Hi @Gabriella Cristina , welcome to the Online Community! From what I know, access to Atlassian tools are tied to your Atlassian Account. Administrators for an Atlassian Cloud site can take control over all Atlassian Accounts they own via the "Claiming" process. This allows an organization to claim any accounts with a…

@[deleted] In my experience, the biggest challenge with knowledge management is going to be taxonomy of your information. I like to start with broad categories, and go more specific as you dive down the page tree. Confluence lets you do this in two ways: * You can use Pages, and then nest other pages underneath * You can…

Hi @JEAN YVES LEHONTI AKWA , Atlassian has a great guide on how to accomplish this here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira/kb/how-to-bulk-import-components-into-jira-projects-and-issues/ The short story is to leverage the CSV Importing functionality on Cloud, and create dummy work items for each component you want to…

Hi @Archana A , when you say you don't have permission to raise this request on the Jira Global Portal, could you clarify what portal you're referring to? This feels like a question that should be directed at the Atlassian Support portal, which can be accessed at support.atlassian.com. You'll need to be an administrator of…

Hi @Justine Giblin Atlassian's W9 is available on this page, at the bottom: https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/purchase-licensing/howtopay I'm not certain where you can find the Certificate of Insurance, but you can try searching Atlassian's Trust center here: https://www.atlassian.com/trust Hope this helps! Robert

Unfortunately there's not much we can do from the Community side. The Community is more of a forum aimed to help with configuration challenges and answering questions. Infrastructure issues with the platform need to be raised with Alsatian directly, by the owners of the instance. Robert

If that's the case, I would recommend the following: * Create a Variable for the condition where the End Date is empty, and generate your new date there * Create a variable for the condition where the end date is populated, and generate your new date there * Using the {{if(smartValueExpression, "value if True", "value if…

Ah! Good to know. In that case, if you have someone at both of those organizations you can reach out to, I would recommend informing their admins of the slowness. The admins of those sites will need to raise a support ticket with Atlassian directly. I'm not aware of an email address to submit items to Support, and I don't…
-
Hi @Sebastiaan_Van_Geel , I'd recommend reaching out to Atlassian Support directly via support.atlassian.com. This could be related to a performance issue with your site specifically, or a more wide spread issue. They'll have more specific information to help with. Cheers, Robert

Hi @Michael Catmur , Automation Smart Values support IF logic, found here: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-conditional-logic/ I would recommend potentially switching to use the built-in If / else blocks found within the Condition block. This would be helpful to allow you to do this…

Hey @[deleted] , welcome to the Community! Knowledge Bases are so custom to each organization, that it will be challenging to provide specific feedback. That said, here are a few guidelines I can recommend: * Organize your content in a single Knowledge Base space designed for public facing articles. The organization in the…

Hey @alejandra.ortiz , As you mentioned, Atlassian recently made the change to refer to Jira projects as Spaces. They also changed the terminology of tasks from "Issues" to "Work Items". Atlassian is working their way through updating all their documentation to reference the new terminology, but it could take some time.…

On another thought, you could adjust the math and "add hours" actions to be focused on days instead, and then round up to ensure you're looking at the next whole day. The math would become {{#math}}{{issue.customfield_devhours}} * 100 / {{issue.customfield_avail-rate}} / 24{{/}} and the ".plusHours()" changes to…

Okay, @Paul Wijnen , after some additional testing, here's my updated recommendation: We should use multiple "Create Variable" entries to simplify the automation and JSON entry. Create a "Create Variable" action to capture the current Project Start date. We will use the substring command to pull the first date out of this…

@c.crow Ah! I see what you're talking about, the new Dashboards functionality within the Assets app itself! Q; What type of Widget are you trying to add, and what information are you aiming to capture? On my sample instance, I am adding a "Count of objects" widget, and I am seeing most, if not all, of the unique object…

Hey @Hermance NDounga , these date fields should be able to be manipulated and calculated based on the existing date math that Automation is able to address, no? https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-date-and-time/#Date-plus-unit--- The JPD Date field is a little strange, and will need to be…
-
Hey @Paul Wijnen , thanks for sharing the details! You should be able to populate that field with Automation, much like what @Hermance NDounga shared. I don't see "Project Target in any of my pre-built demo projects, so I assume that's a custom field you've created for your teams. From what you stated before, I'm going to…

Hi @Martin Herold , welcome to the Community! I'd like to restate your challenge to ensure I have a good understanding. * You are working in a Jira Space that is primarily using Story Points to estimate work effort * You need to be able to tie an amount of time to each story point, and this has been deemed 1 point = 10…

Hi @c.crow , I'd like to confirm a few things: * You're working with Jira Dashboards, and _NOT_ Atlassian Analytics Dashboaridns, correct? * Could you clarify what widget you're trying to add to your Jira Dashboard? * What is the name of the Object Type you expect to see, which is not listed? Thanks, Robert
-
Hi @Paul Wijnen , Are you able to share some screenshots that help to illustrate what you're trying to populate? I'm looking at my own Product Discovery space, and I'm not sure I am understanding what the "End Date" you're trying to populate is. Is that a custom field you've added to the space? Robert

Howdy @Monique Richardson ! You can read all about how Rovo handles your data here, on Atlassian's website: https://www.atlassian.com/software/rovo/guides/admin-guide/rovo-data-usage-privacy#large-language-models Most pertinant might be the first FAQ item: Large language models (LLMs) Rovo uses OpenAI LLMs (GPT) as well as…

@Susan Hauth _Jira Queen_ it looks like @Andrea Robbins is actually correct here, with her `{{object}}` suggestion. I missed that in the documentation. https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-insight/#Lookup-objects
-
Yeah it's not perfect, but it could work if you're creating objects one by one, and with some time between the creation. The challenge I'm worried about is how fast the automation rule can trigger based on the object being created, and the automation rule completing. We would want both to occur before a new object gets…
-
I can't find anything in the public Jira backlog, maybe this could be worth raising an Atlassian Support ticket to introduce support for finding the object that triggered the automation... 🤔
-
I think for the lookup, you could probably search for all of the suppliers, and then sort them by Created Date. Then, simply pull the first result.
-
Hi @Susan Hauth _Jira Queen_ , I don't believe the Created Object event trigger pulls the details. I suspect you'll need to add a "Lookup Objects" search as your first action, and filter the Asset Objects to the most recently created object. From what I can find, here's a guide that elaborates on this…

Hey @Cody Ridler , sorry to hear you're having some issues with the issue importing. Based on what you've stated, I assume you're talking about the Email intake method for Jira Service Management? If that's the case, I would encourage you to review the email settings within your Jira Service Management project / space.…

Hey @Emanuele Tonetti , I understand now! To my knowledge, the List view can only be created once. What you could try is creating new "Boards". These would be a Kanban or Scrum view instead of a list, but would allow you to apply specific filters that would be inherent to the board itself. You can do this by clicking the +…
-
Here's some great Atlassian Learning content that I recommend you review. https://community.atlassian.com/learning/course/configure-work-items-and-fields-in-software-projects
-
Hey @Emanuele Tonetti , if I understand correctly, you'd like to configure the visible dropdown lists based on the Work Type you're looking at? So, one work type would show one list, while a second work type shows a different list? If this is the case, you can accomplish this through the use of unique Custom Fields, as…
