new (standard, Premium, Enterprise), according to your specific needs. What product are you using? Best regards, Kris

Hi @shrikant maheshwari , I presume the automation rule is not returning any information about the created ticket back to the VSA. Will the VSA wait for the automation rule to be finished before continuing to the next step? Best regards, Kris

Hi @Gregory Kremer , Can you share how you have set this up in the workflow? Best regards, Kris

Hi @Mitchell Hunter , What do you mean with a "15 minute timeout"? Does this mean the user has 15 minutes to enter the form? What happens if it's not done in that timeframe? Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @Kevin Gérard , I've encountered this issue previously in the past. I handled this by adding an extra attribute to the asset, indicating the usergroup which is allowed to see the asset in the custom field. Best regards, Kris

Hi @Bill Sheboy , Thanks for the tip on the branching. I got the calculation working now after I found out i have to use a different formula to calculate the sum from the {{lookupObjects}} This calculation works: {{#=}}{{#lookupObjects}}+{{Amount}}{{/}}{{/}} Best regards, Kris

Hi @Emil Naghiyev , As @Marc -Devoteam- alsready mentioned, it's not possible for a customer to edit their request in the portal. They can only add comments. They also can not delete a ticket in the portal, but you could provide a transition for them in the portal to transition a ticket to status "Cancelled" or something.…

Hi @Marc -Devoteam- Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, I am not able to get this to work. I also tried some alternative setup, which also doesn't seem to return the total. Any thoughts on what i might be doing wrong ? Best regards, Kris

Hi @Nicolas Stahlberg , The mail address you are using, is an Atlassian supplied email address. So you can not set any auto-reply on it. I think you need assign your own email address as an outgoing email address in Jira, and set an auto-reply message on that. Best regards, Kris

Hi @Péter Mátyás , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Can you check in the "Global Permissions" if you have the "Browse Users" permission. Also, are the users you are missing active? Do you see some users, and not others ? Best regards, Kris
-
Kris

Hi @Elena Sanz , Welcome to the Atlassian Community .... I think it's best you create a support ticket at Atlassian. I'm sure they will be able to figure out what is going on ... https://support.atlassian.com/ Best regards, Kris

Hi @Rodrigo Alves Sousa , Welcome to the Atlassian Community.... That are a lot of questions in a single ticket ;-) * What do you mean with "It doesn't appear in my signatures" ? * How do you create new users? * Did you add the users to the teams manually? Best regards, Kris
-
@Bill Sheboy , Thanks for the clarification. Did not know that. Br, Kris
-
@Sebastien Denis Sorry, I don't know why. But I often see this in other "migrations" also.
-
Hi @Sebastien Denis , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. The system is asking you to map the old priorities to the new priorities. The fact that you don't have any issues in the project, doesn't matter. I presume the "Medium" priority appears in both the old and the new scheme? That's why you don't need to map that value.…

Hi @Євгеній Єрін , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. I'm not sure how your automation rule is constructed. You could try executing your JQL in a "Branch". Then create a "Variable" within that branch, based on all the results of the JQL. And then use that variable in the webhoop action outside the branch. Best regards,…

Hi @Julie Santiago , If you create an automation rule that triggers on issue creation, you could get the organization with this smart value : {{Organizations.Name}} Hope this helps, Best regards, Kris

Hi @Tadas L. , From your screenshot, it looks like you are editing an existing canned response. Can you try creating a new one. Then you should have the option to select "Personal" or "Shared" Best regards, kris
-
Hi @Tadas L. , First of all, you need to check in the permission scheme of the JSM project, that the Admin role has the "Administer Project" permissions. Or maybe these permissions have been assigned to a specific usergroup. You can use the "Permission helper" under settings --> Access --> Project permissions if your…

Can you try the "Login to contact support" button on the very bottom of this page : https://support.atlassian.com/

Hi @Sol Adm. Åkerfeldt , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. In the configuration of the approval step ni the workflow, you can indicate which users are excluded from approval. Hi @Antonia , You can include an IF statement in your automation rule that checks if the attribute is filled in. You should select the "AQL Condition" in your IF statement Best regards, Kris
