Hello, @Anu Leponiemi . That lines up with my first guess. Are you setting the Resolution field (either manually through transition screen or automatically through post-function)?
-
Hello @Sullivan, Patty ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I'd agree with @Marco Brundel , but are you using project defaults to set your Assignee such as Project Lead or Component Lead or are you populating the Assignee field using Automation? Otherwise, the Assignee is not set on creation.

You can use workflow properties to set up restrictions on the issue for a status. What you want is to set jira.issue.editable to false on specific statuses. This should help: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-workflow-properties/

OK, looking at your automation I wonder if it's executed by the Automation for Jira user. If it is, is that user one of your defined approvers (I'm guessing you're using the out-of-the-box approval process in JSM)?

Here's the documentation: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-advanced-issue-workflows/#Conditions This could be a simple Value Field condition that you put on relevant transitions

This is definitely an intriguing notion. There are some advantages to doing a "fist of five" after draft plan review as it definitely could give input to the upcoming management review to make serious decisions. But would having a Day 1 Confidence vote result in naturally lower scores? The plans are preliminary, with no…

Escalating to Atlassian

hello @Himanshu Singh ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Can you provide the Catalina logs?
-
Hello @CoiramOrg Are you sure this is for Jira Work Management? I normally associate Request Types with Jira Service Management. Is this team-managed or company-managed? If it were company-managed, I'd set up Workflow Conditions that would show or hide the transitions based on the request type. This may mean you have to…

Hello, @Ali Abdulla telb ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! It sounds like you were on a trial license for Xray which has expired (they're normally 30 days). You should be able to buy a license renewal if you're an admin and go to the "Apps->Manage Apps" menu items on the navigation bar.
-
Hello @Olivier Imbert ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! If your Jira Cloud product is at premium, you can set up an Application Tunnel that would allow you to connect your cloud Jira with your on-prem Bitbucket. Details are…

So what you have to do is set up three screens. You define your screens in the screen scheme for the separate actions your issue can go through (Creste, edit, and view). You then put your custom field in the create and view screens only. This may…

Yeah, @Alex Ortiz is good with his videos from Apetech Tutorials.
-
If you're not going to use the Linked Assets field, you could delete it. I personally don't touch fields made by default from Jira and if I'm not using them, I make sure they're not on any screens I use.
-
At this point, it's better for you to create the custom field you want (using the field type I identified). After the field is created and placed on the appropriate screens, you should set up its field configuration Go to the "more Actions" icon on the right (...) and select Contexts and Default Value From the resulting…
-
Hello @RobertD ! When you create your custom field based on (JSM) Assets objects, make sure you choose Assets objects and not External Asset platform. .
-
Hi William Are you on the new issue view? I've seen it override the settings of the screen.
-
Hello @Chloe Allison ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! The "Releases" feature you're talking about is related to Open DevOps, which allows for easy connection so a DevOps toolchain can be created. Have a look at the connections and API calls here: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/software/open-devops/ I think…

Are you setting up 4 separate goals, each goal based on priority? It would look like the following.
-
Hi @Ann Marie Lisak How about substituting IN for your OR statements? "Request Type" IN (X, Y, Z)
-
Hello @H_Dhamodharan Can you show the errors you see from the log files for me and @Alex Ortiz ? Thanks!
-
I don't think you can do this in JQL. Although there is a CHANGED operator, it doesn't work with the Description field.
-
Hello @Dominik Burger ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Jira Product Discovery is cloud-only. While there isn't a way do directly connect your Data Center Jira to Jira Product Discovery using Application Tunnels (yet), you can use the Jira Cloud REST API to create Ideas (issues) as seen here.…
-
Hello @S If I understand your question you are running Jira Software or Jira Core and need to add Jira Service Management? If that's the case you can upload the JSM plugin (you'll want the 5.4.2 version) and install in your Data Center installation. The link to the download area follows…

Interesting. Normally the Request Type field isn't on the default subtask screen. Anyway, here's more information. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/whats-the-difference-between-request-types-and-issue-types/
-
That's the system field Request Type. That's why you can't edit or modify it. Did you create a custom field or are you using the Request Type provided by the system? If you are, it's only meant to associate with a parent type, not a subtask type.
-
Hello @Kay Kalunga Kabwe ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I think the name of your custom field is the same name as the system-defined custom field Request Type and this is confusing your automation. You may be selecting the system field instead of your custom field. As a test, rename your custom field and see if you…

I think you're on the right track with separate object schemas, given that security is based on an object schema level. To incorporate this, you'd need to set the Object Schema User access to the group that corresponds to that venue's users. You'd have to set up different groups for each venue.

Happy to hear! If you're all set, go ahead and mark the question as answered with accepted answer(s).

Hello @양재석 I don't think you can use JQL to get the information you want. JQL is used to find issues. So to find issues that moved to STATUS on a specific date, you'd write status CHANGED to <STATUS> ON <DATE>
