Seems solved! yay

We experienced that forced update as well, an extremely poor decision. First issue - scrolling As others have mentioned, the typical workflow goes like this: you’re working on a ticket in the middle of the content, you leave a comment, then check or change the status. Previously, the panel was right there - always visible,…

There still old UI on some steps, which leads to unnecessary extra actions or misleading UI controls. People who used to work with previous UIs can handle this, newcomers will definitely struggle to fine-tune their fields. to edit simple field options you have to click through 3 UI generations

@Hey @Bill Sheboy Thanks for help! After brief test (with a single linking) i managed to get desired result! My assumption about 'variable belongs to the branch' was wrong! Due to parallelness my breakpoints were unable to catch the value, but your method with JQL 'stop' seems works. So now I can create 5-6 issues for each…

How to enable this feature?
-
Thanks, currently i've build the described system with custom field for the link and created a special workflow stage, where person manually check correctness of all filled fields. It literally takes about 60 sec for one document
-
@Mykenna Cepek we use multi terminal statuses for better visibility. Then issues are linked you cant see at glance resolutions, but you can see statuses. Otherwise you have to click each 'done' and check was it actually done?
-
UPDATE: It works great then paired with IF advanced compare values like {{issue.watchers}} to make a check BEFORE adding a comment to see if a person actually was a watcher before the automation, to prevent accidental unwatch. The rule looks like: IF person is not watcher THEN add comment, re-fetch and unwatch ELSE add…

@Trudy P Claspill perfect, thanks.

Here is my Feedback - in a low light conditions, then you switch from a new dark mode Jira to Confluence page to read task details your eyes are bleeding from a white light.
-
@Patrik Korovsky thanks for the reply, i wan unable to reproduce your automation. First of all, if i enable both, they run both, if i make one, then either is blocked by / blocks will not work Secondly, it just copy links between 1 & 2 into a 3rd task. Not 3 & 2 link into a 1st one.
-
Hey, my goal is to link new blocker to existing 'original' task. Scenario: * Client via JSM creates a bug ticket 'cannot change email'. (issue1) * JSM agent validates the bug and escalate it to internal Jira development project (issue2) * Jira Project manager processing newly created Jira issue and decided to link it…

@Maurice Stassen i already 'shared' settings with more than 45 JSM projects, they only take a 'snapshot' of the selected project and copy settings, after creation you get 2 completely independent projects. The only thing they have in common are global project schemes like workflow, notification screens and similar stuff.…

Settings says i will not get any mails where I'm watcher. so that's something else.
-
@John FunkI do want to receive notifications, I'm asking about email frequency. Users do not like to receive 15 emails about a single task.
-
@John Funkby default - yes, but my personal settings are set to not send any mails if I'm a watcher.
-
Unfortunately, that works only for some validators. Field Required validators (check if a field is empty) got no except option. Any workarounds here?

Thanks, closest to that is atlassian-addons-admin

MS Teams, Discord, Telegram - we need them all =)
-
* Does this JQL work fine in the filter tab and returns valid results? * And you can also try to validate the rule, by adding a very simple JQL like 'priority = high' and running a test card with and without that priority. * Maybe global settings were changed? I had this once when after Atlassian update my default time…

Nope, they target you with personalized ads after their webpage visit or based on your google searches. Lifehack: If you want to see something pleasing in your ads, go visit a few popular shops with women swimsuits and/or lingerie and allow all cookies there =)

@Christine P. Dela RosaHonestly, I don't mind. Sure, someone could call me on a Sunday evening, but at the same time I can go out for personal stuff any time I want. No boundaries = freedom and agility.
-
@Christine P. Dela Rosa i'm taking that! Thanks

when in doubt, just start with the '5 why' method. Try to pull the real cause and then collectively find a solution. In my experience can something really silly like: we start with 'he is just a bad person, we do not want him in our team' and end with something like 'cuz he does not turn off the lights in a toilet'. I went…

It's fairly easy if you got something in common. You both got work in common, so you can start by sharing the latest gossips related to work ;)
-
For me, the greatest motivation is always honest 'why'. I need to find an answer to why I need to do that or learn this. Cheers!
-
Why do you want them at the office?
-
Office = time waste for travel, at home I can wake up and in 2 min literally in my underwear jump right into action. P.s. I'm a zoom mermaid! Mwahahah

When our company started to use the same messenger as I use for personal life and family - all boundaries were gone. Now I work 24/7, no weekends.
-
That's a big checklist lol! sorry boss, no time to work, I'm busy with the Atlassian community
