Yes you can. A Kanban board is the visualization of a filter. So you can copy and paste that filter to the advanced search (JQL) or reconstruct it using Basic search.

Hi @Komal Baranwal and welcome to the community, Are you trying to login to a cloud instance or to a server instance?
-
And you can always ask for support from Atlassian, if you are eligible to do so.
-
Hi @Prajesh Krishna Karmacharya First and foremost. The place you asked your question is not Atlassian's support but its community. I hope that you understand the difference. Jira repair macro will repair any broken jira issue macro it will encounter and point to the right jira instance. From the selection on confluence…

Hi @Pablo Barbero This can't happen without intervention. On the issue history there is no change of the request type recorded? Are these request types share the same issue type and workflow? Did you check inside the workflow for any automation during the on create transition? When does this change take place? On create?…

Hi @jaime.gilmartinez Quick filters unfortunately are not designed like this. What you can do is to actually user the "advanced search" which is designed like this. So you can choose your fields and select one or more values from the dropdown.

Hi @JiraDeveloper and welcome to the community, Can you post a screenshot of your mapping fields? Also, refer to this documentation for help https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/ From the documentation: Creating users You can choose to have the importer automatically…

Can you please share a screenshot of the assignee agent on the assets, the rule, as well as the value of the field inside an issue?
-
If you have enables a security scheme and some issues are on a level to which you are not part of, then you wouldn't be able to see these issues. Can you post images of your security scheme?
-
Hi @Henri Nikki and welcome to the community, It would be great if you could provide more details for the "customized view". What exactly do you mean by that? What kind of project is this? How do you customize the view? A screenshot or two would help a lot.
-
Hi @Katpro Systems and welcome to the community, If by "clients" you are referring to "jira customers" then you have to separate your customers into different organizations. And make sure that each request type is bound to the specific organization.

Hi @Dave Furlani There is a way to get the ID of that service. And this is to use the "Send Web Request" component to get the issue and then drill down to get the Affected Services custom field, which includes the id of that service. Then use the {{webResponse}} smart value to get the id. It will look similar to this:…
-
@Davide Cioranu to assign issues you need to have the user ID. I'm not sure this will work with his/her name. Furthermore can you confirm that the actor of the automation rule has the assign issues permission?
-
@Samin Kayastha open a request at support.atlassian.com/contact
-
@Chayoung Kim is there any security scheme imposed on the project? Are these issues moved to another project?

@Dejan Kocic to answer your reply below: Probably I didnt understand something, but in the Requests deflected I can see both Views and Deflections. Am I missing something? Yes, we have a JSM portal but available only for registered users (no anonymous). So, registered users are the ones with allowed access, but not JSM…
-
Sorry, no, I don't know.

Hi @Dejan Kocic Deflected request are all the requests which leads to a "thumbs up" on the related article. More info here https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/blog/2017/09/knowledge-base-reports-revamped Concerning the page analytics: What does a "register user" means for you, since he/she doesn't have a…
-
Hi @Asaf Savich and welcome to the community, Since you have created your own integration, perhaps you could also create your own program in a programming language which will create pages using confluence's REST API. Will that work for you? Other than that, I'm not sure if any data is available. Perhaps try open confluence…
-
Hi @Davide Cioranu You could use Jira automation to populate the assignee field using smart values like {{issue.fields.Assigned agent}}. I would propose to use the log component to see if the proper value is returned from that smart value. Let me know if that works for you.

Hi @Dąbrowski Damian Not all users can install apps from the marketplace, only jira admins can. Please refer to this documentation https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/integrate-apps/

Hi @Jon and welcome to the community, Since you have granted product access to JWM via the default group, you are obliged to change the permission schemes of all projects, in order to grant proper project membership to users. Especially the Browse Project permission of all current project shouldn't have any option added…

Hi @Ayush Lawania Unfortunately you can't change the timeline dates currently. It will always span across a year in the past or 2 years in the future. Vote and watch this suggestion https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JWMCLOUD-205

Can you remove him from this group manually? Also check if any of the other groups grants him/her product access.
-
Hi @Dave Cobb I know what you mean. Unfortunately you can't be sure which post function will run first. The fire event, or the assign issue? I've implemented a bunch of similar solution by: * Change the "fire event" of the "on create" transition to Null * Add the post function of assignee on the "create" transition * Add a…

Hi @adam.felsch and welcome to the community, Parent will search for child content of a particular parent page. So that's why your CQL fails. Try the following: Where you should replace my page id with your parent id. Let me know if that worked!

Hi @Sundar G What is an "EpicSet"? Can you provide more info in order to understand better?
-
Hi @Zaldy Parian Can you see to which groups this users belongs to? Most likely he belongs to certain groups which grant him/her product access. Does this user comes from an external directory syncing?
