@Diana Kechyants - Where are you looking? If you go to Spaces -> View All Spaces, does it show up in the list?

@1075 Demenagas Dimitrios Welcome to the community. It is unusual for a question to go unanswered for so long. A User (Agent) in Customer Service Management will have access to the articles and AI Agent through CSM. As a guest in Confluence, they can have full access to the one Confluence space that you have given them…

@Asier Vadillo In your space, go to space settings -> Work Items -> Screens. Find the screen associated with the Bug work type. Click on the screen name. This will show you the current list of fields on the screen. Your new Custom Field "Regression" needs to be on the screen to see it. If it is already on the screen, then…

A "space" is the container that Jira creates to hold your "work items" such as Epics, Stories, Tasks, Sub-Tasks, etc. Each space can have one or more "Boards". There are two types of boards: Scrum and Kanban. When you created the space, you would have selected whether you are using Scrum or Kanban. I assume that you…

@Natalie Keane Yes, you can change the permissions scheme for your project. You need to go to the Space Settings -> Permissions. You can edit the permissions settings to provide exactly the access that you want for your space.

@Imran Ahmed Welcome to the Community. I don't understand what you are asking. Can you provide a screen shot or some additional information about the problem that you are seeing?

A Radio button works. I often use a single-value checkbox. If the box is checked, it is true. Otherwise, it is false.

The problem is that in your branch, the first condition controls the entire flow. If "QA Classification" = "Can fix", then the edit action will work. Otherwise, the branch will stop. You will never get to the next action in the list. Since If/Else is not supported within a branch, you need to create two separate branches.…

However, what you can do is to look up the Asset object based on the input values. You can have a Lookup Objects action that uses the prompt input in an AQL statement. The return will have the Object(s) that match your AQL. You can then take that value and use it to update the cloned item. You can do the same thing, with a…

Can you provide a little more context, such as the error message that you are receiving? One possibility is that sub-task is not enabled for the specific space that is giving you the error. Look at the Work Type Scheme for the space and see if Sub-Task is a valid work type.
-
You could create multiple transitions and create a condition so that each is only available for a specific work type. Then you can apply the validation that you need on each transition. It isn't a great solution, but does address your requirement without the need for a marketplace app. That said, ScriptRunner or JMWE or…

I'm not sure why this would cause your error, but I notice that the issuetype is different between Postman and Python versions. I assume that you have tried executing the JQL directly in Jira?

This is a problem that has been raised over and over by Atlassian admins. The only solution at present is for Org Admins to be vigilant and contact people when they use their work emails to create Trello boards.

I was using this program today and realized that my original post has an error. Here is a very slightly rewritten version. (The fix was to add a "$" at the start of line 24) NOTE: You probably need to run this as Administrator so that you can access the thread. $processId= <YOUR PROCESS ID> $jstack = "C:\Program…

I came across this great answer and wanted to add a note. If the smart value returns an empty string, then the concat won't work. For example, if I have {{issue.field.concat("\n")}} and "field" is empty, the "\n" doesn't get added. The workaround that I found (there may be others) is to create a variable that is a space…

@David Nickell Thanks for the response. I am quite familiar with the REST endpoints and that is my backup solution. I was (am) hoping that Atlassian is going to fix the awful reporting implementation that they have saddled the Cloud version of Assets with. On DC, there is a simple way to execute an AQL statement, save it…
-
@Vamsi Fragale Adding another note - if you want to eliminate "Very High" from the entire system, you can remove it at the System level on the Issues admin page.

What Git repository are you using (Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab, etc)? There doesn't seem to be a REST API to get a list of Pull Requests associated with a Jira work item (I looked through the Software REST documentation). My guess is that you need to query the Git front-end to get a list of open pull requests and then use…
-
@Troy Roper Welcome to the Atlassian Community! The simple answer is absolutely Jira can handle this for you. My assumption is that the invoice and PO are in electronic format (e.g., PDF). If so, you can attach the document(s) to a ticket and create a workflow that passes responsibility from person to person. As one person…
-
@Trudy P Claspill I don't think that this is possible because there is no event that is raised when you load an Asset.

The URL for the new JSM Ops REST API is at https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk-ops/rest/v2/intro/#jira-cloud-platform-apis. I just found this today. On the AMA today, they said that they current endpoints will continue to work through end of life in 2027. Hope this help.

What is the plan for the OpsGenie REST API? Will the endpoints remain the same ( https://api.opsgenie.com/v2/) or will these change? Will the same endpoints be available?
-
@Kevin Munz - Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the customer site where I implemented this and I don't remember the specific solution that I implemented. My recollection is that I created two different fields and then showed the one appropriate to the user. This was on Data Center where I had access to ScriptRunner…

This is great, but when are we going to get a JQL membersOfTeam() function?
-
If Guard Premium identifies text that violates a policy and the administrator takes action to redact the offending text, is that original text still visibility in the History? If so, doesn't that defeat the purpose since anyone with access to the page or Jira issue can then see the offending text if they know where to look?

@Andrew Zabrzeski Setting up separate queues within a single project that are team-focused or subject-oriented is straightforward. A queue is nothing more than a filter of tickets that meet some criteria. If you want to segregate your queues by Request Type, then create a queue that contains a set of Request Types that…
-
@Andrew Zabrzeski Welcome to the Community and to Atlassian. You are going to love it here. If you are set on having a single email address for all support issues, then you are going to be restricted not only to a single project, but to a single Request Type for all incoming tickets. When JSM receives the email, it will…

@Amelia Giuliani - There is no one right answer that works for every organization. However, the larger the organization gets, the more standardization is going to be important. My go-to example of best-in-class documentation is Atlassian's own Confluence space. Not every page is up to their high quality, but they are laid…

@Tatiana María Valle Reyes Have you tried creating the SPI variable as {{#=}} {{EV}} / {{PV}} {{/}} BTW - Your calculating for EV is off. It should be {{lookupIssues.Story Points.sum}} - same as you did for PV.

@Philip Ng Welcome to the community! You can do this in an automation using smart values. A image in a comment has as specific pattern that looks like this: !<filename>|width=NN,height=NN,alt="<alt text>"! You can use the replaceAll function with the pattern "\!.*\|.*\!" to remove all instances of tihs block from the…
