@Haddon Fisher This statement is so true * "There are no tools to help you clean any of this besides "delete". Being able to merge custom fields of the same type ALONE would be a huge win for people who inherit instances that have 6 "Due Date" fields, but there's so much more Jira could be doing to help with this." I…

@Kim Mooney Here is a snapshot of my Epic for Atlassian Audit
-
@Kim Mooney Great article. This is something I do through the year and have an Epic that deals with some of these same points. I think I might follow your standard as my is a little different but I surely think this is awesome! Kudos
-
Thanks I will look into that.

@Muhamed Causevic Welcome to the community. I would like to also state if you are the admin this can be located in the "system settings" At the bottom in the "Attachments" tab toward the bottom portion of the systems settings page. As @Dave Theodore [Coyote Creek Consulting] stated you must be admin.
-
@Paul Wiggers It is possible with the cloud migration tool. Its only usable for JSW, and JWM at this time though. I have tested this and it does work for specific projects. You can use the JCMA cloud to cloud from Systems settings.
-
Well, I am trying to see for our Atlassian team if we can build in sandbox and than promote changes to production so we are not building in production all the time that way testing is done separate. I have tried this and it seems to work for the most case but doesn't work with JSM yet. I am thinking that be able to create…

Hello @Suzanne Bazarian I believe if your looking to archive a component and do not see that option this might be because this is a server function. Are you currently in a cloud environment or server and or data center? If you don't see the option in server or dc instance this might be because you do not have the…
-
One of the major issues that I have ran into is that JSM projects are not supported.
-
@Juan Carlos Cardenas Padilla I believe if you use the the trigger "When issue Transition" with a condition of the status and issue type and add a branch by linked issue ( be sure to include how they are linked inward and outward). You can then add the transition action for the issue that needs to get put to Done status.…
-
I am currently trying to get this same automation to work but when you make changes to the child issue time the audit logs show "NO ACTIONS PERFORMED" It is the same automation as what is above.
-
@Tosha Liveoak I just got added back to Kudos so you should be able to search me now.
-
@Peter Richter I apologize as I didn't understand the semantic type of search. I believe your correct as this is not built into Confluence. My only other answer would be to look into the market place for an add-on that might offer this but I am not sure one exist. Both Jira and Confluence are both based on keywords and CQL…

https://support.atlassian.com try this url. You have to be logged into one of your Atlassian ID'S. If you are not an Atlassian or jira admin you should contact them from your organization for assistance.
-
@Fleur Phillips You can use this link to enter a support ticket if you are having trouble finding the right place to get to a support. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
-
@Fleur Phillips welcome to the community. If you put in a support ticket with Atlassian support they will be able to help migrate your data from one Atlassian ID to another and merge the data. I have had to do this in the past to retain community data. Hope this helps
-
Hello @Peter Richter welcome to the community. Confluence is based on keywords. Although you can give labels to pages for easier search and query. At the bottom of each page there is the label tab in which you can give the page multiple labels. This might be the way to help achieve what your tying to do.

-
I was on my old Atlassian account I tried to get added to it again but still waiting. Thanks much for thinking of me.
-
Welcome to the Atlassian Community @Tosha Liveoak Above in the Groups tab there is a view all groups that you can comb through to find the specific group you would like to belong to and watch. Here is the link to explore all groups: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Groups/ct-p/groups

Does this add-on work with JumpCloud?
-
Way to many 550 users + and I think we are at 800+ custom fields. Granted I inherited this and trying to audit it down. They had when I started only 250 users with over 400 plus projects. I cut that down to less than 100. The auditing is getting exhausting lol It does get better though!

Welcome to the community @Anthony Bell I usually recommend Custom Charts for Jira add-on as this allows you to do that. I think the internal filter only allows what you see. If you would like to to the app store and look for Custom Charts for Jira. You will get 30 days free.
-
You can change the release schedule for your site. I have ours to be on release and so I get the latest changes right away and can jump on and configure them. This is sometimes a big surprise when I get to work but it helps me to get on the horn right way.
-
Welcome, and same here. I see Modus Create is really making a hit. Tell Boris I said hi!
-
You should be able to look up user in Kudos and add kudos to them and state why.
-
@Ifa Emuh You could try to start a new workflow and remove the other one. Starting over might be help and clear and data that was causing this.
-
Can't wait for the premium beta go live!!! been waiting for this so much!. We are using advanced roadmaps and being able to combined or have one source for teams is on my hit list.
-
Good luck with the migrations, they are always fun to do. Do you have different Atlassian Admins for different products? I always thought this to be an effective way to administrate Atlassian tools when the company size reaches that enterprise level. Do you use different projects for internal and external customers? Great…

Please let me know how this turns out for you.
