Love this time a year so we can look at our favorite apps and help other learn about them.

@Rojin Welcome to the community and I hope you find the help you need here. I will try and give the best answer I can and look to other community members to help. At this time, I am not sure this is possible. It looks like that Atlassian intelligence is locked to Jira and Confluence. I will say that it might be possible to…

It will be an adjustment for some of us old schoolers. But I do say that for general public and users it is a good move to help users understand the system better. Work Item can be translated easily and so can Task. Here's to Jira moving forward to a new generation.

Thanks @Mark Higgins for the assist here. Great add to show a picture.

@Alain Vertefeuille Welcome to the community. In JSM configuration in project settings > Knowledge base, did you map request types to KB articles? That should help with suggestions that populate form the summary so there are random articles populating. Also, at the Help Center portal are you able to search for articles…

Is there going to be a way to make a help center the default. Right now, for some reason on one of our client sites it is showing two default help centers. We want to make a new help center a default but there is no option so the link from the project pushes agents to the default help center using the link from the project…

Please let us know what the fix is from support as it could be helpful for others in the community if this happens to others. Also want to state if the project is having lots of issues if you build a new project move all the data from the old project to the new project then delete the old projects that could also help as I…

@Lisa Yeager First want to say welcome to the community. Hope you find all the answers you need. I have used the open office hours method many times and or a lunch and learn with Q&A. I think this is not only beneficial for a team, but it is revolutionary. No system is just automatically learned. What works well for me is…

@Christy Kennedy , Let me see if I can help here with this. A few things we can do to troubleshoot this is check your browser and clear the cache to see if that is still there after the clear. If that is still there you might want to validate if the permission scheme is supporting the no delete permission. You could try to…

@Dave Rosenlund _Trundl_ you better include @Sajit Nair

You could use DeepClone add on in market place to clone all the issue to the other project. I have used that method before which limits the idea of scripting. If you have scriptrunner cloud then you can also script it and I believe it will by pass the 1000 issue limit. There many ways to do this but I typically will give…

Hello @Rodrigo Campos Acosta Welcome to the community. I would say that what was stated above are two options but there is a few more. If you have a webhook from your IMS you can use a Jira automation to get that webhook and create an issue for you based on that webhook listener. I would check the IMS tool if it has…

@Karen , I have used Octo Component management in the past for clients that need components to be sync across multiple projects or Org wide. If your products are being tracked in Components then this would be a create use case and benefit you very much.

@Mariano Let me try and help out here. First you will need to build a new project with a new name and key that is a ITSM project. Then you will need to bulk move all issues from the Business project to the new ITSM project. If you want the name of the project and key to retain the business project name & key you will need…

Trim video is my latest learning. I really like that you can cut the hmms out by a click of the button.

This is super solid and now we can have approvals in Confluence. I have been waiting for something like this and super happy that we now have action buttons in Confluence. This is icing on the cake!! Great work @Avinoam

@Sherif Mansour Very nice updates great job for you and the team. Thank you for bringing new features and show casing them to us.
-
You could send the docusign link to the client in comment for signature. I have seen many people want to do an integration and I believe you would need a middleware like workato or do some API integration. the other option is using Atlassian Forge to build an integration. I haven’t seen and market place apps that do this…

I can try to shed some light on the workings of such migration. So for the most part I handle these as the same as a single migration. The one thing I can typically say is that the post migration effort will be big and take time. each instance is its own living ways of working. They will probably not have a lot in common…

I believe they are referring to "most used solution" from the agents side. So they can understand what articles should be suggested and keep track and report on the most used solution. I think they are wanting a chart or report but I will check back for more details.
-
I think this would be helpful for them and I was looking at request deflected but I think they are looking at this from inside a Jira request. I will point this one out again to see if this will help facilitate their need.

Being that I work for a partner and Atlassian crazy! I have been working and testing a lot of the features but the live learning just re-enforces the amazing features and system of work acceleration that a team will get from using AI in Atlassian eco-system. It saves me time everyday!
-
Love this and its all coming together with the vision of "System of Work". Great job @Sherif Mansour to you and your team you all do amazing work! The Atlassian University bonus is truly going to be stellar!

I think my biggest learning about Confluence automation is that we now can use Automation for Confluence in tandem with Automation for Jira and visa versa. This is amazing as we can now populate Confluence pages based on Jira tickets or the other way around. The new add with using whiteboards in automation is also a great…

When we start to just call it Jira like the old days I think that all of the new feature will be very import to keep the product as powerful as it is to add those different feature to the merged Jira. Thanks for the consideration of my thoughts and if ever you want reach out as I would love to help guide any of this from…
-
I am all over this one! Whiteboards has been one of my favorite addition to the Atlassian & Confluence family.
-
All I can say is awesome!
-
It keeps getting better and better!!! I am in love with it and not having to go out to another system make it wonderful.

@Jason Chayer At Teams 24 this year they have announced that they are merging Jira work management with Jira Software. I believe that some of these features from both products will come together and those feature request will start to be prioritized and worked on to better the new product simply called "Jira". I would…
