Hi @Rehnuma Noor Release tracks are only available for Jira and Confluence Premium.
-
Hello @vthomas9 ! Is your Confluence instance on the Premium plan? Based on what you've said, that's the only reason you can't create a Confluence sandbox.
-
@Darren Simons , the reason the automation is running is because of the trigger. Since this is a global automation, the update of ANY issue on ANY project will start the execution of the automation. After evaluating the condition, any stories (because they aren't Epics) fall out and no action is performed against them. In…

Hello @Cathy Bruce ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! It should work as specified in the following documentation page if you're a Jira Admin. Regular users don't have the ability. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/
-
Hello @AnoopTripathi Looks like according to the Supported Platforms page, the latest MS SQL Server supported is 2019. https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/supported-platforms-207488198.html
-
Hello @Darren Simons Do you have output from Audit Logs? It may shed some light on what's going on.
-
Hello Sam, let me elaborate on what Solution Partners can do and where money changes hands. If you have questions on licensing, I (or any Solution Partner) am happy to answer those questions for free. I'm here on the Community platform as a volunteer and am happy to answer questions (and not charge you). If you're at a…
-
Hello @Sam Mehrabian ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I understand your frustration. There ARE a few resources available to answer your questions in a pre-sales capacity. One of these is the Atlassian community. These are mostly volunteers who can tell you from a user or admin's perspective how Atlassian tools work.…

The URL for the portal page is going to be under Channels in the menubar for the project as illustrated below. Full customization of the portal page was promised at TEAM 23, but we have yet to see that. So, I don't know if you can get it to look like your internal pages. You may have better luck set setting up a widget to…

So if you have a JSM project created for ITSM, the customer portal is built in by default. You should be able to configure this from the Project Settings. Set up Request Types so they're seen on the portal with fields you want your customers to fill out. These should map to issue types on the Jira interface side for your…

Hello @Edward Palmer ! Welcome to the Atlassian community! IT Service Management (or ITSM) is the discipline of creating, tracking, and closing common work done by IT Service desks. These may include changes, requests from an IT Service catalog, and incidents. Jira Service Management (JSM) is the tool from Atlassian that…

THis is amazing!
-
I'll start with Git Integration for Jira. This in my view is a "swiss army knife" to integrate ANY git server tool (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps) with Jira
-
Alas, my answer is also based on company-managed projects. I don't think you can change the resolution automatically without doing an automation on a team-managed project.
-
The community post you refer to has as its solution creating a post-function that sets the Resolution field. Have you created a post-function for those transitions that move to Done or Abandoned?
-
Hello @Moon Muse ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! At this point, it's not possible to have more than one sandbox environment.
-
Hello @Joe Kensinger ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! No patch version for Jira. Because the CVE affects Confluence, the patch versions are for Confluence Server/Data Center.
-
Not for team-managed projects. It's far easier to have common issue types across projects using schemes on company-managed projects.
-
@Alex Ortiz gave a great demo here!
-
Hello @Santhosh Solipuram ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Are the projects on the same Jira Cloud instance? If they are, issue types used in projects are associated through the Issue Type Scheme. You need to see if Project A and Project B use the same Issue Type Scheme or that the Issue type you want is in the Issue…
-
Hi @Teja If you're on Confluence 6.13 or greater, Conlluence Cloud Migration Assistant is bundled in your Confluence instance. If not, you'd need to install it from the Atlassian Marketplace. CCMA should handle your migration needs. If you have to install CCMA, or if you want to be at the latest version of Confluence, I'd…
-
Hello @Tamilselvan Palanisamy ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Do you have logs where you can share the errors?
-
Hello @Saber Hosseini ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Are you trying to push SVN into Bitbucket or did you perform a SVN to git migration first? Here are instructions on using git lfs with Bitbucket. https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/manage-large-files-with-git-large-file-storage-lfs/
-
You pay for the JSM.
-
Hello @Mark McGahan ! I work for a Solutions Partner and work with clients all the time with questions like these. Let me offer this for free. The easiest and shortest migration from Bitbucket Server to Bitbucket Data Center is to swap out the server license with the Data Center license. If you want to look at enhancing…
-
According to the FAQ, Data Center licenses ARE NOT PERPETUAL. After the term expires you need to purchase a new subscription. https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/data-center#how-do-data-center-subscriptions-work I think you need to renew both.
-
If you're on a trial on Cloud, Jira Cloud Standard trials expire in 14 days. Jira Cloud Premium trials expire in 30 days. When they expire, if you are below 10 users, you drop to the Free plan. If you're on a trial for Data Center, that expires in 30 days and you have to ask for another trial license (I don't know how many…
-
Hi @[deleted] Is this instance of Bitbucket Cloud on the free plan?
-
Hello @[deleted] ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Installing JSM will by default install Jira Core functionality as well.
-
Hello @Federico Soria ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! In the case of your Bitbucket Server to Jira Cloud, your Jira Cloud product needs to be on the Premium plan for you to create Application Tunnels.
