Hey @Shawn Doyle - ReleaseTEAM ! Welcome to the party!

Can I say my favorite mouse...is a trackpad? Big fan of Apple's Magic Trackpad!
-
Can you show your automation? I'm also curious if you've set up a Log Action to see what you get from the smart value.
-
I can't see it on any of the calls. I don't think it's possible.

I'm of the mindset that decorations go up after (American) Thanksgiving. The universe is conspiring against me though. The radio station started playing holiday tunes 24/7 last week. My neighbor is reusing his Halloween decorations.

Hello @OTT Subscribe ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I think you need to take a look at the REST API for JSM, as customers and organizations are part of JSM. This link may help. https://docs.atlassian.com/jira-servicedesk/REST/4.15.0/#servicedeskapi/organization-getUsersInOrganization

@[deleted] : This does look correct. You are correct that you should be using an attribute of type Email. The smart value should look like {{issue.Leidinggevende.Email}}

Hello @Mustafa Mansour What you just described is to allow product access (in this case, Jira). In other words, as a site admin or org admin you allowed your user to have access to Jira and occupy a Jira license. Permissions to projects within Jira and access to individual projects are different from this and are…

Hi @Anthony Jones ! Have a look at this Knowledgebase article. https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/restore-passwords-to-recover-admin-user-rights-158390.html

Hello @Paul Brix ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Can you provide more details such as errors from the logs?
-
Hi @Mathew Lederman ! Access is done through roles and permissions. The roles are defined on a user or group basis. So, as long as they have access to Jira, they should be able to access the objects in the object schema as defined here.…

Can I see what's defined for the custom field and the Asset and its attributes?
-
So, if the only thing left is that it doesn't appear in the All Open queue, we need to see the JQL for the queue.

hello @Ben I found the following KnowledgeBase article. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/xml-backup-or-restore-fails-due-to-could-not-read-fields-for-table-317947954.html

Hello @Tim Andre Tøfte ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! It sounds like you're doing the right thing. Can you show some screenshots?

Oscar, Only Bitbucket Server is reaching End of Life in February. If you're on Bitbucket Data Center (still on-prem) or Bitbucket Cloud (SaaS solution), you should be set.

Oscar, Only Bitbucket Server is reaching End of Life in February. Your options, if you want to stay on Bitbucket, are to migrate to Data Center (still an on-prem solution) or migrate to Bitbucket Cloud (SaaS solution). If you're already on Data Center or Cloud, you're already set.

So, every 4th of July, I crank out the "mini-marathon" of the Independence Day movies. Just so I can see their version of the "St. Crispin's Day" speech.

Glad you got it figured out!

Hello @Brandye Wenrick ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Do you have a screenshot of this message?

According to the FAQ here, the policy will go into effect when an individual user changes his/her password. So, users will still be able to login. You can also run a REST query through Crowd (if Crowd is where you set up your user directories) to force a password change for all your users. Documentation…

Welcome, Malka!

I don't think any of this is new. The logic behind required fields not allowed in conditional sections is so that if the section is not triggered, you don't get into a situation where you can't create the issue because a required field isn't filled in. The other thing you talk about where fields can't be in a form and the…

Yes. You can use the API on any plan.

Hello @Win ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Yes, you can create issues through the Jira Cloud REST API. Documentation is here. https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v2/api-group-issues/#api-rest-api-2-issue-post

Hello @Tajudeen Annafi ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! For accreditations, you don't receive a badge. You receive the knowledge that you helped your partner company achieve its specialization goals.

It really is dependent on the framework the App uses. Apps created with Forge use Atlassian's cloud infrastructure. Apps using Atlassian Connect use the App vendor's cloud infrastructure. Because of this, there's no way an App like Rewind can support this (currently).

Hello @Nelson Tanabe ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! So, yes, a sandbox can be on a trial basis for 30 days. Here's how that happens: 1. You sign up for a premium trial (Jira or Confluence). A premium trial period is 30 days. 2. With that Premium trial, you create a sandbox. 3. At the end of 30 days, the product will…
