If you don't have an automatically created personal space, you can create it at the top right of your screen, select your profile icon in the navigation bar. Got to 'add personal space' and then 'create'.

@S FongIt is hard to plan cause of the time difference, but we will talk about what different time slots could be an alternative for future webinars.

Go to the Jira settings in the top right corner and select Issues. On the left sidebar under fields, select field configuration. Click configure next to the field configuration you want to edit. You will see "Required" next to fields that have already been selected. To remove the requirement, just click optional.
