So, I'm looking at this as someone who has to do a migration from DC to Cloud. I'm working a DC->Cloud migration for a client and they keep fields hidden by ONLY using the Hide button on the Field Configuration Scheme. In other words, the fields may be on screens. They're concerned whether those fields will stay hidden now…

Although I'm testing out if I can comment to an idea, this seems to be a good one!

Hi @lemoncola . Welcome to the Atlassian community! I've contacted Atlassian support. They should be able to look at this in a business day or two.

Hi @Roberto Hernández Juárez ! For the platform apps, you need to contact the Atlassian support for billing. Link is here: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/

Hello @Tricia Wegner ! Welcome! I think the biggest thing is that the migration is only the beginning. Your data will be there, but it will be in "a new skin". There will be things that you could do in on-prem that you can't do in Cloud and vice versa. Good luck!

@Chris Rainey so the total working time was not longer than 4 hours. I got stuck after the initial test and found out how to download the code, so at least my Bitbucket repo was kept up to date and I studied how Rovo Studio creates a Forge app (it's remarkably different from what forge create gives you). The weekend…

@Chris Rainey and @Ahmet Kilic : Individual WIP limits are certainly a consideration. I think further "pair programming" with Rovo Studio may result in an updated JQL query and MAYBE a move from KV storage to SQL. The one question I would have is requirement: does the WIP limit apply to "Assignee" (all people get the same…

Hi @nellob ! Welcome to the Atlassian community! First off, which plan are you on? Free Jira doesn't have access to Atlassian support, only the paid (Standard, Premium, Enterprise) plans do.
-
The credentials for Cloud are a bit different. Bitbucket Cloud wants your username and an API token created from your Atlassian account.

Beautiful!

Congratulations! Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Hello @Geraldine Hofhenke ! Welcome to the Atlassian community! I sense some confusion about what Loom is. It's not conferencing software. Loom is a solution to record and view recorded content. The link should be a recording, if you were sent it. Do you have other details?

Hello @AGASTYA SHARMA The true answer is going to be "it depends". You really need to figure out the trade-offs of having everyone in the project access to potentially all the work items (with Issue Security as a stopgap) or by separating out each department's work items by separating them out into individual projects.

OK, many thanks to Atlassian support to steer me right. Looks like there should be quotes (") around the term of the first clause of the CQL query, but you can't use the quote characters themselves, so URL encoded ("%22"). The URL looks like this now:…

I'm only on Pokemon Go, off and on. My son, though, will play any Pokemon game under the sun! The last one was Pokemon Legends Z-A and upgrading our family to a Switch 2!

I'm guessing save as a variable and use the variable on the web request itself?
