Hi @Sebastian Spitzer Do you have any extensions on your edge browser?
-
Here's mine!

Our company is medium to small, but our Atlassian dpt is rather tiny. We have setup our jira to work in our company's best interest, without ignoring how end users interact with Jira.
-
And here is my post! https://www.linkedin.com/posts/alexkoxaras_jira-activity-7222139370437263360-CxmP?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop

Like I said on my previous post, we are relay swimmers. We swim alone, but we are definitely not alone! And we have to work together to ensure our progress towards common goals.
-
Most of the time I work solo. But I can do that because other people from my team can take that "extra" burden off of me, so I can do my work. The team sport that best mirrors how our team works with Jira would be the swim relay , where each swimmer has to complete by each own a specific run but at the same time must work…

No I havent but you can try the following since they grant 30days of trial: * https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1231505/bulkops-app-pro?hosting=cloud&tab=overview * https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1225076/advanced-user-manager-for-jira-cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Hi @Robin Stemmers Out of the box there isn't a way unfortunately. You should take a look at the marketplace for a 3rd party app https://marketplace.atlassian.com/
-
Hi @Rahul Borade Jira software users, without a valid JSM license will not be able to edit issues within the JSM project. They will only be able to add comments and attachments. In addition the image you shared seems broken.
-
It seems indeed you can and looks that I missed that info. I was searching on API v2 instead of 1. Nice catch Aron!
-
@Anurag Chavan it's not possible for all projects to have this. A 3rd party app will be requred for this.
-
@Arun Kare there is a capability of "Delete inactive users on a monthly basis". You can use this script, which is included in their library as a starting point: https://library.adaptavist.com/entity/Add-user-or-group-to-a-role?tab=cloud And modify it to remove the user instead of adding it.
-
So adjust the project notification scheme (of the project where the clone issue is created) to include the Jira software project leader.
-
So why don't you use incoming mail handler to create issues directly to the 2nd project?
-
Hi @Arun Kare and welcome to the community, DC scripts are different from cloud scripts. Take a look at this page: https://docs.adaptavist.com/sr4jc/latest/features/scheduled-jobs I think it has what you are looking for (kind of).
-
Is the new created issue cloned to another project?
-
@Alain Kovacs you can have a custom outgoing email https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/send-notification-emails-from-your-own-domain-in-next-gen/ But then again you can only use one on each project.
-
When you create a report you simply choose the appropriate SLA metric: I mean in the case above, I have one SLA for met. How have you configured your SLAs? What option do you have available form the drop down menu?
-
Ηι @Anurag Chavan If your clients are all in one service desk, you could do that.
-
And this most likely https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/graphql/#mutations_updateCurrentPage
-
Have you already seen this? https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/graphql/#queries_page
-
Hi @Donat Pohla Unfortunately there isn't one :/
-
Hi @UGGIRALA KALYAN SRINIVAS and welcome to the community, Please follow these instructions: https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/invite-a-user/ and https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/edit-a-group/
-
The branch rule would be this:
-
Cool! Let me know if that worked out for you!
-
Hi @Roland Kiss ! I thought that you needed the ID, Owner and Date :) That's why I included them within the regex. I'm glad you found out how to get the values however :) When creating a smart variable, all the items within the array are considered to be text. Try to use the .asNumber smart function to use the number…
-
@Sharon something along these lines: Where the IF component would look like this:
-
Hi @Crystal Pang and welcome to the community, Not to my knowledge. If you could archive or restore archived pages, that API would be in there somewhere.
-
Use an advance branch before "And send email" and within this brach add this "send email" component. Leave outside of the branch the "Permanently remove this issue"
