Hi @Greg D - apologies for my delayed reply here. I have moved teams but I have passed on your feedback to the team responsible for forms - thanks for sharing. There is currently nothing roadmapped for these items but the team will continue to monitor feedback and provide updates once this changes. I hope for now, the…

Hi @Jessica Rodríguez - great question! we have no plans to add currency conversions to the existing number custom field. But we are currently working on a formula custom field, which can product a currency output. As part of this, you could configure a new formula field to include an exchange rate with a formula. The…

Hi @Matt Doar _Adaptavist_ - thank you for the feedback. I have shared your post with the wider team who worked on this feature. As a FYI, the formatting applied will be out of the box and it depends on the language set in the users Atlassian account as well as the currency format applied. If you select USD and your…

Hi @Daniel Zarioiu Mihai - conditional fields are available on forms. You can read more on this feature here. Hope that helps!
-
that is correct @James Woyciesjes - the issue collector can still be used and there are a number of differences between this and forms. Also note that the issue collector only supports company managed and not team managed projects like forms do.
-
Hi @olha ! Just to clarify, conditional logic is supported on specific selection fields such as priority and single or multi select fields. We rolled this out late last year :)
-
@Josh Dickerson - no links don't expire - good question! As a Project Admin, you can deactivate/reactivate a form from the form directory or form builder however.
-
Hi @Josh Dickerson - this is only available for submitters with a license and access to view/edit issues in the project.
-
i'm glad to hear this @Luke Towers . This is now available for all customers, unless your instance is enrolled in bundled release tracks.
-
Hi @Josh Dickerson - a submitter will need a Jira license and permission to view the issue in order to comment on the issue created. Back and forth comms with unlicensed users is only offered in JSM. Hope this helps even if its the answer you may not have been hoping for :)
-
thanks for the feedback @Wil . I am currently looking at where we can fit this into our roadmap as this is an important feature for many customers. As soon as I have clarity on this, i will post here.
-
Hi @Joanne Giammo - great question. This doesn't happen at the moment, a submitter will see a confirmation screen after they submit a form but we don't currently send a confirmation email.
-
Hi everyone, will try to answer all questions in this one comment but please let me know if i have missed something @Gabriel and @Madelyn Nguyen - we have rolled out public forms to all sites. But if you're instance is enrolled in bundled release tracks, then you may not see this until the next bundled release. @Gary - its…
-
Hi @Forrest Lin - that's correct, any user without a license, such as someone outside your org, will be able to view the form without authenticating. @Joe W - unfortunately this isn't available today. Each new form will have a default colour applied and this can't be changed at the moment. Your could create a few forms…
-
@Stefan Draber - i'll add in some evening sessions for the week of 28 April, let me know if one of these would work as would love to chat more. @Tony Landowski - unfortunately there is no workaround for this currently, but something we may explore based on feedback so I'll be sure to loop back @Sandy Tang - unfortunately…
-
not currently @Tony Landowski . What are the restricted fields that are most important to include?
-
Hi @Maksim Beliaev - There are no current plans to bring JSM and Jira forms together I'm sorry. But thank your for the feedback on the specific features you would like to see.
-
@Michiel Schuijer - I'm interested to understand more about this, what does Advanced Forms offer that would specifically improve public forms?
-
Hi again @Stefan Draber and @Jyoti Mane - this is definitely something we are open to exploring. If each of you can spare 30 mins I would love to jump on a call so you can talk me through how you would like this to work. You can book time in with me here.
-
Hi @Jyoti Mane and @Stefan Draber - glad to hear public forms will be of benefit. One way to achieve internal only access to public forms is to utilise IP allowlisting on your Jira site if you are on a premium license. Only those within the IP range set will be able to view and submit a public form. @Jyoti Mane - depends…
-
Hi Vishal That's great to hear! We have no firm plans at the moment to support attachments but it is something we do plan to explore, especially if we get feedback on this. Can you explain a bit about your use cases and why attachments are important? thanks!!
-
Hi @Bill Sheboy - yes! public forms will be available for all license levels including free
-
Hi everyone, I am excited to share that public forms are coming to Jira. You can read more on this feature in my post here.
-
Hi @Fred Quintero - it's not possible today but it is something the team are going to explore in the coming weeks. i will be posting another update on forms shortly too and will provide an update on this when I do
-
@Sarah Palumbo - this is for Jira Cloud only
-
@Emily _ DevSamurai - i would still love to chat if you have the time (i know the end of year can be busy!!)
-
I would love to chat @Celina - please sign up here!

Hi everyone, Thanks for the feedback on this post. We have taken on all the feedback on Advanced Forms aka ProForma, but for now we will continue to invest in the forms natively available in Jira, for a number of business reasons, various customer feedback sources and insights from our research. I know some of you do not…
-
thanks @fabio ! I'd love to know a couple of things out of this process: - Do you copy across any of the campaign results from Google Analytics into Jira? - Would you like to be able to see the Google Analytics data in Jira at all?
-
@Emily _ DevSamurai - yes please do! i look forward to learning more
