Hi @Casper , Can you check in the Field Configuration screen of the project if the "Story POints" field is marked as a required field. Can you also check in the workflow if the field is marked as required. Check the validator settings of the "Create" transition. Best regards, Kris

Hi @Sue Webber , Assets post functions are not available in Cloud. You can vote on this issue : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-12339 Best regards, Kris

Hi @Riina Kivi , I can see the 2 dates don't have the same format. One is a "Time Stamp" and the other is a "Date". Can you check if this works : project = Projektid AND assignee = currentUser() AND "Esitamise tähtaeg[Time stamp]" < startOfDay("-7d") Best regards, Kris

Hi @Elise , If you want a fixed time logged, then your automation rule looks correct to me. But i'm thinking you don't want a fixed amount of time logged? Are you looking to log the time that has passed between 2 transitions? Or something else ? Best regards, Kris

Hi @Mohammed Arafat Naidoo , You should be able to find the customers like this: * Go to admin.atlassian.com * In the left hand navigation, select your site under "Sites and Products" * In the left hand navigation, select "Portal Customers" * There you will find an "Export customers" button on the top right part of the…

Hi @Elise , What exactly is the issue / problem with what you already have? What exactly is not working ? Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @Sam Fowler , You can not attach the pdf document to the email, but i think you can add a link to the document in the approval email using a smart value. {{issue.attachments.content}} Best regards, Kris

Hi @Haig Aboyan , I hope my answer helped you fix the issue. If so, can you please accept the answer so it can help others in the future ? Thanks, Kris

Hi @Harry Schilbach , I guess that depends on what change you are making on the existing SLA. Changing the SLA will trigger a re-calculation of the SLA's on the open tickets. If the SLA conditions for a ticket have changed, the SLA for that ticket will be changed. Resolved tickets will not be affected. Best regards, Kris

Hi @Jim Murphy , Being an admin, doesn't automatically grant you the permissions to see the content of any space. Can you navigate to the Confluence settings, and then select 'Space Permissions'. Is the DEALSTAMPE space listed there ? If so, you can use the 'manage permissions' link to check the permissions. Best regards,…

Hi @Brian Jennings , I don't think you can change the issue type and request type in an automation rule. The Request Type is linked to an issue type. When you want to use the "Edit Request Type" action in an automation rule, the new Request Type needs to be of the same issue type. There is a clear statement about it. I…

Yes, you can not customize the permissions on a free plan. Is your user able to create new tickets in Jira directly (not from within JSM) ? In my JSW/JSM free plan setup, I am able to create linked JSW tickets from within a JSM ticket.
-
Hi @Mathieu Leboeuf , Maybe an obvious one ... but do you have "Create Issue" permission in the Jira projects? Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @Iago Rodrigues Salvadori If you want to assign issues to individual users, you could do this via an automation rule. Have a look at this documentation: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-automation-actions/ You can not assign issues to a group of users. There are eight different options for…

Hi @Denise Kopf , Not sure if you were able to fix this yet. Moving the page will not delete anything. Best regards, Kris

Hi @jesse.hogan , There might be a conflict between the 2 automation rules. Since one of them posts a comment on the ticket, and the other one is triggered when a comment is posted. Do you have the "Allow rule trigger" checkbox checked in the "Rule Details" section of any of those 2 automation rules ? Also, can you check…
-
Hi @jesse.hogan , Can you check in the issue history is the 'Automation for Jira' user was ever assigned to the issue ? Also, what happens if you exclude the 'Automation for Jira' user from the 'Assign user' action in your automation rule ? Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @Pati Uday Kiran , I would create a new automation rule so set a comment on the issue. * Trigger : Whenever the value of field E is changed * Action: Use the "Comment on issue" action. In the configuration you can write the text of the comment. To retrieve the value of field E, you will need to use a smart value. Is…
-
Hi @Pati Uday Kiran , If you want to make the value of field E visible for the customer in the portal, i think you have 2 options : 1. Make the field visible like A, B, C and D. But then the customer will be able to enter a value upon ticket creation. You can ask them via the field description not to enter a value, but you…

@Denise Kopf , The page navigator should be in the left section of your screen when NOT editing a page. You will not see the navigator when you are editing a page. If you don't see the navigation bar, it might also be collapsed. Please click the collapse icon to open it (round icon with arrow in it). Best regards, kris

Hi @Denise Kopf , Yes you can move pages within the page structure. More information on how to move pages can be found here https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/move-copy-and-hide-pages/ The easiest way is to drag-and-drop the pages in the page tree navigator on the left side of the screen (see section…
-
Hi @Pati Uday Kiran , For the portal, I don't think this is possible out-of-the-box. What is the exact use-case ? Why would you want field E only displayed after ticket creation? Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @장주영 , You need to make sure that the 'Actor' user (Probably "Automation for Jira") of the automation rule has the correct permissions on both projects (ability to read and edit tickets). Best regards, Kris

Hi @Logan Kitchen , Can you check if the answer provided here solves your issue? https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Filter-data-source-by-AQL-in-Assets/qaq-p/2205329 I had a similar issue trying to filter objects from the source by "Hardware Type", which was a referenced object. I had to turn it…
-
Hi @Haig Aboyan , The problem is caused by the different date formats used by your asset object and Jira. When you retrieve your "Next Performance Review Date" from your vendor object, the date format is 22/Feb/23. Unfortunately, this date format does not allow you to perform date calculations on it. That is why your…
-
Hi @Haig Aboyan , can you share the details of the audit log of the automation rule execution ? Also, to help debugging, you can add a "Log Action" action component to your automation rule. If you add the smart value there, the result of your date calculation will be added to the audit log. Like this, you can check what…

Hi @Berzicai Lívia , If you just want to hide the issues in status DONE in your board, there are 2 possible solutions. 1. In your board, navigate to the "board settings", the select "columns" setting. Here, you can remove the DONE status from the specific column (probably the last column). Check out this page on…
