Hi. It is possible to do that with automation. You have to do as follows, modifying with the appropriate values (for your epic for example) but the logic is here.

Bonjour Nolwenn.

Ok so here is the request that show you all issues that block a specific issue (in the example, it is the issue PROJ-1). issueBlocks = PROJ-1

Hi. It should be something like this : When field value changed, fields to monitor : color (I guess) for all issues operation. If/else rule. If matches (field color, condition equals, value red), for parent... Here is a screenshot with the field resolution to show you the logic. You just have to put the right fields. Tell…
-
For the second query, you need to change Resolved by Resolution :)

Hello. You may want to export your project. You can create a JQL request and feed it into site A : Project = ProjA In that way you can query all the issues in ProjA. Then you cna click on export on the top right hand corner and export it to CSV for example. You can then go to site B and import the ProjA from your XML file…

Hi Mike. Click on the cog on the top right hand corner. Click on system. Click on the project roles tab on the left list. You can add it here ;)
-
Hi Carlos. You need to restrict it with JQL, like this. If you want to change it for one request type, you need to change the JQL I put on the right with something like : "Customer request type" = "I want to declare a bug" If you want to discriminate on a specific request type for example.

I am often making Banana breads these days. That's quite simple but i love it. When I have a little more time, I love baking carrot cakes. I used to bake jam rolled cake but not too much anymore.

ok so you won't need the page I sent you. I did not know but your project is indeed a Next-gen which works a bit differently. You need to go in project settings/issue types and create directly your new field on the right. You won't be able to use the Next gen project with all the specifities you just set because it is not…

To go to project settings, you need to clic on your project and clic the cog on the left side, bottom corner. Then you will have the summary tab on the left list. You can access all the schemes/screens of your project here. On your second screenshot, you have a list of screen scheme. One of them (I don't know which one…
-
Could you go to the summary tab in your project settings, then go to your screen scheme and screens related to your project please ? I would like to see some screenshots of that to help you :)

Take a look here for some answers : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/add-a-custom-field-to-a-screen/ Basically, you have to create a screen scheme where your create screen by default displays that field. That screen should exist by default when you create a project. You can just change the…

Great :) Could you please accept my answer ? It will be easier for people with the same problem to find the post :)

Ok you made an easy mistake. It happens to everybody. When you work on a workflow and you want to create a new status, the best practice is to click on Add status on the left. The mistake you made, which happened to me when I started working on Jira, is to click on an existing status and edit it with a new name. It has for…

One hobby/passion I would like to keep cultivating is writing on a day-to-day basis. I am finishing this year a three-year program to progress in writing and learning the basics of fiction so let's hope next year will be the year I will finish a major project with that new habit ;)
-
I indeed made a mistake in my copy-paste. You must always end your command with a {{/}}. For my first automation rule I had some issues finding it ;) You're welcome, have a nice day. :)

Well I can give you the Gmaps location here. But you can't see anything since the store/factory was inside this giant building at the end of this dead end. I tried to look from another location, across the river on top of a road overhanging here. Behind the truck you can see on the right part the ruins of the old building…

Hello Ruslan. I implemented a similar automation for a client of mine. Trigger : When a value changes for BA effort estimate, BE effort estimate, FE effort estimate, original estimate. Then edit issue field original estimate : {{#=}}{{issue.BA effort estimate|0}}+{{issue.BE effort estimate|0}}+{{issue.FE effort estimate|0}…

You're welcome. If you don't mind, can you accept my answer please ;) ? Thank you.

Hello gigworks. You have to click on the cog on the top right hand corner, then System. On the menu on the left of the screen you can choose the tab "External system Import". Here you can import a csv/Trello/Json... Let us know if it helped you :)

It would be hard to go there : to add to the legend, the place burned down about twenty years ago. Nothing was build in its place. It is still today only ruins of the old building with trees and vegetation growing chaotically.
-
Great ;) Could you please accept my answer so that if other people have a similar request they could find it more easily ? Thanks in advance.

Merci @Kyren Wong :) Well done @Manon Soubies-Camy ;)

Hi Anna. If you go to Custom field and you click on the "..." on the right of your date field, you have Context and default value. You can manage something here by... not putting any default value to your field. For your old tickets already created with that date, you could clear the field with an automation maybe.

It seems that it is impossible to select the sprint you just created to put your new tasks. To work this around, you can trigger the action on the start of the sprint. That way, it would create tasks when the sprint is started but it is not the original need. Can it be enough to satisfy your need ?

Could you check the rights of that user for me please ? I am not sure but I think your user does not have administrations rights. You need to be administrators to add other people to the admin rights. Does another person who is already admin can elevate your user to an admin ?
-
Click on the cog ont the top right hand corner/User management. You can add people and when you click on a profile, you can manage the type of access (trusted/Basic/Site admin). For global admin it seems to me that you change it by clicking on Settings once on your instance (the tab on the top-center of the page/Click…

Hi Adrien. First go to your settings in your project and click automation tab. Now you can strat creating an automation rule. :) The only thing I can think of affecting Sprints is the Branch Rule related Issue block. With that, you are able to run certain conditions for all issues in the sprint. You can imagine putting…

Ok you can try this, depending on your Server version it might not work : project = P1 AND component in (EMPTY, Component Z, Component R) Just replace the Component Z, Component R by all the components you have in the project. It might be a long JQL query but if you don't have many new components often it could work. This…
