Hi @Neeraj Pandey Did you associated this email account to that specific JSM project? Are the email unread in your inbox or in a read status?
-
Hi @Jack Nicholls and welcome to the community, If by related tickets, you mean Jira's "Linked Issues", then yes, Jira supports this out of the box.
-
Hi @sharath sunkari That's not possible since Jira will not let you connect the same email account to another project.
-
Read more here https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/delete-a-managed-account/
-
You have to wait till the user is deleted completed. If you see the user as "under deletion", then the user is not yet deleted.
-
Since summary is a plain text field, I'm not sure you can add any emoji besides the unicode emojis: https://unicode.org/emoji/charts/full-emoji-list.html What kind of emojis did you use on your summary, and how did you copy them inside the summary?
-
Hi @Noemi Degasperi and welcome to the community, If you delete a managed account in cloud, this user will appear as "Former User" erasing all connection to its name. You will not be able to restore it if this account is permanently deleted.
-
@Pablo Barbero issue changes are stored within the issue and I'm not sure you can find it somewhere else. If that problem persists and you are sure that you don't have any automation, and you are on a paid plan, then create a ticket directly to Atlassian's Support.

@Vipin Dumbhare I'm not familiar with a specific endpoint which returns the specific values you want. You could search here https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/admin/rest-apis/ and most likely this could be your thing https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/admin/organization/rest/api-group-events/#api-group-events

Hi @Shweta Saluja From jira's part you can use Webhooks to send the information to anywhere you want: * https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-webhooks/ * https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/webhooks/ However you need to see if google docs have any endpoint to send these info…

Hi @GuZhengJian No there isnt a limit to grant the site admin to anyone you want. However I would advise you to have a handful of them and not to everyone on your company. This could lead to catastrophic situations.

Hi @Vipin Dumbhare and welcome to the community, Audit log will not give you any login/logou details, only the info provided here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/audit-activities-in-jira-applications/ However the login/logout details can be found via Atlassian Access' log: Let me know if that…

Nope. Still you can't change its name.

Hi @Daniel Kubala and welcome to the community, What do you mean by emojis you have added your self? You mean copy/pasted e.g. from emojipedia or a similar website? What kind of emoji you are trying to add to the summary?
-
Hi @Benjamin Buchwald It's not possible in cloud, since the issue you are editing is not only the Epic but the individual standard issue types as well. You could perhaps use JMWE (or similar) and use an event-based action, which will remove any Parent link, if the parent is Epic and it's in the Done status.
-
Hi @Benjamin Buchwald You could have something similar, but not the sessions per se, if you have atlassian access. Simply go to admin.atlassian.com > security > Insights and you can see a similar image like the one below. Clicking on the "view" of each individual product you will see "the number of active users out of the…

Hi @David Arévalo As Walter stated and I am confirming the validity of it, a user needs to consumer one license per instance if he/she wants to work there. So the moment you are giving him product access to any site, that user consumes a license.

Thank you for replying to me @Rishabh Bansal ! Looking forward to all performance enhancements!
-
Hi @Rishabh Bansal and thank you for the update! This will be a valuable feature for all assets users. Not to complain, but are you going to fix the UI and performance as well? It takes a lot of seconds to choose from a it schema with 234 objects, which is a rather small one.
-
Hi @Terry Medearis As it is clearly stated on the page setup "Upgrade to use a custom domain" So when you will upgrade it, you can set up your own domain.

@Unsöld Katrin if you are on a paid plan, raise a support ticket at support.atlassian.com/contact
-
There is a fair delay to be honest in updating the dashboard.

Ηι @Paul Ceronio and welcome to the community, There is an active incident affecting a lot of instances. Although not yet communicated by Atlassian, I would watch https://status.atlassian.com/ to get more updates.
-
@Unsöld Katrin they don't update it instantly. They have to drill into the problem, receive multiple complaints and then most likely they will update the status. But it is an active incident. Two of my clients just called me about JSM
-
Hi @Nataraj Bavikatti if that request was OK yesterday and today is not, most likely it's because it seems that there is an active incident for Jira, which is not yet diplayed on https://status.atlassian.com/. I would suggest to keep an eye on jira status to receive further updates.
