Hi @Unsöld Katrin and welcome to the community, There is seems to be a general thing affecting certain instances. For a certain clients of mine, jira is fine. In other not. Keep an eye on https://status.atlassian.com/

@Kelvin Davis yes there is seems to be a general thing affecting certain instances. For a certain clients of mine, JSM is fine. In other not. On my instance there is a problem as well. Keep an eye on https://status.atlassian.com/

Hi @Sergey Miheev and welcome to the community, We can't cancel your product, but your org admin can visit admin.atlassian.net, choose billing and then cancel the product(s) they want. https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/cancel-a-subscription/ If you find any trouble, raise a request to Atlassian…

Hi @Kyle ONeill and welcome to the community, Your account might be deactivated or be marked as dormant. Perhaps @Theodora Boudale can help you on this one

Hi @Joanna Pietruszka and welcome to the community, Not the best practice, but you can use the listener to switch the value back to what it was. However this would confuse the user a lot and so I wouldn't recommend it. Best approach would be the one I describe above. In any case as Esraa mentioned, vote and watch this…

Hi @Bryan Cover and welcome to the community, JSM boards is a new feature. They don't have the functionality to rename it unfortunately.

Hi @Modern Money and welcome to the community, If you can't see a cog wheel, then you are not allowed to remove any customer. I would advise you to find a site admin and ask him/her to do that for you. However if you are a project admin of a JSM project and the customers permissions allow you to do so, then you could…

Hi @José Carlos De Oliveira Escalona First of all, you can't see the logs on cloud. Second of all, I tried to move a Story to an Epic and to my surprise subtasks remained below the Epic!! I converted successfully one subtask to a story and I wasn't able to reproduce your problem:
-
Hi @Kevin Jicha On the form you create you have to associate your field with the jira field (CMR). On the image below I have chosen the field Impact. And then add the automation like the one below (replace the field impact with yours):
-
@Felipe Luisi hi and welcome to the community. Asset automation on cloud exist only via jira automation. On server, insight has its own automation engine.
-
Hi @Patrick Hicks First of all, I don't think you can do that with fixVersion. As per documentation, fix version can be compared with a string and not with a function, which returns a date field. What you could possibly do is to parse the fixVersion name and only the date part, copy it to a custom date field and then use…

@NIKITA DAVANDE if not mistaken the applications were till September (9) the 22nd. Now we have October (10) the 24th. You are about a month late :/

@John Chambers there is a good example on the answer from Ah Yadav below.

@[deleted] hi and welcome the community. The enablement is only for the Atlassian partners. If you and your company are indeed partners, then you should be able to access this link and fine them there.

Hi @koutarou ishibashi You can try using the following rule:
-
Nope, not that I know of. You can try to change its name, which I know you can but I don't know the implications to be honest.
-
Hi @Anna Šívrová and welcome to the community, You don't exactly share issues among projects. Projects are created with filters. If that filter includes this issue, then this issue will appear on the other project. If you are using a kanban or scrum board, make sure to map the columns!
-
Hi @Stein Faes and welcome to the community, Unfortunately you can't. Jira allows only one Epic issue type. Read here as well https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Is-it-possible-to-create-a-custom-epic-issue-type/qaq-p/1165029

Hi @Alkanz Ali How do you track the 8h/day or 40h/w? Are you using original estimate to track it? In addition, what kind of app do you intent to use? Jira automation or a 3rd party app?
-
Hi @Bhupesh Giri and welcome to the community, What do you mean by test cases in confluence? Usually test cases belong to a test management application. Can you explain a bit more your question?
-
Hi @Nodar Vardiashvili If you want all new users to be customers on your JSM project, then they should be automatically placed upon account creation. Usually this is the default group which grants "customer" access to JSM projects.
-
Hi @Vishnu Vardhan Chenna You can't login with another person's account, unless you know their credentials. If you are on a paid plan (premium) then open a support request at support.atlassian.com/contact and they'll be able to help you.

Hi @Len Wessel and welcome to the community, Can you please explain you question with more detail? Which platform are you on? Cloud or on-prem? By tabs you mean tabs on screen? What do you mean when you say "I'm working on issues"?
-
Hi @inayanabilaa and welcome to the community, Try {{issue.assignee.emailAddress}}
-
@Kevin Bui I think that you should expand on Confluence the same model currently valid on Jira. This change you propose shouldn't take place. Users and admins know that they currently have this awesome feature of "infinite" single project runs, and they are accustomed to it. Now, since you are taking this away from them,…

Uncheck only the "map field value" checkboxes from assignee and reporter and try again. From my previous reply read the: If Assignee and Reporter are not mapped, then no users are created.
-
Hi @Kristin Durkin Active user = a user with paid confluence license. The KB is accessible usually for all the customers of the service project you created and via the portal, if of course you have set it up that way. Can you confirm that she has or not a valid confluence license? If not, can you confirm that she is a…

Hi @Rick Hansen and welcome to the community, Out of the box you can't do it. Perhaps @Alex Medved _ConfiForms_ might be eligible to help you on this.

Hi @Craig_Harley Unfortunately there isn't a way or a setting to disable the column header. This is a table and in order to distinguish the columns, the header should be present. You can create a new suggestion here https://jira.atlassian.com/issues/?filter=98690
