Thanks for the answer (and sorry for my late reply). I tested your lookup solution and it seems to work so thanks ! In the meantime my client change ideas and won't use it... but i certainly will in the future for other use cases. Have a good day :)

I am stuck at step 3 of your answer @Bill Sheboy . I don't know what to do with {{webhookResponse.body}}. What can I do with it ? You are precising it is possible to use match() but do you have a link to documentation please ? I can't find any. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your help. I don't think i will go the lookup table path because my file is composed of 200 products with up to 6 subtasksks to create each time (about 1200 options to feed the automation here). However, I am interested in your API option as I did not know you could use the API to read an attachment. I am…

Well, it seems to work perfectly. A simple yet elegant solution. I need to learn how to use Asset better, I really have trouble with asset smart values and variable use :D Thank you very much for your help, it is appreciated.

I will try this option, this was my backup plan ;) Thanks again my friend ;) !
-
So I will answer this post : it is possible to suffix an attribute in Asset, so that's what I'll do with the euro symbol. Thanks @Manon Soubies-Camy

Hey, thanks for the answer. I thought so too but I wanted to know if there was a shortcut. Have a good day ;)

I think you have two fields. Issue re-open Count Issue Reopen Count You are updating one with the other in your example. Try to use the same. Tell me if it helps you.

I think you should check your boards JQL query. It is possible that your board is not correctly configured to display cloned issue (or the other project). Also it is possible that you don't have adequate permissions for the second project ? Please give me the screenshots of both boards query please so that I can help you…

I think what you are looking for can be found in the tab Tasks/Task Structure. There you can activate (with the blue toggle) a link based task hierarchy. Here with a block link :

This solved my issue, and your answer was not even accepted. I corrected this mistake. Thanks for the tip. Automation seems to hate when you change the Resolution on a transition block. I don't know why though.

Hi Ricardo. I had some troubles because of the new view but your need is achievable. 1 - Make sure the custom field is on the create issue screen. 2 - Click on Create, select adequate project and issue type. 3 - Click on "..." in the right hand corner, click "Show fields", select the field you want to add to your create…

seems to be a javascript problem. Have you tried another browser ? You could try to inspect page and see if you got errors on loading to send to atlassian support. Did you install an addon recently ?

Hi, here is the syntax in JQL : Filter = 10002 AND (the rest of your request here) To find the number of your filter, go to the "View all filters page", find the filter you want to reference and hover over it, you should find the number like this : Tell us if it helped !

Hi ! It's called anonymous access ! You can find intel about it here : https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/set-up-public-access/ Basically you can grant it on a space once it is enabled on your site. Is it enough to fix your problem ?

Are you clicking on the 1 or the 2 button in the screenshot ?

I feel like such a moron for not thinking about that simple hack... Thanks man !

Hi Victor. You can migrate all the tickets of a project in another instance of Jira. All you nee to do is select all your tickets in a Jira query (via JQL or simple search) and extract as CSV. With the assistant wizard you should be able to import all of it on another instance. Of course, migrating is not as easy as it…

Could I ask you details about the improvements ? People ? Landscapes ? Cooking maybe ? What do you like most in Italy ?

Well indeed I still know the names of many people in my hometown. However it's not the case in Lyon... even though I met many people in the amount of time I lived there (about 10 years as of now). Love to here that you love this city. It's a great place to stay with a fascinating history. Thanks ! She is so cuddly and cute…

Gosh your first photo feels like the first chapter of a Stephen King novel I just finished. Don't get me wrong, I love those type of places however. :) Your current place in California looks awesome to take walks on lazy afternoons !
-
That must be something interesting to stay in the same town where you grew up. The only time I go back is for holidays and I everytime I can't escape this weird feeling of nostalgia from the difference between my memories and the current state of this place. It sounds like a nice place to visit !
-
Oh nice ! And where is that place ?
-
That's good to hear ! Sometimes growing up (and moving) is indeed a great start to getting better. Glad for you that it turned out this way !
-
Jeez, that's something living near those legends !

Oh yes that's one of the reasons I want to move in the next years to a house with a garden : having a little puppy. I know you can have one in an appartment but that would be really inconvenient for me to have to take it for a walk several times a day. Plus I want a big one.
