Hi, Would love to do Org Admin certification.

Hi John, That report is only useful to see which tickets got the response for the survey. I wanted to see what all tickets triggered the survey. few customers complain that we did not receive survey upon ticket closure, hence wanted to have some transperancy.

HI @Lior Marantenboim Data Residency should be fully functional by now for Jira, JSM, Confluence. if you do not see the option, please raise a request with support for the same, they should be able to help you. however please understand few disruptions you will experience through the move.…

If problem persist, please raise a support ticket for migration issues, they can restart or clear the cache at their end. We did face such challenges before.

Hi @PARISSE Nicolas Jira Cloud Migration Assistant tool does not migrate any 3rd party apps. you will have to check with individual vendors if they have a migration pathway. As of today, many major plugin vendors in the marketplace have a migration pathway. Raising support reuest with vendors can also be helpful so they…

@Clare Lawson Its the sub-task that has a large issue estimate.

You can vote https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-12244

Hi @Hines Trulock I tested the properties for you. I found that properties only work at the status and not during transition. So conclusion is there is no option to hide the comments screen other than you want to totally remove commenting permission. I could not test the property below as I am on free version of JIRA and…

Please check the transition screen leading you to the closed status. make sure you have selected the correct transition screen that has Resolution field on it.

You need to add below property to the workflow stage. further reading https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-workflow-properties/ jira.permission.comment.denied

Hi @Hines Trulock You can remove the comment box from a transition screen by removing the user's permission to comment. You can do that using project permissions, or by adding workflow properties to each status in a workflow.
